But they tried very hard to make thing up to us, which goes a long way to making us feel like we are valued customers!"

Cons: "I was the very first person in line for Zone 3, and they automatically told me I had to gate check my bag, which would mean adding at least 20 minutes when I landed. I took it on the plane anyway; and there was PLENTY of space in the overhead compartments. This feels like I’m being treated as a second class citizen because I was unwilling to be nickel and dimed for seat or boarding upgrades. It’s infuriating"

The flight was relatively turbulence free, flt had only one attendant in the cabin however she was able to serve beverages and snacks asks made sure everyone was comfortable. Can't thank Delta enough for the professionalism of their crew, great service and communication, and for getting us home safely. Thank you!"

My bag landed on the belt completely open, clothes and laptop hanging out bag onto belt, bag was damaged, zipper broken with holes in the fabric, bag was soaking wet! No one at airport able to assist with a damaged bag claim. Very disappointed in the Baton Rouge airport and lack of available staff to handle baggage issue."

Other: you should not ask about food or entertainment since the food on the plane costs money and most people don't purchase it, especially on short trips like this one. Rather than admonish him, the pilot kindly introduced himself and gave Jacob a tour of the cockpit. :-D These days, not too many pilots will do this, so I want to say Thank-you for making my grandnephew's first airplane ride so memorable. <3"
Cons: "It was quite stressful not to exceed the 40# limit. My poor Fitbit scale had no idea who was standing on it (over and over again), ultimately labeling me as a Guest. Just as well; I really did not want such a number registered on my Fitbit online account. The seats were unsurprisingly not very cushy, but for a 2-3 hour flight, it wasn't so bad. After landing and as we approached the terminal to disembark, for whatever reason the pilot slammed on the brakes, causing all passengers to lurch forward violently, as did the luggage in the cargo hold based on the awful sound coming from underneath my feet. Immediately afterwards, the jet made a right turn towards the terminal. Thankful that this happened on the ground and not while still in the air! No luggage was harmed in the sudden stop."

Customers would be willing to pay more if they didn't have to deal with this last minute nonsense. In addition crew members were acting juvenile and unprofessional, e.g. taking selfies on the plane, leaving woman in a wheelchair to have to deal with herself without priority boarding, lack of familiarity with instructional material, etc. The plane itself made me feel like cattle. The cheapest possible 'interior design' was quite apparent. Once more, customers would probably be willing to pay more to be able to recline in their seat a bit, have a real seatback table and pocket, and not feel like their seating space was designed by someone who makes bench press benches for gyms. I understand the goal of the airline is to be the "cheap/affordable" one (high-five your neighbor for all the money you're saving! etc) but the price difference is really nowhere near palpable enough to warrant the unmistakable lack of quality or attempt at making the flight experience an enjoyable one. Moving forward, I, (in addition to at least a few others on my flight), will be sure to spend a little extra money on a plane ticket to circumvent the experience of having to deal with such a deplorable airline. Whatever the profit margins are from delivering such a meager flight, make at least an attempt to cover it up somehow."

I travel with various airlines and this was my 1st time traveling with spirit. This is by far my most uncomfortable plane ride with any airline. The cost for all beverages Is another concern. It is practically a potential health concern for a customer flying 2 hours or more to not have at least water provided for free. The credit card only for beverage payment also is a inconvenience for a small purchase that could easily be settle with cash. In closing, I feel this company is a prime example of producing poor service when the airline try to cut cost then capitalize on every single accommodation at the complete expense and inconvenience of the customers."
Cons: "Couldn't check in online. Kiosk check in didn't work. Was charged $50 for a small carry-on. Passengers couldn't board because flight attendant was missing. Overall not a good experience."
Pros: "Quick and timely boarding, on time flight, friendly crew."

Cons: "That my seat was given to a child traveling without an adult without anyone letting me know, until I got to my seat and questioned it. I understand this happens, but I think I should have been told prior to boarding and being confronted with the situation."
Cons: "Waiting to check in was horrible, stood in line for one hour,..someone was heated clearing missed his flight another couple missed flight. Why does it takes so long to reroute your guest. There were 10 or so agents way down the other in and am excorted in a line with three agents.. then one goes on break. Then a supervisor clearly upset, everyone giving her hugs..darn it all you are busy. then two guys who look like IT people start working on the computers..Man!"

Cons: "Flight kept getting delayed and the crew was not communicating what was going on. Also, the seats are pretty uncomfortable."
