Cons: "COMUNICATION. I am appalled by the service I received between Orlando and Ponce. My flight was schedule to take over around 11ish last night it got delayed for after 3 am. Coming from Worcester and arriving in Orlando at 7 pm I was appalled. I was finally switched to an early flight and I was also promised that my luggage would arrived with me and only one baggage arrived. In Ponce I was lectured by Roberto regarding missing luggage while standing in there ready to cry."

Cons: "It was an older plane. WiFi Didn’t work. But not a huge deal. It would be nice if they ask you to check at the gate due to overhead space if they could have those bags come out first from the baggage claim."

Cons: "My screen for movies didn’t work, and the level of comfort was... almost none. I would’ve upgraded to more room, but for $55? When I’m already checking a bag for $30? On top of flight price? Too high, expected JetBlue to not jam pack all the seats like the exit aisle.... for long flights, not again."

Cons: "The person on my right (I was in the middle), wasn't very considerate! He hogged both arm rest, had one of his feet on a personal bag (I had in front of me) and was just plan rude and impolite as a passenger!"

Cons: "JetBlue delays empty flights until Full to Pomce or From Ponce. Dice people who usually travel are old person is easily managed to feed them with mechanical problems or some other excuse. This route back or forth only works on time in high season, which usually are the common holidays of the year, other than this skip it, the delays turns flight into a nightmare pushing the wait, and travel, as a direct flight to Los Angles leaving form San Juan or a total hour of 10+"

Cons: "Every flight by JetBlue out of Denver to Boston has had a problem. Been canceled and or delayed Everytime. This time was delayed 30 mins then another 30 mins then the delay was retracted via email but when I arrived to the airport the delay was still in effect. Ended up being delayed 20 mins but it was chaotic and frustrating with no apologies"

Cons: "There was not a single JetBlue employee at the Denver airport until exactly 2 hours before the flight. There were many passengers (upwards of 20 and many with small children) waiting around to check their bags and unable to access the food/bathroom/go through security. Everyone was confused and upset. While I understand that there are no flights for several hours prior to the late-night flight I was on, that does not mean that there is no need for an employee presence. Many people arrived multiple hours early because the most common destinations for Denver travelers are the mountain ski towns and the last departures of the shuttles that run from the mountains to the airport leave at 3:00pm. Therefore a large number of passengers arrive by 6:00pm for midnight flights and are left waiting in the check-in area until 10:00pm. The situation was made worse by the poor communication--there were signs saying that checkin was open only from 8:00am-11:00am, which left everyone very confused, given that we were on evening flights. There were many angry people sitting on the floor around the JetBlue counter."

Cons: "1) The time of this flight is a bit much. I understand that it is close to my home but I know if Jet Blue adds 1 or 2 more flights, they would totally get booked up. The leaving JFK at almost midnight and then the time difference is horrible. 2)This flight had a child that got sick and we were delayed about 40-45 mins. Totally worth it but it made for an even harder time getting in at almost 630am PR time. 3) The turbulence was horrible. We were warned but so many customers were getting sick. Its was unpleasant to say the least."

Pros: "On the overnight we got eye masks and ear plugs and pleasant lighting. It was very nice. Every one of the staff members were nice and accommodating."

Cons: "We were delayed, then undelayed. There always seems to be some type of hickup with my JetBlue flights in and out of JFK. The flight attendant that boarded us made numerous mistakes when calling up particular rows, then yelled at the passengers to move back and get out of the way. Once we landed, they weren't ready for us at the gate so we had to sit on the plane for around 10-15 minutes until they found staff to receive us."

Cons: "Delayed 2 hours, crew handled it pretty unprofessionally. Once on the flight from Denver to Boston, the crew were rude to me every time they spoke to me. They repeatedly bumped into me without apology and repeatedly told me to do things I had already done like put my seat up and buckle my seat belt (but strangely didn't do the same to the older couple next to me that did have their belts unbuckled). The computer screens barely worked and the map kept flashing to advertisements telling me not to watch the map. I literally just wanted to watch the map. I would not fly jet blue again because of this experience"
