For economy, it was very good. Staff was great, they even let some of us change seats for more leg room... Put an empty seat between us which was fantastic for a 12hr flight. Onboard entertainment was excellent, I think over 200 choices of movies/tv/etc The bad was the barely/nonfunctional wifi that cost either $16.99 or 1700 miles (full flight). It was atrocious... Definitely the worst of the last 3 long haul major airlines I was on the last few months.

Electric plugs didn't work. Entertainment system wasn't working

The design of the light switch on the arm rest is ridiculous.

The gate attendant let me walk right by her with a bag too big for the overhead compartment

Overall poor for me I paid extra for seats with leg room and my regional flights exit row seats have less leg room then the others that's money that could have been saved and on my final flight home the flights air was not operating it was unbearably hot in the cabin I will be contacting United and filing a DOT complaint

I don’t understand the purpose of the orange “priority” tag on my bag. This tagged, my bag is last or near to the last bag to come down the carousel at IAH.

Overall, it was a good experience. Boarding was good and there was plenty of overhead bin space for everyone’s carryons (even when we boarded toward the end). Only improvement would be to offer trash service more regularly.

David went above and beyond to make our flight the best that it could be

No food service almost missed because of first flight delays

Had a hard time finding my assigned seat. No attendants to assist.

It was delayed by almost 90 minutes and that messed up our plans but it was beyond UA’s control that is what we heard

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

Terrible experience. Flight was delayed then canceled. They had no clue how to rebook us. Had to wait in line to take to a gate agent for 2 hours. Absolutely terrible from start to finish.

Most expensive flight… and they are trying to pinch more and more money out of you. Baggage, snacks, pillows, headphones… — so many airlines do far better than this… surely a national airline can do better?

We have already filed a formal complaint with Air Canada and are considering filing a complaint with the US Dept. of Transportation. Air Canada was impossible to reach in the two days leading up to our flight despite multiple calls and waits of more than one hour. Their website is designed to prevent reaching anyone and simply puts you into one doom loop after another. In the end, due to Air Canada's lack of communciation and unresponsiveness, we could not take this flight. Depending on how Air Canada responds to our complaint, we may never fly this airline again and advise the rest of the world to do the same.

We were sent via the ac app to a wrong gate. And then got a boarding message to the original gate. Had to run through the airport to get to the gate just in time. Were they purposely trying to trick me? The day before flight was sent a message for free change of flight. Kinda suspect they oversold the flight.

The crew and food were very good. The plane was dirty..

I was in Business Class row 7 on a 787-9. Both times I didn't get my choice of food. Otherwise, excellent!
