We were making a move to Mexico from the U.S., and we were amazed at how pleasant the trip was. We had quite a few pieces of luggage, and everyone was extremely helpful. The crew and staff from both Delta and AeroMexico were great, and made our trip as easy as possible. Thanks to all!

However, checking the monitors in the terminal showed the correct gate was B21, which is on the opposite end of the terminal. I don't know why Kayak had the wrong information on this. We barely made our connecting flight because our starting flight was over 30 minutes late, which was United's fault. This made rushing to the correct gate for our connecting flight all the more stressful. No time to stop at the bathrooms or pick up something to eat. Both United and Kayak let me down on getting back to Hartford. We arrived at the end of boarding with no room left for our bags in the overheads so we had to check them and pick them up at the carousel. A totally BAD flight experience."

Cons: "My wife and I booked a round trip to California from Connecticut. We had a layover in Dulles with plenty of time to change gates. We arrived at our gate and established our place in the waiting area. We were then required to change gates; this was not horribly stressful as the gate was near by: However, on the return flight things changed. Keep in mind that my wife has arthritic hips and knees and I have arthritic knees. Arriving at Dulles, we went to our waiting area at Gate C-19 and ordered a breakfast at a nearby kiosk. Before our order was ready an announcement stated that our gate was changing to D-24. We waited for our order but had to leave the coffees behind because the lids did not fit correctly and we didn't want to spill them on ourselves while hurrying to the new gate (about a mile away). We finally got to that gate and boarded the plane. We wanted to wait to eat our food until we were airborne. We waited on the plane for about 45 minutes in the heat. During that time the "gate attendant" announced that they were waiting for that pilot who could not be found but was in the airport. At the same time my United App on my iPhone messaged me that there was a mechanical issue with the plane and we were waiting for another plane. At the 45 minute mark we were told the plane had a mechanical issue and we would have to disembark and go to Gate D-1 (about 1/2 mile away). My wife and I were already exhausted and needed to stop, but we did not know how long we had before boarding the new plane so we pushed onward. We then were told the plane would be a couple hours and that there was snack and water at no charge. My wife and I proceeded to dissect our breakfast sandwiches to eat what ever was still less than discussing. The new plane arrived and all else went well. We were delayed over 3 hours but made it to Connecticut; exhausted and sore. We had been awake for over 29 hours by the time we hit Hartford, CT. This experience will linger in our minds for a long time and travel by United my not be possible for us. We are very traumatized."

Flight was from Dulles to Hartford and due to depart at 12:30 pm. 12:30 pm - Notified flight delayed an hour or so because they didn't have a flight attendant for the flight. 2:00 pm - Notified flight delayed because Flight Attendant was found but on way. 4:00 pm - Notified the Flight attendant would not be able to make it, but they were looking for another one. 6:00 pm - Notified a Flight Attendant was found and was on a plane that was inbound and would be landing any minute. Notified plane with Flight Attendant arrived at gate and they would be there any minute and we could begin boarding. 6:45 pm - Flight was CANCELLED!!!!! I could go on about how I was rebooked on an 11:00 pm flight on American Airlines out of Reagan, my checked bag was not returned to me and I was told it was on another plane United plane that would beat me to Hartford, they shuttled me to Reagan. I got to Hartford and my bag was not there......SURPRISE!! This was ridiculous and thank god I was traveling alone and had time. I felt bad for the families with small children who had to suffer through this stupidity."

My original flight from Houston to Hartford was suppose to land at 8pm at Bradley airport. I had several people I was on the trip with who also flew into Hartford the same day with similar arrival times at bradley who were on different airlines. They either had small delays or no delays at all. Extremely inconvenient the trip home was. Although I am all for safety first I am not sure why other airlines still made the trip or simply delayed the flights. Pros: "Arrived at airport at 940 pm which was great because we were early but didn't get off the plane until almost 12am due to an airplane being worked on at our parking gate and also had to wait for local sheriffs office to board the plane to escort a lady off the plane when we finally did park and during that time the flight attendants were yelling at the paying customers because they had their phones out. One flight attendant even smacked a phone out of someone's hands! Will take a miracle to get me and my family to ever fly frontier again. Worse flight experience ever."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled 5 hours before I was supposed to get to the airport. They could not get me on another flight. I had to spend an extra $400 for a last minute flight."

Cons: "Excessive waiting to taxi, excessive waiting to de-plane, and nearly 2 WHOLE HOURS for our checked baggage to come to baggage claim! The whole process was painful to say the least. It seems frontier has overwhelemed themselves and can't keep up with the business."

Cons: "The only thing I dislike about flying Frontier is the comfort of the seats. Of course we would all like complimentary snacks however considering you can bring on your own it's not a deal-breaker."

Pros: "The smiles on the staff, especially one young man who is an attendant. Told him he had a great smile for so early in the morning. Kudos for his attitude. There was an older gentleman who was an attendant also...this was the younger one. Love, love your destinations and prices."

I hate frontier. they "get you with the cheap fare" but in reality people should just fly delta. b the time they add up everything, bags there and back, no snack or beverages on the plane, no recline seats, no tv, etc... you are basically paying for a regular flight, that is now just expensive as the original comfortable flight you wanted. horrible experience. one of many with this airline. I keep giving chances and they keep disappointing."

Pros: "For a short trip that's not overnight or super early this might be an option, but I would NEVER travel Frontier again for a flight over two hours that wasn't during normal business hours. The only positive was that it was a direct flight which was nice."
Cons: "After the fees for checked AND carry on baggage both ways, seats (yes you have to pay for seats after you book for an extra cost if you want to be sat with your party) it really wasn't much cheaper than any other airline. It was super uncomfortable with almost plastic like seats that don't recline, half a tray table that you can't even rest your a cup on let alone your arms, no space between seats or leg room unless you "upgrade" which is a joke because it gives you an extra inch or two, and no drink service even on a a four hour flight. To top it off our return flight which was set for 9:45 pm was delayed over 5 hours with no explanation or accommodations. I've always flown Delta or US Air and WOW what a difference! Lesson learned... Pay the extra $50-$100 to not be miserable for hours on end."

Cons: "A few hour delay is totally understandable with flight logistics and not something to worry about. But 10 hours?! That is just not excusable. Yes we were given food vouchers but still 10 hours is enough to ruin vacations or make people late for work."
Pros: "Frontier encourages you to check your bag by offering a lower fee for checking than carrying the bag onto the plane This made getting into and out of the plane so much quicker The seats were comfortable enough and I had my own food and beverages so did not need to purchase any."
Cons: "My reasonable priced ticket went up $104 by the time I paid to check my bag and pick a seat. I would rather gate check my bag and get it when I exit the plane because it took over an hour for it to come to baggage claim."
Cons: "I miss this flight.. Which was my returning flight home. Due to a flight coming to Cincinnati being cancelled thanks to mechanical issues and pilots working the maximun hours they are allowed. When asked about what frontier could offer the associate lied and stated they only had flights for Saturday ."

Cons: "During a weather delay we were stuck on the Denver tarmac for an hour and 45 minutes. We were allowed to get up from our seats, but the crew offered no water to drink. The west side of the plane was in the sun, and it got hot. I never saw the crew even walk through the cabin. I understand that weather is something the crew has no control over, but they have all the control over how we spend out time waiting. I was very disappointed in how Frontier handled our 105 minutes."
Pros: "The flight was very cheap initially. It was a direct flight, which was nice."
Cons: "They charge for everything. They input my name wrong into their system after I had booked it. In an attempt to change it, they were goign to charge me $80 per person to correct their mistake. I went the check in early and to select a seat they charge for that. Then on the plane, they charge for beverages, carry on bags, etc. So it ended up costing the same as a flight I had passed on with all the amenities included and closer to home. Lesson learned on Frontier. It may sound cheap, but they get you in the end."
