Crew put us on earlier flight that helped a lot
Super uncomfortable. Due to the room on board. The entertainment system is from WWII. Crew was great but the 9 hour flight from Frankfurt to DC was very uncomfortable. You could see people walking around and try to stretch.
They canceled the flight we booked several weeks ago and Lufthansa rebooked us on a very bad connection through Frankfort but never told us…the helpful United people at the airport figured out what had happened and then rebooked us on a direct United flight, like our original booking, only overnight instead of daytime. Why did Lufthansa not mention that they had rebooked us, and why did they add a stopover needlessly?
Boarding in Munich is so disorganized

After being assured by the airline that staff would help her with her carryon luggage, she was abandoned and ignored by both flight attendants. Each flight attendant referred het to the next, so she is walking back and forth tor their amusement. Tears rolling down her face, finally an elderly passenger helped her. Then the staff gave her attitude the entire flight. She may appear healthy, but she was cut from her neck to her waist and had two rods inserted along with bone grafts. I just cannot believe how awful she was treated."

Pros: "There seems to have been improvements to the check in and boarding for disabled disabled passengers like myself at Pearson. Much easier to drop off luggage and move quickly to the wheelchair pickup area. Staff were courteous and efficient."
Cons: "Spacing between seats continues to be a problem especially for disabled clients. Because I was travelling alone, I was asked if I would move to accommodate someone with a pet carrier that would not fit under the seat they were in. I declined but wondered how they were allowed to board with an oversized case. Also seemed strange to ask a disabled passenger to move."
Pros: "I was not given a seat assignment on an early 6:30am flight but was given a first class seat...that was a bonus because I was travelling with my dog so I had ample space."

I was uncomfortable the entire time. this was a redeye flight, departing at midnight. the cabin lights stayed on for the first hour making it impossible to dose off. we were given a 'snack' of a disgusting chicken wrap slathered in mayo. it was inedible. oh, and accompanied by a large kitkat bar. I mean. Who came up with this combo? there were no screens, no in flight entertainment unless you wanted to run down your phone battery or rent an ipad for $10. I was truly disappointed."

My vacation has come and gone and still no bag. Here we are 9 days later and no update or anything. Their baggage center is a NIGHTMARE. I wait on hold for over an hour each time only to be greeted by someone who couldn't care less about my issues. Every person has told me something different. It is beyond frustrating. Highly doubt I will ever see that bag again."

Other than this unfortunate event ... everything was great starting with the staff at the ticket counter."

My luggage I was not able to bring it with me. It went to Chicago how did it happen until now waiting for my luggage to be deliver here in my place."

Cons: "All the flight attendants seemed a bit frazzled; I felt guilty for asking for wine with lunch, and you had to either use your own device or pay $10 to access the in-flight entertainment. Even then, I could only watch TV shows on my laptop --you need an app to see movies. Very strange and felt like being in a domestic flight."

Passengers should have the right to have a least 1 registered for free luggage to avoid such of chaos, possible injuries and delays. i feel horrible for the flight attendants for such of task of carrying and moving so many luggages."

In the past airlines complained about cost of fuel, gas, but now is cheaper and we PASSANGERS never have any consideration flying. Another fact is the seatis are too small, I had to share my seat with two overweight women and they occupied part of my space, I was so uncomfortable, I requested for another seating and was not possible due to the fullness of the plain. I standed up many time not rubber and feel the heat of that person on my left side. overweight people should be suggested to buy double seating."

I was able to get on a flight 24 hours later. This missing connection happens routinely with Air Canada, for some reason they have not managed to fix the error."

Cons: "The fact that because I was late for my flight, my reservation was cancelled. I was not given the opportunity to change my flight at all, I just lost out on the return portion of my travel. I would have been willing to pay a fee to change my return, but not given the opportunity. Had I booked directly with the airline, they would have had no problem making a change. Buyer beware!!! If you don't book directly with an airline, you may suffer the same fate as me! This was an almost $1,300 dollar learning experience. Do not use third party online booking agents! You do not have the same protections as dealing with the airlines directly."

Cons: "I am a visitor to Canada n travelling by myself, I do not carry cell phone and had no way to communicate these last minute changes to people coming to pick me up. Flight was overbooked n they bumped me off to a later flight. Then the airline lost my luggage and I was sent pillar to post to report it."
Cons: "As we were ready to start boarding, suddenly the desk employees announced that anyone who had done a self serve or web check in needed to come to the desk with ID. Seemed like at least 75% had done this! Also at the same time they decided to make a point about only 1 hand carry per person and probably 25% of the so called hand carry items ended up being checked in as they were far too big and never should have been allowed in the first place. A good portion of the passenger had 2 hand carry SUITCASES each. This all should have been dealt with during the waiting period - not at the 30 min mark before departure. Flight departed late as a result."
Pros: "Originally this flight was scheduled to be an 1hr and 17minute flight. It only took 55 minutes from gate to gate. Flight attendant was really friendly, overall a very great experience."

Cons: "My son was flying on United from Colorado Springs to Denver, then on to Seattle for Thanksgiving. He rushed through as quickly as he could, but the door to the place was closing and it left 10 minutes early. United recorded him as a 'No Show', and there policy now is to cancel the entire ticket is you miss any segment of a round trip ticket. Thus, his entire $900 was forfeited, he couldn't even pay a change fee to catch a later flight. I hate American, and now I hate United just as much. These airlines shills have been allowed to go out of business when they last filled for bankruptcy. We fly in quite a few international airlines, and outside of Alaska, Jet Blue and Delta, maybe Southwest, US carriers are absolutely bottom of the barrel and it's clear that their employees don't care whatsoever. Will never book again in United or American. I'll try Amtrak before either of those carriers."

Pros: "I typically dont fly with united, and this was a typical experience, staff was not friendly, terminal and gate change at last minute after I walking all the way to the gate, then another delay after we were boarded, now this was more airport related then United, but after they told us it was a 45min delay someone asked if we can use our phone or computer and the answer was a stern no with no explanation until someone got really upset, just not a professional experience, and this was why I don't fly united. But I had no choice this time."

It wasn't until I demanded an upgrade from United that I was placed on an American Airlines flight. This would never have been offered if I didn't go off on the representative and demand it. American Airlines saved the day! Never again will I fly United."
