We were made to check our carry-on luggage because it did not fit the measurements. That’s what we were told, but I saw plenty of carry-on luggage on the plane that was the same size as ours
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.
Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.
Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.
Staff and aircraft were good. However, weather in Houston lee to a ground stop. We were looking at circling behind three other planes until the stop was lifted. Pilot said we didn’t have enough fuel for that. So we flew on to New Orleans as the closest port with immigration and customs staff. Landed there and sat in the plane for two hours plus while staff was sorted. Turned away by ICE. Waited for pilots to be switched out, but after they were approved by ICE. Then had to wait to get a runway because so many planes were ahead of us. Finally took off and flew back to Houston. We all missed our connecting flights because it took too long. Hotel voucher from United was only a link to booking site. Total BS. Finally got a flight out the next day after a night without sleep because all the Houston hotels were booked by rodeo and spring break crowds.

The food is terrible. The same pasta or chicken with bad taste and presentation
Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely
Wonderful and fast TSA checkpoint. The line was fast and our gate was close by

My feedback from the trip to Columbia to Chicago was meant for Chicago to Denver.
The plane was delayed after we boarded - although they sent an email to my work email (which I did not get until later) there was no announcement from the PA about the delay in flight. Fortunately, they made up the time in the air and we landed around the original time.
I couldn’t get a beverage because my tray table was broken
Flight was delayed, boarded, sat at the gate for more than 30 minutes, left the gate then waited on the pad for another 30 to 60 minutes then returned to the gate, deboarded and was cancelled... alternative flight was not booked automatically. Waited in line for 30 minutes but fortunately an alternate flight to a different destination was found ... no thanks to the travel agent used by kayak
Checked bag was severely damaged. Whole corner was riped off including 1 of 4 wheels gone. Insulation exposed. This made it not possible to fly with on my next-day American Airlines flight.
The flight changed gates multiple times and flight had to be delayed multiple times
I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
No food offered, just chips. Crew was no nice. I had to Stand up and ask for a drink. Even for a midnight flight I have had better experiences from another airlines.
rushed onto the plane by inpatient staff just to sit on the taxiway just want to add, the flight out of Philadelphia and into Fort Worth Texas was terrible. canceled twice because of non-existent weather, and delayed.
