no priority boarding for star alliance Gold
over an hour late with no communication or notice. nearly caused me to miss international connection. No air india staff were available at Lucknow airport without exiting security.
Literally Everything including - particularly Food. It was really really bad. - The Male Steward was nice, rest am not sure as I hardly saw anyone. - Bathrooms were pretty dirty within an hour of flight - Quality of seats is horrible - The Entertainment system is bad - Flight tracker didn't work so you don't know where you are or how much time left.
Crew were friendly and the food was good.
Food packings were filthy and substandard. There was no drink supply until the last leg of the flight.

Meals. No children meals for kids for entire 15 h flight
The food, the entertainment, the fact that the airline staff could speak English and that some of them were actually helpful
The upkeep of the airline, some of the airline staff to treat all passengers as one as I noticed more than an unusual amount of passengers were favoured over one another. A minimum flight of 5 hours was served with just the one meal. We were served lunch at 930 am on one flight. The observations in economy aren't as important as business class. Only if we could all afford to travel on business class.
Very bad experience and crew was unexperienced

All were very friendly: at the airport and in the plane. Good food. We were well informed and in time!!!

Check in took a lot of time
I was not checked in at the check in counter as that person had no knowledge that the flight was changed. I don't know what reservation was she looking at. She had no information. I had to complaint meet the manager and then I was allowed to be checked in. Was that person from Jet Airways? I have never seen this. What the hell was system showing? Absolute pathetic service. When a senior citizen at 90 is traveling is this how they're treated?
In flight services were good. Baggage came in on time.
Check in was terrible chaotic and totally mismanaged.
