Cons: "The connecting flight to Bremen from Munich was missed due to delayed flying from Munich. Then we had a reconnecting flight and 15 minutes prior to boarding it was cancelled. No more flights to Bremen so we then were redirected to a flight to Hamburg. We had to fly from Munich to Vienna and then from Vienna to Hamburg. The flight from Munich to Vienna was delayed by 40 minutes which made us lose the connecting flight. We had to wait until the next morning for a flight to Hamburg, where as we arrived our luggage was lost. The staff ensured us that our connecting flights were waiting for us, however the flights had left 20 minutes prior to our arrival. The staff was nice but the communication was poor."

So they're more interested in making money then making a customer comfortable."

Also, my destination (Greenville) was only 90 miles from Charlotte, the connecting airport (unbeknownst to me). AA should have offered the option of driving to my destination."

On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."

Than we waited 20 min fir our carry on luggage to arrive. We were told we had to check it. By the time we arrived at our gate they had given outlet seats away. They were not very polity ir helpful."

However, at the airport i was told that the extra bag is $200. My office agreed to paying for the extra bag only for $100. Now I am out of pocket with $100. So disappointing."

The logistics either of Air Canada or at the Toronto airport for domestic flights stinks. I will try to avoid both in future."

Cons: "Air Canada Rouge is cramped, uncomfortable, and run poorly. The only bright spot on this flight was the captain who got out of the cockpit and loaded our luggage himself when it was apparent after an hour and a half that the ground crew was not going to do it."

Pros: "the crew are super friendly. even on a little plane from DC-Toronto they had entertainment options which i wouldn't have expected. boarded quickly and landed on time. nobody bats an eye at my wife's weird beverage requests."
Cons: "the cabin of the plane on the return flight didn't have any air conditioning running during boarding and it was uncomfortably hot because it was about 85F outside. the crew only bothered to inform us of the issue when a poor hungover guy behind me asked about it because he was suffering... as were we all. plane didn't get comfortable until over 30 minutes in, at which point we were beginning our descent anyway."

Pros: "The fact that I called in the a.m. and they rebooked immediately, no charge."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I paid 14$ for wifi and it kept kicking me off all the time. Also when we landed in Edmonton we circled their airport for half an hour then finally landed and we were stuck on the Tarmac for additional 45 min while we waited to get towed to our terminal. All in all terrible first time flying with air Canada and will never do it again. West jet flight I took to my destitnation was awesome"

Cons: "1. They scheduled me for an overnight layover FOR NO REASON when there were multiple flights leaving earlier to my ultimate destination. 2. The airplane food gave me food poisoning and I had to spend the night in the ER. 3. My flight the next morning was delayed by 3hrs. Meanwhile, other flights to the same destination were taking off with no problem."

Cons: "We had to change planes, after boarding the original aircraft, and were delayed almost an hour. We thought the airline (Air Canada) could have recognized the inconvenience with a free drink or extra snack."

Pros: "I love that I had a direct flight for my destination, from TLV to Pearson Int'l, at a decent price. This is usually hard to come by. The in flight entertainment options are very good. The online check-in process worked very well."
Cons: "The service on my original TLV-Pearson Flight (Dec 23rd am) was not great. The staff sat in the back gossiping the entire time and looked offended every time I came to ask a question or ask for something - they would get silent and just sit there, like I was interrupting an important conversation and so I even offered to get my own stuff. Ridiculous! What happened to customer service? The food is HORRIBLE! Worst food I have ever had on a flight, and I flew to 8 countries this last year, so that says a lot. I'd recommend only eating food you bring, or just starving yourself."

Pros: "The woman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful. It's certainly not Air Canada's fault that my flight was canceled, but communication and support structures could be better."
Cons: "I think more support staff are needed, especially during the winter during bad weather. I discovered my flight was cancelled when I randomly walked past the departures board on the way to the bathroom--no announcement was made at the gate. There was no one at the gate. I waited for 30+ minutes on hold on the phone, while waiting in an unmoving line at the terminal's single customer service desk, before being booked on a new flight."

Cons: "Seats so close should not be able to recline in someone's lap, makes it for a very uncomfortable ride. Not every passenger cares about the comfort of others. Therefore if seating have to be that close together they should not be able to recline. Our flight got in at 1am and because a family member needs assistance we were told to wait by some parked golf carts and someone would be right over to assist, we waited as we saw all passengers walk by and flight crew and no one showed. Then decided to slowly start walking and after awhile an angel of the airport staff, I wish I got her name to thank her saw our struggling through and quickly ran to grab a wheelchair and assisted us right to our shuttle service.These are the things that make airport service more pleasant, for such a state of the art airport the experience for passengers should run a little smoother and assistance to those that need it should be readily available. Lack of proper competition in Canada allows Air Canada and WestJet to charge whatever they want since there are no other real options"

Cons: "The flight from Columbus to Chicago was originally suppose to leave at 6pm we had a 3 hour delay and did not leave until 9pm. This delay caused anxiety because there was a connecting flight ahead and we were afraid we would miss it."

Cons: "The boarding at the first flight from Columbus to Washington was the worst flight I ever had, peoples who worked there were really rude and disrespectful not to only me but to a few passengers especially a lady who worked at the ticket both."

Cons: "Our originally scheduled flight out of CMH was cancelled within minutes of getting through security. We were told to wait for another flight-which was scheduled to depart 3 hours EARLIER, but had yet to depart. 3 hours later THAT flight cancelled, and we were rebooked for a flight the following day. So we were out our first night's accommodations as well as transportation to/from the airport that day. The next day we boarded our scheduled flight, sat on the tarmac for awhile, then went back to the gate and de-planed for some unknown reason. We were then re-booked on a different airline. THAT flight was then delayed, which would have caused us to miss our connection to EDI. The ticket agent worked for an hour to find us a flight to EDI that wasn't going through Newark (delays from hell) or Chicago (weather from hell). She finally put us on a flight with an all-too-brief layover in Amsterdam after a connection in Detriot. At this point we have boarding passes coming out our arses, It's 5pm and I haven't eaten since 9am, and we're STILL not out of our departure city. Our projected arrival time was going to cost us ANOTHER night's accommodation, as well as cause us to miss previously paid for engagements. 2 more delays allowed us to finally land in our destination about 40 hours after our original itinerary, with no apology or effort to amend the situation in any way."

Cons: "We each had one bag- a backpack for him and an incredibly small roll bag for me. We were told we absolutely had to check the roll bag as space was limited. There were 3 off duty flight attendants sitting next to me and each had 2 large bags. Multiple other people had multiple oversized bags they were allowed to carry on. This infuriates me. I brought one bag, and a smaller than regulation one at that and I had to check it because other people were allowed to bring multiple bags. If you know a flight will be a tight squeeZe, limit people to one bag each."

Cons: "During my round trip my flight was delayed 4 times and canceled twice. On the first cancellation I had to get a hotel room because the next flight wasn't for 24 hours. Then, that flight was canceled but the booked me on another airlines. At first they were going to make me wait another 24 hours until I had told her that I had already did that once. The desk clerks were rude on every encounter."

Cons: "The seats are ridiculously small and cramped and hard. Didnt realize i was booking a "puddle-jumper" to go cross-country. Also-i wish you'd bring the screens back. Neck was so kinked from being on my own so long."

Cons: "I didn't like the boarding procedures by groups. I also was forced to check my carry-on, even though after boarding there was plenty of room in overhead storage. Because I was in group 5, they assumed it would be full. They didn't check or allow me to check."

The crew announced the inflight entertainment and gave directions on how to use it. Thirty minutes later, they informed us it wasn't working. So nothing to distract us from the horrible temps!!! Pull this aircraft out of service and fix the temperature!!!"

Cons: "We are two active duty members flying to take our son to our parents for us to get ready to go on deployment. When we arrived there the line was almost an hour and a half just to check bags we almost missed our flight. When we got to the counter ans told him we were both military flying on orders and asked to be tsa checked he had no clue what we were talking about so this kind woman helped him do his job, needless to say he was a manager. Once we got out tickets the seat assignment said see agent so we did. He hands us our tickets and we are a plane length apart. Let me mind you we both just left our child for a 8 month deployment overseas. We asked the guy if it was possible to get seats together wouldnt even acknowledge we were speaking to him. So we tried again he held his hand in my face and told me he serviced me and to please step back. Ive been bawling 2 hours straight from having to leave our son. So we stepped back. Then in the line this couple comes up and they were looking for seats together, i kid you not he gave them seats together! I will NEVER EVER fly united every again. Thank goodness for this kind gentle to switch me seats on the plane because i was crying i had to leave my fiance after i just had to say goodbye to our son for 8 months!! I was so shocked!!! I will tell every single person i know to never use united! You guys should be ashamed of our company! I will inform every active duty member i come across!"

Cons: "On my flight from Columbus to Houston on Dec 24 flight UA4938. I had a very unpleasant episode with one female attendant which yelled at me and talked in an un appropriate tone when I needed to use the toilet. There are manners and ways to say things and anyone would listened to them. As a customer I deserve respect, as they deserve respect from me. I am a frequent traveler and been flying basically all my life. And never encountered a flight attendant with such a bad attitude. I travel abroad the US several times a year. After this incident I am not sure if I want to fly with United again, if they make poor choices when they select their crew ."
