Cons: "The departure moved to three different gates. Inconvenient."
Pros: "Bad costumer service and terrible manners from the ladies giving you beverages."
Cons: "I hated the whole experience. Very disorganized and rude all around. Not all the workers but by far a bad experience."
Cons: "Purchased ticket and it was this thing called Basic Fare Ticket???? Which means No refund, No Cancellation or Rescheduled Flights! You cannot pick your seat and will not be able to purchase a better seat even if it says available. Paid way too much and had to stay longer for my father's heart attack and lost the ticket and had to but a 1 way ticket back home and had to purchase my seat on top of all this. Over $1600 paid and still wanted $80 for my seat of choice. How Greedy."
Pros: "The crew went above and beyond on this flight. They were continously carrying around juice for us and constantly making sure we were all comfortable. The movies and TV shows were free if you had the united app.overall it was a amazing flight!"
Pros: "on time"
Cons: "so uncomfortable seating. united website wofirst offered us $200.00 each because flight was overbooked.we declined. united would not let us check in online due to having no bags. we had to go to airport desk who then sent us to kiosk. we used the kiosk and machine said we had to talk to an agent, who inturn had to see the see the size of our bags. (she was miserable). then she printed our a boarding pass without seat assignment. we then had to go to gate agent who told us we had to wait a couple of minutes. we returned to the gate agent who again said we had to wait .(she was miserable too!!) all the while, for 2 days, we thought of that poor man assaulted on the united flight as they forced him out of his seat and off the plane. was this going to happen to us??? we sat and watched many many crew members board, crew that did not work on the flight. finally we were given out boarding pass with a seat assignment . HATE UNITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Pros: "Connecting flight cancelled could not on another flight of two days will never fly throw Fort Myers ever again"
Cons: "Only one flight to Key West a day out of Fort Myers at 5pm who does that"
Pros: "Cramped seatting, minimal food or beverage options and we were invited to provide our own entertainment. Pretty typical flight for ten or fifteen years ago. The crew was extremely pleasant. Very surprising and maybe the only saving grace."
Cons: "The airline is clearly trying to maximize profits by squeezing any comfort from the plane while still charging ludicrous amounts. Good for them. That's their free market choice. But do not then be startled that everyone is angry before, during, and after your flights. In the long run that's how you shed customers."
Cons: "The crew was rude and often in helpful. This is a continuing trend on United and I will not fly united again"
Cons: "It was more of a United experience....they canceled the flight 30 minutes before take off and scheduled me for the morning. It seemed they knew the that this flight would not take off because they sent my bags ahead on the earlier flight but left me waiting for 5 hours. before the cancellation. This was not a Kayak issue but a United"
Pros: "Smooth and very friendly flight attendants."
Cons: "Videos of procedures are so unrealistically calm."
Pros: "Landing safely."
Cons: "Everything else. I flew from PHL to IAH and was very unhappy with the experience. The gate agents were unfriendly. The bag check agents downstairs were unfriendly. I had two separate phone calls with United a week prior to the flight to understand and confirm the bag policy. This was AFTER booking my flight so they knew upfront I bought a basic economy ticket. After my first call, I understood a personal item would be free and I would be able to pay for my carry on bag, but only within 24 hours prior to the flight. I made a second call to be absolutely sure the previous agent gave me the correct information and pricing. So I paid the $25 for my carry on, checked in online, and waited at the gate while boarding at the very end because I was basic economy. They did not let me board with my bag. They requested another $50 to check my carry on with them or I would be rebooked. I struggled to afford the flight, let alone the carry on fee I had paid in advance. I literally did not have the money, and even if I had the cash, they only accept plastic. What blew me away was they weren't asking me to check my carry on because of the size. But because of my basic economy ticket, aka, the N fare. Despite checking with two employees by phone after buying my ticket and paying for a carry on in advance, there is a rule in place that states "if you have purchased Basic Economy, you will only be allowed one personal item, unless you are a Premier member or a primary card member using a qualifying MileagePlus credit card." Therefore, there is no alternative. You are a second class citizen; a no good deplorable, when you buy this ticket and there is nothing you can do to upgrade it. Only the "premier" passengers have the right to bring a carry on aboard even if you think you're paying for the privelage. What I was expected to somehow understand after asking two United employees prior if I could purchase the right to bring a carry on bag aboard, was to CHECK my CARRY ON downstairs or learn the hard way. Wow. What a ruthless way to learn this lesson. I waited 7 more hours to board the next available flight. What a nightmare. I thought I had did the appropriate research necessary and planned in advance to avoid these situations. Checking in online and contacting customer service prior is no longer the convenience it used to be. Even if you've done your research, bring additional funds with you. Even if you check in online and have a digital boarding pass, always check in with a real human prior to entering the TSA security line. A side note, United is trying to save money while "speeding up" the process by forcing you to use a computer to hand over your checked luggage. Speaking with a human now is a monumental struggle."
Pros: "Fast flight."
Cons: "Don't like being squeezed in, but it is what it is"
Cons: "I froze for 5 hours!"
Pros: "Connection was close to arrival, not much waiting timepeople"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "To close"
Cons: "I don't think it's fair that you don't any money back of you cancel your plane ticket. It shouldn't matter what type of ticket it was. You should at least be allowed a voucher for the amount of the ticket at a later date. Even if it's a percentage off, you should be allowed something. How is it that you can buy a car worth thousands, and be allowed to return it under the Lemon Law. When a company called can make billions of dollars doing this, it's just taking advantage of the little people."
Cons: "We paid extra to have seating together in an upgraded to business class. We paid an additional $89.00 each for this option on top of our airfare. When we got to the boarding gate and we were ready to have our ticket scanned we were told, "unfortunately, you two won't be able to be seated together, we had a seat change that affected your seating." then we were asked to go to the counter at the gate to see what could be done, but there was nothing that could be done, the flight was full. So our money was collected but due to the mess up on seating and loss of our $600.00 epi pen medication we didn't take the flight."
Pros: "The man at the counter gave me a much better seat than I originally had. He was pleasant and very customer-friendly. I can't remember his name but he had brown hair, glasses and a mustache. I was extremely exhausted from my Las Vegas flight and it helped me greatly."
Pros: "Short flight (landed ahead of schedule), no boarding wait, good price."
Cons: "Small plane for short flight(smaller cabin)"
Pros: "Crew was polite"
Cons: "Only one person to help assist my husband who is a paraplegic from the chest down I had to help assist him in his seat before we was dropped. We had a delayed take off and was promised free direct tv and was never granted that access the whole flight. The crew started their safety presentation while the video presentation kept tryin to start and stop very unprofessional. The garbage Cart never made it down the aisle I threw our garbage in the bathroom."
Cons: "Lining up is about getting overhead space. It gets brutal and awful atmosphere."
Pros: "We were not sitting together the agent was able to sit us together. Not only this but I wanted a window seat and she also was able to do this"
Pros: "Not much to like..."
Cons: "Once again, your people need to cater to the people that flight. The very first time I flew with United was December 14, 1982. I was 7. As an adult I have either flown with Delta or US Air. I went with United on this trip and I have to say that I am never going back on another United flight."
Cons: "My flight was late causing me to miss my connecting flight. Having to spent the night here at the airport. I'm still here waiting. I was rebooked on a 11:55am flight for this morning 7/19/16. Very disappointed."
Pros: "Crew and facilities were great. I will travel with you again."
Cons: "Again the seats were a little hard."
Cons: "Was asked to pay $25 extra for my luggage. That should have been disclosed up front on the ticket. Not happy"
Cons: "Terrible experience in onboarding.. Later on i was made to sit in flight for 5 hours at mumbai airport"
Cons: "1 of the worst landing I have ever experienced."
