The staff was not helpful and unfriendly. Food was horrible and no options. We payed for extra leg space and it turned out it was not the case and we had no option in flight to buy space , furthermore would had cost 2 time more then any other airline. Entertainment was mediocre. Very high fees to change a flight. We will not fly with this company again, and do not recommend unless stress is what you looking for.
It was on time and we landed safe
The crew was rude there was no media to watch for the last 3-4hrs and we could led use out iPhones to watch downloaded media.
Worst experience ever. 11 hour delay at JFK. No information given by staff at JFK. Missed connection in Shaghai. Took business class but was not admitted to Air France lounge.
Crew was nice. Plane ride was smooth.
People were allowed to be on their laptops and watch movies but we were not allowed to have our phones out to watch movies on our phone. That was not cool for those of us who did not bring laptops and downloaded all our movies and books to our phones. The plane was also freezing cold and the blankets were thin and small. No wifi that worked in Shanghai either for American service providers.
