I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Pros: "The cabin crew serving the main cabin were exceptional. They were efficient, kind and FUN. We were an hour late leaving and 2/3 of the plane was worried about tight connections. They handled it with grace giving each person their departing gate and asking everyone to let a gentleman off with a 10 minute connection. They made the flight memorably enjoyable."

I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

Pros: "I was bumped from an overbooked Copa flight and was offered another that would get me home at 1am (rather than 3pm) or an overnight stay and a flight the next morning. Instead of trying to find a way home from the airport (a 1+ hour ride) in the middle of the night, I opted to stay in Panama overnight. Copa put me up in a very nice Sheraton in downtown Panama City with a pool, several restaurants, a casino... They gave me $20 per meal I'd be staying for (lunch, dinner, and the following breakfast), arranged a shuttle to and from the airport, and, the best part, a $1000 voucher for future flights with Copa within the next year - enough for two more round trip flights."
Cons: "Communication was minimal or false. When I checked my bag, the agent told me that I was being placed on standby because of a weight limit on the plane. She assured me that the flight wasn't full and that I would absolutely get a seat. When I got to the gate, there was minimal information available, but about 12-15 people were on standby, including two families of 4 and 5 people. The agents were ill-informed and didn't immediately explain why so many of us were on standby and whether anyone would make it on the plane, or what the other options were for those who wouldn't make it on the plane. Eventually four or five people boarded, another few got moved to a later flight, and 6 including me were put up in a hotel. Betzy, a gate agent for Copa at Tocumen, was absolutely wonderful and so helpful and informative with all of this."

After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home."

They dont have automatized check in so they make you wait for long time in the row."

When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

Cons: "How can I rate a 10 dollar sandwhich with a tiny bag of chips any higher? Entertainment? Non existent.. Wifi didnt work. I made several calls ahead of time to check if i can carry alcohol in 50 mL labelled bottles, sealed. I was told yes. Asked if i could drink them on the plane. Yes. Then I was told AFTER on plane consumption of my own alcohol that this was a federal offense. Epic mess up you guys.."

Pros: "My departing flight crew was very accommodating for my baby and I. They were very pleasant."
Cons: "I wasn't able to board first with my baby, so I had to try and walk through all the passengers with a baby, diaper bag and small carry on. It was a little difficult."

Cons: "I had a severe back injury in Denver and they were unable to move my flight up a day to get home and see a doctor. A good friend had to buy me a new flight with his airline miles so that I could get home to relive my pain. I'll never fly American again because of this complete lack of compassion and care for their customer."

Pros: "The flight attendants on this flight were very nice and helpful."
Cons: "Extremely unorganized. Sat on the plane for about 2 hours before we could even take off. There method for lightening the plane was extremely poor. The entire plane ending up missing connecting flights. No food left to purchase...no drinks served to the back of the plane til about 3 1/2-4 hours into the flight."

Upon arriving in Houston, baggage claim was VERY slow. Small flight of less than 30 people. Southwest had 3 flights arrive and complete baggage claims by the time our bags became available. Airport personnel confirmed that it is typical or normal for American because they operate with a small "skeleton" ground crew. Flight arrived just after 11:20pm,, but wasn't able to head out for transportation until after 12:30am. VERY upset and disappointed with service."

Cons: "AA crews are skimping on pre-departure service, rarely offering PDBs (pre-departure beverages), or, when they do, half-assing it by putting water and OJ on a tray and making it clear nothing else is available as they did on this flight. It sets the expectations very low for the rest of the flight, and that's what happened."

Cons: "American delayed the flight 7 times before cancelling it. They then put me on a flight 7 hours after the initial departure time. That flight was delayed 7 times and then they cancelled it. I wasted 10 hours at the airport."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by 5hrs Hard to get clear information about the delay and when we were actually going to leave. Horrible wifi in Mexico Airport. They had all passengers board the plane and then decided to refuel, so everyone sat in the airplane for 1 hour at the gate before leaving. We didn’t even get a drink of water on the plane. We were sitting in the last row in the back of the plane and when the attendant got to us it was time to land so she just skipped our row. I highly dis recommend Volaris."

I had to drive back home 4+ hours missed the graduation that Saturday morning that I had committed to attend that was the purpose of my early booking of the flight, I am still very disappointed and upset with this experience."

Sent us to many different lines who had no idea what to do with us. Check in agents completely unhelpful and disinterested. Also ignorant. They had to keep calling supervisors over to help. (They need training and there should be someone there to help non Spanish speakers) Never told us the gate. We had to keep finding passengers to tell us where to go. Gate kept changing. Written gate on overhead screens different than where we were supposed to go and then changed twice. Flight late but all the info at the gate said in time."

Cons: "I booked the flight, received confirmation e-mail and receipt for payment. Then get an e-mail at 1:45 am the day of my flight which was scheduled for 7 am that the pricing value was incorrect and my booking was canceled. I flew from New York to California where I was going to get a connecting flight the next day but my connecting flight purchase was terminated. I have never experienced this and I was left stranded and unable to get to my destination. I had transportation waiting for me and I had to find out the morning of my flight. All I got was an e-mail stating they tried to reach me but that was a LIE because I did not receive any phone calls. The flight I booked was booked right away so no time elapsed for the price to go up. When I called to complain to the company they were unable to help me and no supervisor or manager was available. I was told to call back in 3 hours for someone to assist me but that I was not going to be able to get on my flight because now, the morning of my flight the price was $200 more then what was advertised when booking. This is unacceptable and unprofessional."
