The good: we liked fast boarding, the departure and arrival on-time. The not-so-good: The crew should learn from their sister-company Swiss with whom we took the flight to the US. Austrian onboard personnel need to smile more and provide a better service. Food was okay, there was the usual issue with “no more chicken” by the time they reach row X 😕. We did not understand why the crew collected trash so randomly and inadequately. We missed the free internet for messaging which was privided by Swiss as well. Hope this feedback helps.

This is truly the worst travel experience of my life. The UK ETA program had a technical failure, and I was stuck in limbo for 24 hours, unable to board my flight and unable to navigate anything in my itinerary. I had to rebook an entirely new flight and I’m now out doubled the money. Unconscionable.
OK, would prefer some meat for dinner, not just pasta although was tasty. There was only one dish, no choices
Flight delayed with no explanation. Boarding was confused (proceed to plane, go back to waiting area).
It was a great experience. The aircraft is a bit dated but other than that it was great.
Last few years I didn't not have great experience with United Airlines.
Booked economy. Seat felt like it was a bit more roomy than my last trans Atlantic flights. I had a nice person sitting next to me. Everything was as good as it could be considering you are 35,000 feet up in the air and in a metal container. Beers, wine, food were all readily available. Plenty of movies and shows to watch. Friendly flight staff
Short flight. Bare bones and kinda seeming like an older plane. But got me there on time and that's what counts. Perfectly fine flight all the way from start to finish.
Upset about cancel to St. John’s and no overnight accomodation
The crew was great. The food was typical, but decent. Everything else - mediocre to poor. The flight was late arriving - happily for us and our 49 minute connection (what idiot came up with that?)- in another concourse - that concourse changed before we arrived (ticket and app was showing the incorrect gate - when we boarded at the correct gate - known by the airport person pushing my assistance cart). Had I walked and read the screens or United app I would have missed the flight! May other people arrived late to the correct gate, having been victims of a last minute gate change, were also relieved the flight arrived late. The aircraft (Boeing 757) was a sardine-can due to an uncomfortable seat pitch distance. The material or seat was beyond not comfortable, but I'm sure they made a lot of money with that aircraft type. I spent a lot of time standing in the back (in the middle of the night/morning to rest my back). I learned my lesson - any trans-oceanic fight - avoid United or American Airlines - and look for Airbus or Boeing 737, 767, 777. Also, pay for business class or premium coach seating.
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.

Kept changing the takeoff time and the moved it up so arrived when boarding had already started. Then sat waiting to taxi in for a long time
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.

At the boarding gate in Dallas, I was required to check my carry-on luggage due to limited cabin space. Despite my attempts to explain that I was traveling internationally and would not have access to the bag during transit, my concerns were not considered. I also informed the staff that I did not have a padlock to secure the luggage, but this was disregarded. Consequently, I had to hastily transfer essential items from my carry-on into my handbag. Unfortunately, the onboard experience on the Chicago to Brussels flight further reinforced my dissatisfaction. The cabin crew appeared disengaged, indifferent, and lacking in attentiveness, resulting in a service experience that fell well below my expectations.

It is ridiculous that Lufthansa weighs your carry-on bags. It's also ridiculous how strict they are about the 50 pound rule when you're flying overseas for nearly 3 weeks. The reality is, that if you book a business or first class ticket you get a $70 luggage allowance. It's bullshit that it's not about safety. It's not about regulation. It's about money. And that pisses me off. Furthermore, under price, which I assume was the travel consolidator for my ticket sold me some bullshit ticket that did not include to check luggage. What a bunch of nonsense. That's a scam. There shouldn't even be a ticket offered to Europe without checked luggage. I don't know how most people are, but now I'm gonna be very skeptical about using KAYAK again and flying Lufthansa. I think maybe it's best I just booked with the airline directly.
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.
I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Also my luggage did not make it onto this flight and when it finally arrived home the handle of the luggage was all ripped. I will have to purchase a bag again.
