Pros: It got my to where I needed to go....eventually
Cons: Didn’t like the hidden fees such a buying your seat. Good thing I checked my email the night before and saw that. Flight was delayed 4 times with no explanation. Won’t be booking again with Spirit simply over the hidden fees.
Pros: Nothing really was standing out to like.
Cons: Flight was late by one how which resulted in problems with car rental. Non standard weight limit for checked bag. It used to be ~50lb on all flights, it's 40lb on Sprint. I did not have to pay, it's just more packing effort. Spirit seems to try to sell everything, even if it's included already. To select a seat (any seat) I would have to pay ~$20. If I do not select I'll get it anyway. Seats could not be reclined. No entertainment.
Pros: Flight crew was very pleasant both ways, but didn't make the trip worth it with all the negatives.
Cons: Frontier's electronic tickets don't work at security. The added fees were ridiculous. Paying for a SEAT and a CARRY-ON is outlandish! They even charge for water. Seriously? The new seats are extremely uncomfortable, the armrests are cold metal, and the seats don't recline. They tray tables are about the size of a small romance novel. We felt incredibly duped. I will gladly pay more to fly an alternate airline. I hope to never fly this airline again.
Pros: I was left high and dry in Denver airport for over 12 hours because I was never notified of the change in connecting flight from AM to PM! I am absolutely livid. The Frontier agents weren't helpful at all in finding me an alternate flight. #wasteofmytime #NeverAgain

Pros: Crew was nice. However the spirit airline attendant at the desk told me to gate check my bag. I stood there waiting for someone to grab my bag for sometime. So I asked the stewardess and she told me just to bring the bag in and put my carry on in the over head compartment.
Cons: However the desk attendant came on the aircraft took my bag out of the overhead compartment. And then left it outside or the plane. I waited at the airport for until 1:30am before I got a confirmation that the back was in fact at Newark still. I had a nursing convention to go to and I had no clothing. So I had to Uber to Walmart than Uber back to my hotel. So I didn’t get any sleep. I didn’t check into my hotel til 4am due to a negligent spirit employee. I paid for the checked bag and there was plenty of space in the over head compartment. She caused me unnecessary stress and an embarrassing morning with my administrators due to my lack of sleep.
Pros: More easy to board with the size bag, within their limits, that I thought it would be. Didn't know about all the price sticklers until after I bought my plane tickets, but once I knew the rules and we only packed one change of clothes into a small bag that we could carry on, everything else went smoothly.
Cons: No USB ports on the plane and no entertainment. I've never flown Frontier before so I asked the male Steward a couple of questions about the drinks (short bright from GEG to LAS) he was rude as if I should know the rules. So I simply got water which he filled one third of the way and that was it :-(
Pros: Cheap fare
Cons: Expensive bag check fees of $52 across the board, even though signs listed a variable scale based on weight that would have been cheaper. Apparently that's only available if you check in early and weigh your bags yourself or something, IDK...
Pros: Crew was friendly and did a good job getting all the people boarded especially with the number of children and those needing assistance.
Cons: They seemed unprepared for deplaning even though we spent 30 minutes on the tarmac waiting for our gate to open.
