Albuquerque Airline staff were rude, dismissive, incompetent, and each individual I spoke with gave me wildly differing information. The two delays (leading to approximately 48 hours of travel) would have been stressful enough, but the callous, ignorant and unprofessional attitudes of American Airlines staff (and staff in general at Chicago O'Hare Airport) really disappointed me. This was even more striking compared with the professional service I received from British Airways (from whom I purchased the tickets). I was ashamed that my country could lag so far behind in terms of basic customer service and problem solving."

She was very short in her responses, and seemed annoyed at the fact I needed help, getting my new ticket indicating I had a lap infant, as it was in my reservation. Ultimately, I had to report I had an infant with me at the flight gate, even though this was my second flight with AA that day."

We had to stay a night in Dallas and traverse all over the airport between American and Untied to chase down our vouchers for luggage, dinner, and rooms. Exhausting. We had to travel two hours in an old mini van from Columbia to St. Louis to even get started on our vacation flights. We did not have a pleasant experience with United on either side of the trip."

Obviously they now make you pay a about 20% of your ticket cost to bring a rollaway now."

I was one of the first to board and asked the flight attendant if there was food for purchase or any type of snack as my blood sugar was so low. I was also in pain and needed to take my medication. It was a 40+ minute flight however when one is handicapped you are at the mercy of the person taking you to the gate it's not like you can stop and look for a place to eat. It wasn't until we were almost at the destination we received a plastic cup and offered a sip of water. I sat right in front of the flight attendant and she could see my discomfort yet didn't offer a bag of peanuts or a drink"

Cons: "United only had one person working to check people in, and due to a lady with 8+ bags that the only agent had to take 20+ minutes with (while the line stacked up behind us), we ended up missing the first leg of our flight. Told us our bags would be checked all the way through, and they weren't. Checked bag got lost on the way back (again, due to misinformation from United on whether our bag would be checked all the way through), and when we got them back they had obviously been rooted through, with no note left by TSA. I fly often, and this was one of the worst flying experiences of my life."

Passengers were not told what was going on, or the reasoning for our plane being so late. 3 hour delay boarding, and also sat on runway for another 1.5 hours before takeoff. Once landed in Dayton, could not pull up to a gate for another 45 minutes. So much wasted time. I purposely picked an early flight so I could have more time with my family. Had to cancel my family dinner plans that night due to an extra 5 hours wasted."

Give her that rare luxury of having no one sitting beside her... twice in a row. And toss in not one, but two of those United Airlines cookies." (Those cookies are sooooo good.) Really, at the moment, I can think of nothing anyone could've done any better."

Seats this tightly packed should not recline! Somehow watching numerous economy plus seats remaining empty several rows ahead of us while we endured this was a sorry statement from the airline."
