Foreign nationals arriving from the abovementioned countries must have a Health Declaration Form issued by a Chinese embassy or consulate. The form can be obtained with a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) nucleic acid test result issued at most 3 days before departure
Travelers arriving from Taiwan must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result issued at most 72 hours before departure.

Airline crew with a layover at the above airports must undergo NAT inside the passenger terminal, then self-isolate at their hotel temporarily before acquiring the NAT results.

We had to travel two hours in an old mini van from Columbia to St. Louis to even get started on our vacation flights. We did not have a pleasant experience with United on either side of the trip."

My wife made sure that they put on my information in the system that they would help me, but I guess it doesn't work like that. In future I will make different arrangement so that I can get the help I need."

Cons: "The plane was old and very no-frills.It felt like a flight from 10-20 years ago. The tv screen as about 4x5 inches and you could not even select any movies, shows, or games. It simply had 9 channels with 7 bad movies (from about 2-5 years ago) and 2 bad TV shows. Also, each started right at the beginning of the flight and when they ended 2 hours into an 8 our flight, that was it. You had nothing else. I expect better on a non-budget airline."
