Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Felt very clean and so glad they are not selling every seat"
Cons: "Better seats. What’s the deal with always getting the back of the plane? Seats right next to the engine. Very tired of getting the worst seats even when I check in within minutes of the the 24 hour window. Really tired of the bad seats."
Pros: "Poor service overall. Seats were just like in the economy area, not much different."
Cons: "Better service"
Pros: "It was super"
Cons: "My first flight (leaving very early in the morning from Burlington VT was delayed several hours because a ground crew member forgot to put the heater on the plane the night before. Because of this delay I missed my connection and instead of arriving in San Fran at 10am, I arrived at 6pm and missed the whole first day of my trip and was exhausted cause I got up at 3am to get to the airport to a frozen plane that was not ready to fly for a few hours during which I could’ve stayed in bed."
Cons: "We had to take a shuttle bus from the gate out to the plane, this made boarding very chaotic. The seats were not very comfortable- they needed more padding."
Cons: "A Boeing 757 should not be used for a 6+ hour flight"
Cons: "More leg room and seat width. I don’t like having other passengers pressed against me."
Cons: "No meal option and my video screen volume did not work"
Pros: "Everything was great. Has nothing to do with the airline, just rough weather."
Cons: "The stewardess could come around more. Just twice. Once for food. Once for trash. Just me tho"
Pros: "Flight was smooth, arrived early..crew was prompt and courteous."
Cons: "Seats are so small. Flight was delayed."
Cons: "At least one hour late"
Pros: "I liked the cookies and juice. The interactive screen to watch something. The cleanliness. The price. On time. The service. Thank you. The excitement of flying."
Pros: "The crew was fine, flight was completely full and they were very prompt in their service. The power outlets didn’t work. The lights were on, but when I plugged in they didn’t charge."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable. Seats very close together for a flight that lasts over 5 hours."
Pros: "Total Experience of Flying on this Airline ."
Cons: "No Comment."
Cons: "We were on the tarmac for almost 2 hours. It's probably LaGuardia but the experience was very bad."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and well planned. The pilot was talking to the passengers politely, was updating about the flight every time when it was turbulence. The crew is very smiling, sweet and nice. The snacks are good and fresh. Very clean airplane with a good fresh odor. Good job! You are fantastic!"
Pros: "The crew at the airport was very courteous and helpful."
Cons: "No food; not even offered water; I asked a Delta employee about our seats and she was very unprofessional (mind you I'm traveling with kids and my boarding pass said that seats were to be assigned at the gate)."
Pros: "I can’t make it in mexico city on tuesday, wednesday’s performance had to be cancelled and we need to pay the cancellation fee 11500 mexican pesos, please reimburse on the credit card"
Cons: "I can’t make it in mexico city on tuesday, wednesday’s performance had to be cancelled and we need to pay the cancellation fee 11500 mexican pesos of the studio and musicians"
Pros: "Everything was executed well. Flight attendants were lovey & attentive"
Cons: "Disgusting smell to urine and else. It was a two-hour bad experience"
Cons: "Delta allowed flights with empty seats going to the same destination to take off without trying to fill them w passengers who were delayed on other flights. Our flight was delayed more than three hours, and it’s a shame that some folks could have been accommodated on that flight but were not."
Cons: "My return portion of my flight was canceled and had to purchase a new ticket. I would like a full refund of my expenses."
Pros: "Helpful DCA counter personnel, cabin crew and comfy aircraft. On time both ways!"
Pros: "Flight Crew were friendly and attentive. Boarding is well organized."
Cons: "My itinerary was changed multiple times, most importantly impacting my arrival time into Victoria BC. This flight was changed twice, the first time I received an email notification telling me the new flight was an hour later. When I got my check-in email 24 hours before my trip was to begin I noticed the arrival time for my return flight had been changed again, this time arriving another hour later. I received no notice for this change. Other than a shuttle service, there are no late night public transit options from the Victoria airport into town--a 25 minute drive. I was left with 10 minutes between the late arrival of my flight to claim my bags, clear customs and try to make the last shuttle. I specifically purchased my ticket so I would have plenty of time to make this connection. I missed it and wound up having to take a $60 (not including tip) taxi to get into town. Changing my itinerary to arrive 2 hours later without notifying me is unacceptable. I've never had any pot-purchase itinerary changes happen to me on Alaska Airlines, which also has regular service between Seattle and Victoria. I'm inclined to make sure I always use them from now on."
Pros: "The service was good"
Cons: "The flight was very rough on landing"
Pros: "Left on time!"
Cons: "Too cramped"
Pros: "cleanliness; attendants were very helpful"
Cons: "Extremely long queue"

Pros: "The flight attendant in Delta Comfort/Main Cabin was very nice and made for an excellent trip. Smooth ride and on time. I like that!"
Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "These people are reprehensible. They refused to cancel and refund our tickets when the bride-to-be in a wedding we were supposed to go to was diagnosed with cancer and the wedding was cancelled. Every customer service person we dealt with was uncaring, incompetent, and completely useless."
Pros: "Nothing quite as nice as first class. Ravioli for dinner was tasty. The browned butter gelato is amazing. That's why I only fly Delta and I fly every week. While other airlines decline, Delta shines. Thanks to the awesome crew."
Pros: "Very nice and friendly crew were very efficient."
Cons: "Very nice and friendly crew were very efficient. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 20 minutes to get into our gate because another plane was there, so we arrived late. Not DELTA's fault."
Pros: "Very friendly staff and the onboard meals were surprisingly good. Korean Air may quite possibly be my favorite airline."
Pros: "Check in, gate, and plane staff all friendly and efficient. Plane clean and flight on time. Overhead space with full plane was no problem. Service inflight was quick and cheerful."
Cons: "Drop off in San Antonio always a mess. Traffic delays driving up to drop off. Security check 20 minute with no pre approval. Seats crowded. Snack choices predictable."
Pros: "Turbulence didn't allow the beverage cart to serve passengers"
Pros: "Left reasonably on time, arrived a bit early, able to find overhead storage for my roll-on, even boarding in Zone 3"
Cons: "Very tightly packed; minimal comfort for the flight."

Cons: "Lunch time flight. Only food in economy was bags of high carb salty snacks"
Pros: "Boarding was easy and fast"
Cons: "Seats were cramped"
Pros: "The crew was nice"
Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I didn't get my luggage with me when I arrived to casablanca as I lived 4 hours away from the casablanca. I have to come back the next day to get my luggage. I was very mad about it.plus I noticed one of my luggage has been damaged so now I have to buy another one because I can t use it. It was disgusting."
Pros: "Not much to like since the flight was canceled."
Cons: "Flight was canceled. The system tried to automatically rebook us but gave us a new itinerary from our original departure point, apparently un aware that we had already left. So, we were stuck in Atlanta airport with no good way to our final destination. Instead of waiting for 22 hours for the next available flight, or driving for 7 hours from Atlanta to Cincinnati, we had to fly into another city and drive to Cincinnati from there AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. It was a rebooking nightmare."
Pros: "i got to Atlanta safely"
Cons: "what can cookies and a cup of juice do for me with all the delays ? i was hungry and tired. Seriously DELTA, it was a horrible time. i deserved a compensation from Delta for the entire day."
Pros: "The flight crew was nice and polite. They served drinks and snacks in a timely manner while on the flight."
Cons: "Flight was scheduled to leave early, the plane arrived, but they couldn't turn the plane around fast enough. We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."
