1. Everything was satisfactory concerning the flight. 2. Can't think of what could be better right now.

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back

Not United Airlines' fault. It's ORL airport's fault.

United overall experience is great these days. Airport experience was very organized. Staff on flight were great. App and information as good as it gets.

Very nice flight love the small aircraft. We had a wonderful flight attendant. Nice to see someone that really enjoys her job. Don't have her name but had a southern accent.

Seats in waiting area and on plane hard as rock. Fast internet on the flight was great! Crew was kind.

Not the fault of United—weather, reroute around weather, time sitting on tarmac, arrived couple hours late, too late for train into city necessitating a much pricier cab but weather…can’t be helped.

I had no checked baggage but was required to hand over carry on baggage at the door of the plane. There was a lot of overboard space in the plane and I was one of the last ones. I ran to get my carry on but it was gone. I was given back at the plane door in Toronto, so the wait was not as long as it would have been at the carousel.

the delay for 3 hours was understandable due to weather conditions but the flight should’ve provided some on flight compensations or at least provide more food.

Elderly female flight attendant was not customer friendly. There were only about 12 people on a regional jet that had about 60 seats. There were 8 exit row seats and none of them were taken. We attempted to sit in those seats and the flight attendant gave the standard " you didn't pay for those" so she would not allow us to move. What harm would that have caused ? They assigned seats to 5 of the 12 people in 2 rows, row 20 and 21. A simple friendly customer experience gesture of allowing us to sit in exit rows would have gone a long way in me having a very favorable impression on Air Canada. After that I have very poor impression of Air Canada and will not fly with them when I can avoid it.

Flight was delayed but the real issue is how long we sat after boarding. Space very limited for an overnight flight and seatbacks didn’t recline so it was almost impossible to sleep.

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues with in-house entertainment. Strike one for the delay, strike two for no entertainment. Once we boarded we still had to wait while they tried to fix the entertainment system. Strike three was an issue with a passenger falling in the lavatory so no breakfast was served for economy seats. Not blaming the passenger but did the entire crew have to attend to one person? She walked off the plane by herself so she didn’t seem that bad off. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did but at least we got our luggage!

Worst experience ever. Flight was cancelled no one answering phones and no AC personnel at the airport. As a result I had to rent a car to get to my destination on time. Won’t be taking this airline for a long while.

Everything nice. Only nice staff and kind people. Thank you Air Canada. I will be back ❤️

They added a stop in Barcelona in the last minutes and lost my luggage….. I will never book with Air Canada again.

Pilot forgot his documents so flight was 35 minutes late in leaving. He had to go home to get documents!

The flight was more compact. The flight was more turbulent than usual. Otherwise no complaints.

Not hold up plane for one passenger who didn't get there on time so the rest of a full flight has to be concerned about connecting flight, me, and run to catch flight 😑

No Air Canada rep at the ticketing desk. Spoke with United (assumed partner) and they directed me to wait in the Air Canada line. I was 2 hours early for this flight since it was international. No one ever showed at the Air Canada desk so I spoke with United again and they said that Air Canada transferred the plane to them (truth?) and pulled up my ticket. The ticket was denied due to a carry-on limitation (is this real?). United cancel the flights and started to rebook but they said they had no authority to rebook since it was with Air Canada. After 3 hours of being on hold and speaking with multiple people at Air Canada they informed me that the United canceled my whole trip and marked it as a no show (again, 2 hours early). They refused to rebook or refund.
