Pros: We were early
Cons: The food

Cons: No WiFi.

Cons: Some form of entertainment

Pros: Our flight attendant was very nice.

Cons: For a major carrier in Europe we expected more. Be Be prepared to pay for food and even a drink on a domestic flight. Seats tiny barely any leg room. Crew members appeared to be having a bad day not many welcoming smiles. I guess if you had to budget just pay use one of the other carriers

Pros: Friendly competent staff
Cons: Nothing in particular

Pros: I did not

Cons: London Concorde first Lounge is old, food and service terrible, toilets dirty. And that is the best they got. Will try to avoid BA and only use if no other option. LH and AF much better in Europe

Pros: Crew at airports are super nice and the ride was smooth.

Cons: BA need to decide if they are EasyJet or BA. To pay BA prices and get EasyJet service is a joke. When I fly Easyjet I know what I am getting and can live it with. BA, on the other hand, wish to be different and yet they are close to painting the planes orange and still charging a premium price.

Pros: I like that we were on time for departure
Cons: The speed boarding it was confusing,no one was there in the que until they called you to board then People starting to come up from the que that was already there. Speedy boarding should be exactly that.

Pros: Landing was perfect!
Cons: None

Pros: Food was good. Intertainment options good.
Cons: My seat did not recline so I had trouble trying to sleep thru the night flight. Seats too cramped even after updgrading.

Pros: Comfy seats, pleasent crew, good selection of movies and we got there on time. Bathroom was clean.
Cons: Food was a little gummy and breakfast was a biscuit and a cream cheese filled pretzel

Pros: On board service and amenities
Cons: Kayak customer service

Pros: We liked the Economy Plus amenities lovely service from all staff
Cons: Heath row. Was very disorganized

Pros: Clean plane and crew are friendly
Cons: Stuff at the gate we’re very rode no manors at all .

Pros: The crew and service was good.
Cons: Slow boarding, not enough leg room for such s long flight. I would expect better from an international flight. Middle seats are miserable.

Pros: The cabin crew were excellent. The food service was very good. Entertainment choices were abundant and generally good.
Cons: Reaching our connecting flight. The Bataan death march comes to mind—concourse 3 to 5, oh my! Having got through all the hurdles including incomprehensible up, down, up again down again escalator rides and security pat down for my wife we got to Concourse 5 where we learned our plane was leaving from C gates, but not which C gate. So we looked for directions to C gates. The only signage was for C gates 52 to 57. Common sense would lead one to believe that C gates 1 to 51 existed somewhere in the terminal; but no they do not and not many people are aware that they don’t. There has to be a better way. Perhaps before Brexit becomes a reality you could lean on Germany’s vaunted efficiency to help clean up this nightmare scenario.

Pros: Food was better than I thought it was going to be (not that I have enormous expectations for airline food, but it was quite good).
Cons: Economy class is cramped, and it was a packed flight. Obviously, this is not a BA-only issue. It may have been me in my dehydrated state, but the cabin was also quite a bit warm.

Pros: Entertaiment
Cons: The crew could be quite curt at times

Pros: Boarding. Food.
Cons: My in flight entertainment was broken and that us quite a disadvantage on a 12 hour flight. I was told it was because the airplane was "very old" which whilst it may be true it is not something I particularly want to hear. I was also told that as the flight was full I could only move seats if someone wanted to swap. I'm not sure if the flight attendant was expecting me to stand up and make a public request?!

Pros: The food, the entertainment and the staff was super friendly
Cons: The seats should be more comfortable for such a long flight

Pros: We got there safely...
Cons: Cabin crew were not very helpful. Onboard entertainment kept going off. The plane was very old and smelt. The aircon kept on dripping on me.

Pros: Serve was normal and so was the food.
Cons: Left the terminal building by bus to the aircraft. Had to exit the bus, WALK ACROSS the tarmac and up a set of stairs to the plane. REALLY, British Air couldn't find a proper gate at the terminal? What if it had been raining or my elderly mother that needs a wheel chair? BA needs to solve these problems fast if they want my service in the future.

Pros: I arrived safely and on time.....good movie selection
Cons: Breakfast out of London was not appealing - eggs not tasty and potatoes mushy and lacking in taste.

Cons: O

Pros: Food, seats pretty good , movies offered some good choices much better than US carriers
Cons: Heathrow airport at 4:30 AM not fun at all

Pros: Everything
Cons: Crew

Cons: Just the room and comfortableness of the economy class seating

Cons: We have to pay for even water or tea or coffee. So we stay thirsty.

Pros: Friendly attendants.

Cons: it was delayed 2+ hours. They should have at least offered free drinks for the trouble.

Cons: After technical issues, our flight got delayed over 2 hrs. and many passengers missed international connections. BA handled the rescheduling very poorly. They did not offer any compensation and during the delayed flight, they did not even offer us water for free - just as a curtesy. Overall I see this as incapablity and very poor treatment of passengers.

Pros: The crew was perfect and everything went smoothly.
Cons: Limited entertainment options and no wifi available.

Pros: This is was actually a flight operated by Qatar Airways and my first time with them. And you know what? It was like going back in time: this was exactly what and how BA used to be even 10 years ago. Thank you, Qatar, for wonderful service!

Pros: The food was tasty.
Cons: flight was 1 hour and 40 minutes late. We sat on a hot plane waiting for take off and the temperature remained too high during the flight. Very little water was offered. Seating in coach was very tight.

Pros: entertainment options were excellent. i was unexpectedly upgraded. my luggage made it through the short connection, which is not what you expect from heathrow.
Cons: i had a short connection through heathrow and as my incoming plane was delayed. i was told i had to get a boarding pass at heathrow for the next flight because they could not give me one when i first checked in. the line at the transit desk was very long and i ended up asking a security man to let me through and i was sent to another desk that was shorter. if i hadn't have asked and looked stressed i might have missed my flight.

Pros: Plane ldeparted and landed on time. Plane was nicer than expected but not the same quality as Airbus 320
Cons: Immigration was severely understaffed for number of people waiting Took an hour to process 50 people. Crew member unhappy by seat swap as had special meal request. Had moved only one seat to the left to help other passenger out.

Pros: Flights were on time
Cons: They lost our stuff as we travel internationally for 10 days. No clue where it is

Pros: easy boarding, land at T5 which is a very well designed terminal
Cons: check is was horrendous. Long queues of people, long wait and not enough people to man the check in counters. Sitting down in my seat my kneeds immediately banged on the seat in front of me. Its clear that this aircraft has less leg space that then usual. And now you have to pay for all food and drink. £9 for a sandwich and G&T.

Pros: Crew was nice and food was decent. Flight left a little late but made up time in the air so arrived timely.
Cons: Boarding was chaotic - after having first class and preferred passengers board, it was a free for all for all other passengers, which doesn't make a lot of sense and caused a long line. Due to a malfunctioning piece of equipment, the plane was about 90 degrees during boarding and while waiting for takeoff, which was pretty miserable. Temperature was fine after takeoff. The plane itself was very old, seats were cramped, and the screens for movies/tv (and selections themselves) were very poor, which is disappointing for an 8 hour flight. There were no power hookups either, which my Aer Lingus flight a few days beforehand offered. Finally, the passenger in front of me put his seat back while the plane was boarding, making it a struggle to get into my seat while boarding and to get out of it to let others in my aisle out from time to time for the restroom. Can't really blame the last one on the airline, but it added to the misery.

Cons: I on line checked in but it only checked me in for this flight and not my next flight which meant I was on standby. Agent at check-in could not change it.

Pros: plane was awesome
Cons: ran out of food options for the back of the plane...staff was rude when I asked for some pretzels or bread since they didn't have any more meatless options

Cons: I thought I was supposed to get a free meal and was never offered that or even a complimentary beverage. The flight attendants allowed a group of four passenger to stand during almost the entire flight in the aisles and in my row, making it difficult for people to get around them and didn't allow for an enjoyable flying experience.

Pros: Great equipment, fantastic service and punctual.

Pros: arrived safely and on time
Cons: Nothing was included. No snacks, not even pretzels or peanuts. No beverages unless you wanted to pay for it. No entertainment, such as music or TV shows (flight too short for movies.)

Cons: Seats on 747 recline back way too far. Could not enjoy my flight back from London with the guy in front of me reclined back so far. Was forced to recline my seat all the way back as well if I wanted to watch anything. I guess it's OK if you are on an overnight flight and just want to sleep. Everything else was great though.

Pros: Arriving safely.
Cons: The temperature was annoyingly hot on board.

Pros: Cancelled my flight offered hotel vouchers thru 1800 united said they can't at the airport then 1800 united so it can only give vouchers at the airport
Cons: Everything

Cons: Flight delayed

Cons: My son was flying on United from Colorado Springs to Denver, then on to Seattle for Thanksgiving. He rushed through as quickly as he could, but the door to the place was closing and it left 10 minutes early. United recorded him as a 'No Show', and there policy now is to cancel the entire ticket is you miss any segment of a round trip ticket. Thus, his entire $900 was forfeited, he couldn't even pay a change fee to catch a later flight. I hate American, and now I hate United just as much. These airlines shills have been allowed to go out of business when they last filled for bankruptcy. We fly in quite a few international airlines, and outside of Alaska, Jet Blue and Delta, maybe Southwest, US carriers are absolutely bottom of the barrel and it's clear that their employees don't care whatsoever. Will never book again in United or American. I'll try Amtrak before either of those carriers.

Cons: Delay. I lost my first flight and almost the second as well

Pros: We boarded quickly. That was nice.
Cons: The plane was old and tiny with barely any room for carry on. And no in flight entertainment or WiFi or anything. Bummer.

Pros: Excellent stewardess. On time.

Cons: Wouldnt refund my ticket or change my flight when I needed to change it fee for everything

Pros: Staff always amazing.
Cons: No Wi-Fi available.

Pros: On time flight

Pros: Colorado Springs is one of my favorite airports. It is well run and maintned, friendly and efficient
Cons: The seat in the exit row was uncomfortable

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Delayed flights leading to incredibly tight connection times, staff inconsistent with messaging re the source of the delay, zero compassion for customers, offering $700-$1,400 to get off the plane when you charge $200 to change a flight 2 weeks in advance is especially galling! Will not fly with United again whenever there is a viable alternative to my destination.

Pros: Great service! Smooth flight!

Pros: The planes weren’t overly packed and everyplane was on time
Cons: None

Pros: Everyone was really nice.
Cons: Not enough free food options for active duty flyers.

Pros: I really like how your flights are inexpensive compared to others when trying to purchase a last minute ticket.
Cons: The last two times I traveled ( I flew with United Airlines ) and both times my flights were delayed. The first time it was delayed by 4 hours and made me miss an appointment. The second time it was delayed by over 13 hours. It was nice that United had put me in a hotel room for the night, but again it took away from time in which I needed to be somewhere else.

Pros: Nice staff, helpful front desk and flight attendants.
Cons: No wifi, carry on fee, small seats

Pros: Good flight
Cons: Why can’t the plane be boarded from the back to the front. Seems like that would be easier for all passengers. Also, I picked assigned seats when I purchased the tickets and my husband and I where separated in different rows.

Pros: I typically dont fly with united, and this was a typical experience, staff was not friendly, terminal and gate change at last minute after I walking all the way to the gate, then another delay after we were boarded, now this was more airport related then United, but after they told us it was a 45min delay someone asked if we can use our phone or computer and the answer was a stern no with no explanation until someone got really upset, just not a professional experience, and this was why I don't fly united. But I had no choice this time.

Pros: Quick Hop
Cons: Just a quick hop to Denver

Pros: I really liked the flight attendant. He was funny and kind.

Pros: Had a flight delay in csprings but United had plane going to Denver for delivery they put us on no one missed their connection yeah!!!!
Cons: This was a good trip! No complaints .

Pros: Status quo
Cons: Flight was late arriving to gate hence late leaving, had a connecting flight.

Pros: My flight out of COS was delayed by 3 and a half hours yet my connecting flight was on time. They were unable to get me another connecting flight without me being held up and landing at the wee hours of the morning. It wasn't until I demanded an upgrade from United that I was placed on an American Airlines flight. This would never have been offered if I didn't go off on the representative and demand it. American Airlines saved the day! Never again will I fly United.
Cons: Everything.. flight never happened. Upgrade was never offered until I demanded it. The experience was so bad that I will never book with them again. They also still owe me my baggage fee back. That should be interesting.

Pros: COS airport security was friendly, cooperative, helpful. With first flight since knee replacement I was worried about getting through security. TSA personnel were very patient.
Cons: Seating was tight. Not sure how anyone could watch movies because the screen is so close to face.

Pros: On time, flight attendants were friendly

Pros: Flew to Austin instead of Houston because of weather. Then flew to Houston after 4 hours chilling on a plane in Austin!
Cons: Flight missed and now sitting here in an empty airport waiting for my next day flight at 650PM. Btw all local hotels are booked. Thank you United for stranding an active duty Soldier!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Multiple long delays.

Pros: Flights were fine once we got off the ground.
Cons: Flight was delayed 6 hours, not due to weather. Really unfortunate that I had to spend an entire day of a long weekend sitting in an airport. Wasn't reimbursed at all for any of the mess, but I guess that is life!

Pros: Good
Cons: Very good information

Pros: Flight on time!
Cons: The plane was small and bags barely fit on board

Pros: Boarding was fast although the flight was delayed 15 minutes. The were very quick and kind.
Cons: The seat kept slowly reclining and I had to continually pull the seat up. I paid extra because it was Economy Plus and had extra leg room.

Pros: Great Crew! Very professional. Great communication. Very Comfortable.
Cons: Upgraded seat on Airbus to phone charger and there wasn't one!

Pros: Everyone we dealt with was unbelievably kind and helpful. They had a wheelchair at the gate and helped push my disabled brother which was such a help for my elderly parents to make their connections. When I got my parents their tickets I was very apprehensive that it might be difficult making the connections but thanks to United's wonderful service their whole experience was fantastic. In the future I will always try to book United.

Pros: The steward was lip scyncing to the safety rules which kept our attention!

Pros: United made it so easy to check in & get our boarding tickets. We were traveling with a child and it was a good first time experience!

Pros: Went fine...short only 16 min flight
Cons: No food :(

Pros: It was quick.
Cons: I had to RUN through the airport to get connecting flight. I had to pay and check a carry-on because my first flight was delayed and there wasn't time to wait for my bag. If I'd have known I'd have taken a regular sized suitcase.

Cons: Boarding is disorganized

Pros: Short lflight
Cons: NA

Pros: Seating was nice, middle seat was empty
Cons: I landed at F1 and had to run to C29. No time to even grab a snack!

Pros: My flight wasn't full so I had no one sitting next to me.
Cons: Snack wasn't very good

Pros: On time and friendly crew.
Cons: Boarding group.

Pros: Flight attendants wear very pleasant and polite. PA system worked very well I was able to understand all notices and instructions. Thank you to the crews.

Pros: Well organized, enjoyable flight
Cons: Na

Pros: Snacks is good and healty.

Cons: CRJ700 seats are like sitting on naked plywood. Very uncomfortable.

Pros: Time and confort

Pros: Nice employees

Pros: The worse trip. the last 8 people in check in was off on the air plane .

Cons: Check in was was understaffed waited for 30 before assisted
