The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."

The seat was also super uncomfortable and the back of the cushion was rolling forward, which made it hard to sit for that long. we also didn’t have a gate when we landed so that added on an extra 30minutes. Really disappointed."

However, our flight was delayed another 4 hours bc of no gate, held up earlier flight to Boston bc of late passenger and countless other issues. Such as maintence, rebooting plane systems, etc. Employees were clues and every employee gave different explanations. Once we boarded the flight crew was nasty and rude. Lastly, after boarding we were held at gate for another half hour before taking off. This was first time in many years i flew on jetblue bc i switched to american post jetblue tarmac nightmare. I will never fly jetblue again ever."

Said It was our fault we were in wrong line to check our bags bc we had not read the sign that clearly said if we were pre-checked we should have waited 10 yards to the right. She refused to take our bags in the full sevice line until other passengers deferred and insisted our bags be checked In ahead of them since we had been waiting longer. There were not enough people to staff the bars in the JFK terminal before our flight boarded. Waited 15 minutes for one bartender to return from break. At next bar, in front of gate #16 there was no bartender. After 15 minutes someone appeared, only to take orders and disappear. Finally got a drink at a restaurant, nearby, but they said the drink had to be consumed there, not taken in the plane. No alcohol was offered on the plane between JFK and Burlington. Baggage crew ripped the handle off my Rimowan luggage."

It was a plane full of first time flyers, with resulting chaos. And they kept their cool throughout."

But it sure makes it trying for people who are sharing the same cramped space. You don't realize that there's an art to being a good passenger until you see passengers who are unskilled at being passengers. I know this sounds very unkind, but it was a late flight."
Pros: "The check in line was a little long, but moved quickly. Then the unthinkable happened and we got wind of our friend passing just as we got to the front. The woman working at the counter felt so bad for us that she actually moved us into our own row so that we could have the space to grieve. We were also traveling with a dog so that in itself was so kind and accommodating."

(If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

I booked my flight through Kayak. I was not able to make the flight. I sent my passport in for renewal 7 weeks ago. I still have not received it. I couldn't rebook because I didn't know when or if I would even receive it. That would of cost me a extra $500. So I asked for a refund or voucher to book at a later date. I only was able to recover $90 of the $1000 I spent on my flight. How would you feel?
They have made the seats even narrower and tighter fore. Like paying someone a lot of money to torture you. Tall people—don’t mean NBA— can’t scoot down so there’s no seat to support neck. We got sore necks and no sleep. The aisles so narrow now flight attendants are hitting people’s shoulders all the time, spilled hot coffee on me. They probably have bruises. Airlines guilty of human rights violations.
The plane was very late arriving at the gate which made me miss my connecting flight which made me miss my shuttle. I’m very upset and will be calling American Airlines

Cons: "I paid hard-earned money for an expensive flight to Madrid. Not only were we very delayed on the way there, we were also delayed on the way back. We spent 3 hours back and forth on the tarmac stuck on an old bus in 100+ degree weather being delivered conflicting information, summed up to the seats being "broken". We got a "bathroom break" during which was talked to very rudely by the flight attendant at the gate, and then was almost left behind by the bus on the tarmac. Additionally, once we got onto the plane, it was extremely old (I'm talking no TV's, ashtrays on seats, filthy tables, dirty seats). To top it off, when I went to the restroom in the middle on the flight, I saw flight attendants drinking Tito's and soda in the back in the plane and talking loudly. I am not usually one to complain- but this was a particularly bad experience and terrible ending to my vacation."

The American Airlines return flight only had a cabin screen, where everyone watched the same movie. I will say, however, that the two movies I watched were excellent, so the outcome was fine (but given the option, I'd take the BA option of on-demand viewing!)."

I’m fairly skinny and still thank god I had the aisle seat because with arms at my sides, my shoulders touched the small woman next to me and stuck into the aisle so that when the drink cart came by I had to physically lean toward the windows to get out of the way. No entertainment unless paid for, which is fine, except that the flight attendant and the announcements both stated that at least a movie was included. Outdated jet. No where to charge anything. Couldn’t work on my computer because to type, my elbow took up most of the other persons seat."

She seemed to stop passengers she could intimidate, I’m not used to being treated rudely by service providers! I’m sure they wanted to reduce the passenger loading time, but rudeness is not acceptable!"

A few minutes later my name was called by another agent for a seat assignment. When I approached them, the first agent told the agent who called my name "no, she already has a seat" and did not even let me talk! This is awful customer service. I always fly with Southwest, but this time I had to fly with United because of the timing of the flight. I will choose an airline where I can at least get to finish asking a question and apparently that is not United airline."

Plane was delayed due to a door being jammed.
I was charged $100 because a tennis racket wouldn’t fit into the onboard measuring bin. Once I got on the plane the overhead compartments were half full and you could have stored thousands of tennis rackets without an issue. The up charge is a racket. It also puts the staff in an adversarial relationship which makes the whole event just a bad situation.
They are a pathetic excuse for an airline. They had two employees working at the check encounter with a in line of customers attempting to drop bags for a 6 AM flight.
Cleveland airport had very few travelers compared to Orlando. 10 minute delay but I felt like we were on schedule. Peanuts/pretzels and water for free would be nice:)

Seats where crowded and unless I paid extra my husband could not get handicap seating."

When contacting Frontier, changing her flight from Thursday to Friday night or Saturday would still have cost more than purchasing another ticket, which I did. Something very wrong with this. I measured the carry on that I purchased for this flight from measurements given on your site. At the airport, the carry on was not permitted without paying for it. Your site states 8x14x18. The larger carry on, which payment is possibly required, is stated to be 10x16x24, if I understand correctly. I ended up paying 30 dollars each way, a total of $60.00 for a small carry on that I understood to be free!"

Don't get me wrong I do feel bad for those poor people who were delayed on the other flight, but does it make sense to make an additional 200 or so people late to their destination? You don't have any other plane or pilots in your fleet in case this problem occurs. We were expecting to get into our hotel at 9:30pm. It's 4:15am and we're still not there. Terrible."
