Cons: I would ask that the gate does not share in detail reason for delay in seat assignment is related to getting a family sitting together when the basic rules should apply unilaterally.

Pros: Quick and easy boarding and departing. Wonderful and friendly staff.

Cons: Honestly, everything was great. Food and entertainment were a little lacking but for a 3 hour flight it was more than acceptable.

Cons: The boarding process was terrible. The fight was never announced on the Airport monitors. At the Last moment we had to ask at the info desk about the flights. The fight was delayed for 2 jours.

Pros: Great flight attendants and service. Plenty of entertainment selection to make the long flight enjoyable. The boarding was chaotic because of the airport facility.

Cons: The airport is too small for loading a full international flight.

Cons: The boarding process was awful. The gate agent was extremely rude - was shocked she was representing Delta. There was police on board arresting two passengers and crew was not saying anything.

Pros: When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights.

Cons: The flight from Bend to Seattle was delayed a couple times and caused us to arrive when our connecting flight was already boarding. Luckily we were able to make the main flight on the trip.

Cons: On the first leg of my journey, there was a card explaining how to get inflight entertainment using the aainflight.com which worked great. However the Phoenix to Eugene leg used Boingospot but there was no card in the seat pocket explaining what needed to be put in your browser to access the entertainment portal. There were only two flight attendants on the flight and, aside from the drink service, no one ever came to the back of the plane so I could ask the question. I could have used the call button but I think that should be saved for emergencies. I think the information on how to access the inflight entertainment should be in every seat pocket

Cons: My seat would not recline. Although many other seats we available I was assigned to a middle seat with both aisle and window occupied. The flight was delayed by 2 hrs. Austin baggage services was closed and check in attendants were unablento help me delivered the luggage that was cracked for replacement. I ended up paying for a 2nd checked bag and leave it at Miami AA baggage services for replacement.

Pros: Seat was o.k. Loved that captain made periodic announcements, esp to point out Niagara Falls .

Cons: It was a very good flight. I had a tired back.... suspect it's because I'm short, (5 ft tall) seats are somewhat uncomfortable.

Cons: Far in advance I requested a seat with extra leg room for a back condition that is supported by a physicians note. The seat did not appear to me to have extra leg room. I was very uncomfortable.

Cons: The snacks were limited. They only had cheez-its and no cookies.

Pros: Crew was great, very generous with snacks and beverages, and prior to boarding we were able to switch flights and seats without problem. All the Delta agents were extremely helpful, and had great customer service!

Cons: The flight was delayed almost an hour due to inclement weather in the originating city. The Delta personnel explained the situation and did all they could considering the circumstances.

Pros: Crew did the best they could keeping us aware of the extensive delays flying in to LaGuardia. The captain made himself available to answer questions from passengers at the gate early on and I thought that was a great gesture.

Cons: Nothing could have been better. Any issues with the flight were delays beyond the crew's control.

Mainstream carriers really need to rethink boarding procedures. I've been spoiled by the speed of Southwest and the attentiveness of SWA staff to the process.

Cons: I have been trying to cancel this flight 2 months ago when I was diagnosed with cancer. They are thinking that I don't want to travel. This company thinks that I prefer to be sick than having a good time. I sent them all the papers from my doctor and every single document telling them that I can no travel. I just started chemo yesterday and they are asking me how was my trip. They do not care even after the Airlines approved a full refund. They are heartless people. They only think about money.

Pros: Flight was fina s far as air travel goes today. If they are forcing taller people to pay extra for comfort they have succeeded as in the future I will have to look into "comfort plus. I am not large, 6'1" 180# and my knees were tight to the seat in front with my back tight into the seat. Not a great way to spend 4 hours!!!

Pros: The crew insisted we fill out immigration forms, which you do not need in Dallas. There are machines that you insert your passport. Also the crew only had the forms in Spanish. They are made in English

Pros: Crew was nice and flight itself was fine. Plane was a little dirty and beaten up, but the airport experience was the real problem.

Cons: Flight was delayed by more than 4 hours. Airline representative was rude and communication was very poor. They kept blaming delays in Mexico City for our delay, but other flights came from Mexico City and left to return long before ours, despite being scheduled for later. Our 8:10am flight ended up leaving 1 hour after our friend's 10:10am flight. I would never fly this airline again...EVER!

Cons: wheelchair accessible service was poor with at least 8 of us waiting for 1 attendant at one time. Two waited more that 2 hours. I waited for about one hour
