On a red eye, things usually get quiet after an initial drink service. And they even said it was going to, but that was a lie. I was in an aisle seat and got knocked by drink carts rolling past on at least 3 occasions, and they would talk without even trying to stay quiet. ALL NIGHT LONG. I definitely didn’t sleep, which is usually pretty easy for me. I fly a lot of red eyes and have gotten used to getting to sleep on the plane, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had."

The report must be filled out and sent to Seattle for review. We were told by the air crew this would take a few more minutes. It took over almost an hour and a half. Screaming babies and a FULL plane. We finally changed planes to the other end of the Terminal. I got no sleep and missed a very special Labor Day Holiday with my daughter because I am sleeping now. I dont understand how your own ground crew can damage your plane and it take so long for you to decide to change planes AFTER BOARDING A FULL PLANE!?!?"

Went we arrive to San Francisco airport they delay fly for 3 hrs I have a hotel in NY to sleep for 5 hrs before I pick up rental car and start to drive to my next trip . I lost my hotel reservation, again only one time they offer drinks and food was not good in airplane ."

The seat was also super uncomfortable and the back of the cushion was rolling forward, which made it hard to sit for that long. we also didn’t have a gate when we landed so that added on an extra 30minutes. Such as maintence, rebooting plane systems, etc. Employees were clues and every employee gave different explanations. Once we boarded the flight crew was nasty and rude. Lastly, after boarding we were held at gate for another half hour before taking off. This was first time in many years i flew on jetblue bc i switched to american post jetblue tarmac nightmare. I will never fly jetblue again ever."

She refused to take our bags in the full sevice line until other passengers deferred and insisted our bags be checked In ahead of them since we had been waiting longer. There were not enough people to staff the bars in the JFK terminal before our flight boarded. Waited 15 minutes for one bartender to return from break. At next bar, in front of gate #16 there was no bartender. After 15 minutes someone appeared, only to take orders and disappear. Finally got a drink at a restaurant, nearby, but they said the drink had to be consumed there, not taken in the plane. No alcohol was offered on the plane between JFK and Burlington. Baggage crew ripped the handle off my Rimowan luggage."

Pros: "You can pretty much count on having a great crew with JetBlue This flight's embodied patience: patience with the lady who wanted to bring a smartecarte loaded with diaper bags, blankies, handbags and stuffed animals onto the plane; patience with the baby in the first row who cried throughout the entire boarding process and patience witht; patience with the lady in the first row (who didn't have a seat in front of her to put her handbag containing a small service dog underneath) and two, I guess, wanted to keep the dog on her lap during take off. It was a plane full of first time flyers, with resulting chaos. And they kept their cool throughout."

But it sure makes it trying for people who are sharing the same cramped space. You don't realize that there's an art to being a good passenger until you see passengers who are unskilled at being passengers. I know this sounds very unkind, but it was a late flight."
Pros: "The check in line was a little long, but moved quickly. Then the unthinkable happened and we got wind of our friend passing just as we got to the front. The woman working at the counter felt so bad for us that she actually moved us into our own row so that we could have the space to grieve. We were also traveling with a dog so that in itself was so kind and accommodating."
Cons: "The ambient lighting used throughout the cabin was too bright and stimulating to let me fall asleep in an overnight flight, should have been dimmed more or turned off. The seats did not help the comfort levels either, should have been able to recline a tad bid more. No compensation even offered or provided for extra expenses they caused by us leaving so late. Thank you Sun Country for starting my vacation off so well."

When I went to board the plane, my ticket wouldn't scan. So I had to bring it back to the desk and the lady changed my seat without saying a word. I asked why and she said, unpleasantly, there was a mistake made by checkin obviously. Not even an I'm sorry. And not only was my seat changed, it was changed to the last row of the plane (literally row 26, the absolute last row) and the middle seat. There was no entertainment offered until way into the flight, mind you it's only a two hour flight. The flight crew had no control over the pass angers and were yelling at them almost the entire flight."

Cons: "Let me start by saying I understand that airlines dont have it easy. Thinning margins, regulations, and insane competition. Sun country delayed their flight (claiming weather, despite no reports) and I missed my connecting flight. Prior to the flight, I told the agent that I would miss my connection and that I should fly later. But they insisted they would hold the connecting plane. I and a dozen passengers were rudely told that we were on the morning flight, and it's up to us what to do over night. Any major airlines would have covered the hotel, and the agents would have actually empathized with passengers. Sun Country is not a quality airlines."

Airlines charge to pick a sit, when you buy a ticket to fly, they upcharge for luggage, they charge to sit with your husband and child, they know how to charge, they know how to delay a flight, they know how to put you through body search, but they can't say hi or good bye, don't worry, the other airlines don't either. What you people need is competition."

Something was wrong with the Sun Country website, and so I wasn't able to do it. Naturally, they charged me the higher price for the checked bag because I was paying at the terminal. I told them that I had been trying all day to pay on-line, but they said that they could do nothing about it."

Definitely don't like feeling like I'm imposing in to someone's personal space. There was no form of entertainment, which made the delay seem longer as we were stuck in. The air plane waiting for the okay to take off."
