I bought shortest way ticket to pay more money but unfortunately flight late about 3-4 hours. Money trap. I would love to have another free flight or I will post the tickets on facebook, Twitter and etc... To make a terrible flight reputation.

Cons: The woman seated next to me was the mother of one of the flight attendants. She had terrible body odor that nearly brought me to vomiting—and this was a 10 hour flight. She was also brought all kinds of amenities from the attendants from the 1st class cabin—not really appropriate.

Cons: Delayed 20 minutes out of Denver, and when I arrived at my connecting city in Munich I was immediately told I would not make my connecting flight due to customs lines and to reschedule. I walked 5 minutes to customs, no lines, walked another 5 minutes to my gate, and easily made the connection.

Pros: Beautiful plane, economy seating more generous than normal, excellent in-seat entertainment (easy to navigate, more options than I've ever seen before). Well done!

Cons: My checkedin baggage did not reach the final destination and was delayed by 24 hours. Further, when my baggage did reach, one suitcase was damaged. Did not expect this from Luftansa.

Cons: I didn't like having to wait on the plane for 5 hours while the plane was being worked on while still on ground at Denver International airport. I really didn't like that once arriving in Frankfurt International airport and missing my connecting flight I was provided a voucher for food that was worth 10 euros which wasn't enough to get a meal only a snack. I read an article on the plane on how well Lufthansa Airlines is doing and how much money they made but yet they have been giving the same amount on vouchers for a very long time.

Inflight crew service poor: the was no time to have any brain reaction when they would pass by with coffee or anything...and when I asked for coffee the answer for a gentlemen of the crew was: coffee already passed by. Really!!?? Make sure that +$1200 are spent well. Rude or inattentive crew members shouldn’t be on flights that are that long...I had to nsist to have a miserable cup of coffee. Movie selection was poor. USB port didn’t work. Shame on you!

Pros: First time flying this airlines. The seats were comfortable and spacious. The entertainment options were excellent and the food service was regular and consistent.

Pros: Interesting the bathroom downstairs...then asking people to not form lines on the stairs makes the process a little more complicated...if a person has mobility problems, which restroom should they use?
Cons: The boarding process was confusing. Lack of clear signs and announcements didn't help to form lines. People just went to the gates after families, handicapped, vets, etc..passed the gates, business and first. Improving that process by forming ordered lines would help. Entertainment presented movies that are old and have been dysplayed on flights for years. Entertainment in general is poor. Seating not as expected! I chose my seat online and once on the plane I found out the organization of the seats was different than the one displlayed online. I chose an aisle sea on a 3 seat row and I ended up on a 4 seat row and squeezed in between two other passengers. The seats are "growing" smaller and smaller, and the shape and mobility of the chairs makes them uncomfortable. On my row there were 3 screens installed on the ahead seats, and my screen was by 3/4 in front of the passenger on my right. That made difficult controlling the screen function with me stretching my harm over the other passenger's face. I payed $2,000 for that flight in economy. $2,000 for an economy class is not cheap! And you don't offer a great experience. Either lower the price or improve the overall experience.

Pros: The overall feeling of this flight was 'relaxed'...after getting over the fact, that this was a huge (two story) airplane. Short flight from Denver to Frankfurt...only 8 hours:)

Cons: The two seats that I paid for were the worst seats I've ever had in a plane They were the back two seats of the plane they were so small you should not have them there. I am a small person I had no room my wife is small she had no room. When the seat in front of me laid-back it almost hit my chest.

Cons: The crew we had was very impatient and irritated quickly. The flighy attendent name was Jorge. Starting at the beggining of the flight before we took of I asked him about the head phones. One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good".

Pros: The crew was very friendly. The food and drink service was excellent. The entertainment was varied. And the flight was smooth and on time which was greatly appreciated.
Cons: As someone who does not particularly enjoy flying, Lufthansa made everything smooth and enjoyable. That being said, if I have to nitpick... the feet of the seats in front of me were staggered so that my foot space was cut in half by a bar. I had to have one foot on each side... sharing each one with the seatmates on either side of me. It made it so I didn't have a clear space to store my purse, which made the 10 hour flight just a little uncomfortable. Oh...and I could not find the proper jack for the headphones. It's as if the headphones provided were not meant for that entertainment system.

Cons: I sat next to a man who had a vape pen and a can of chew with him. So the entire nine hours I spent smelling his mouth tobacco and I could do nothing about it. It was disgusting.

Cons: Lack of leg room!!! After my bicycle box was inspected they failed to secure my bike the way I had it in the box. Bike was flipping around in box. Bent rear brake calipers. Bent brake hoods. Rear skewers were uncoupled. No way to treat a $10,000 bike! Very upset!

Pros: Plane was quite new with fairly comfortable seats. Great individual screens and entertainment. Food was good. Staff was very friendly. I would fly with Lufthansa again.
Cons: We might try for the direct flight next time (if it is available). Connecting in the Munich hub added a lot of time and some back and forth flying. I wish our Lufthansa flight back was also with lufthansa rather than United. United SUCKS in comparison. United needs to improve their game and their planes and their service.

Pros: I've flown on many different airlines since I was 10 years old and hands down this Lufthansa flight was the best and smoothest flight I have ever experienced. First of all, the plane was very comfortable and had good leg room. The flight staff were all extremely courteous and attentive. There was one point where I was reading in the dark and the crew member asked if I wanted the light turned on to read! Normally I don't sleep on flights, and the same crew member asked if I wanted ice cream since I don't feel like sleeping. The crew seemed to have this magic ability to make the flight more comfortable without the passenger having to even think about it, or try to ask for extra service. All of the crew were just very outstanding and organized throughout the entire flight, they were all generally very helpful and kind. By the time I got off the 14 hour flight, I didn't feel even the slightest bit tired or anxious, I was able to spend time with my friends in Budapest upon landing and stay out till 2 am without having to sleep or rest because the flight was so good.

Pros: The process of helping me to get on the connecting flight on time - a person led all those making this particular connecting flight to a bus and then straight to the gate. A very smart way to ensure we didn't stress or have to find the gate ourselves. Very impressive

Cons: My flight was canceled and I received no communication from Austrian Airlines. There was no staff at ticketing counter. The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Cons: The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )

Pros: I was offered to change my flight for 400 Euros, and did so. Had the offer been for less money, I would not have. I was told that the chance of my losing the new seat was minimal, as the computer was very overbooked and rarely wrong. I was then told at the gate that I had to wait there, and did so, despite having already checked into a lounge (for a fee), because I needed to print a bank bill (my reason for going to Moscow from Vienna, not directly home from Vienna to New York, is to pay a fee into an account at the bank). So I waited, and in the meantime contacted my friend in Moscow to tell him I'd be arriving 10 hours later than planned. Then at the very last minute that 2 people who had booked for the flight had not appeared, and that I had to board it. Hugely frustrating on account of the endless assurances made.

Cons: Flight was crowded. Boarding was mediocre & disorganized. I really dislike passengers being allowed to bring suitcases as carry-on luggage. Carry-on means carry on. If you cannot carry your bag by hand for extended time or has rollers, it's not a carry-on. Carry-on is a backpack or small valise not a suitcase with rollers. Boarding of aircraft needs to improve and be expedited.

There was someone who was using the skype in ipad long after we were requested to turn off all electronic devices. She was talking really loudly. They went back and forth without saying anything. I finally had to remind the lady. It is odd for passengers to ask someone to comply with rules. I think it was United flight.

Cons: When checking in for my flight in Stockholm, there was no option to pay for the luggage that I had. I assumed that I had an Economy Light ticket, which requires €15 to be paid early (during online check in) or €30 to be paid at the airport. Because their system wouldn't let me check in my bag, I was forced to pay €30 at the airport. No one there would listen to my issue. The woman taking my payment at the airport pretended not to speak English, which was a total lie (the second person in front of me was English, and she spine perfectly). I tried emailing the Austrian Air customer help group, and they basically said tough noogies. They emailed me back several times saying it wasn't their problem.
