My bag landed on the belt completely open, clothes and laptop hanging out bag onto belt, bag was damaged, zipper broken with holes in the fabric, bag was soaking wet! No one at airport able to assist with a damaged bag claim. Very disappointed in the Baton Rouge airport and lack of available staff to handle baggage issue."

Many people on my flight were worried about connections because Delta delayed our start by over 30 minutes to "change a switch," whatever that means. Then for passengers with short connection times, they should NEVER be seated in the rear of the plane when it takes 20-30 minutes for the rear-seated passengers. Not very consumer-oriented."

Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

Much time was wasted and I had to reschedule my flight. The staff members that booked my hotel and my new flight were short and brief and not very helpful or accommodating or informative. Overall I didn’t not feel like a welcomed guest and I do not feel enough compensation was offered for such an inconvenience. Not being able to have my bag overnight was a hassle. I had no clean clothes and had to throw out my contacts because I had no solution. I also couldn’t use the meal voucher they gave me because everywhere in the airport was closed by that time. No stipend was given for toiletries or food delivery. Very unimpressed."

My husband and I looked at our tickets and were surprised to see the seat assignments I had chosen when I purchased the tickets were not there and instead the boarding pass said "see agent". She then assigned us seating in separate rows and handed us new boarding passes. No explanation. We looked at them and handed them right back and said no thank you, we had purchased tickets together. She said, "this flight has been oversold" and motioned for the next passenger to step up. This really upset my husband who told her, "Wait, we are not finished discussing this!" He went on to explain to her we purchased our tickets together with seat assignments - Together. She then said if we didn't reclaim them when checking in, 24 hours prior, the seats then became available again. What kind of logic is this?! Ugh! If I wanted to be treated like cattle I would have stuck with Southwest! We. It's back to Southwest for us. At least they are up front with their rules."

Everything on Frontier flights is extra whuch means you're not really saving any money by using them. These are not budget flights, just uncomfortable ones."

Because of the long wait many people didn't eat dinner, JetBlu decided to get coffee and donuts for all of their passengers (they said it over the loud speaker), Frontier didn't give us anything. When the plane landed at 8:15, the slowness of the workers couldn't have been any worse. Loading the bags slow, cleaning the plane slow. Plane gets here at 8:15 and we don't take off until 9:30. You'd think we would get some type of snack or drink for this horrible wait time right? Water is free on frontier, but nothing else. And they stuck with that. NOTHING FREE! Not even a soda or bag of chips! My friend is 6 foot 4 and I'm not sure how they get away with the nonexistent leg room. His knees were smashed against the chair in front of him the entire time. Funny for me, sucked for him (or anyone tall). He asked to change seats to 1 of the 2 open seats we had seen with more leg room (near the side emergency exit). They said no unless he wants to pay $50 right there. In the middle of the flight. I have no words for it. Customer service was horrible, food was nonexistent, drinks were nonexistent, leg room was nonexistent. And that sums up how I'll never be using frontier ever again. Pay $50 more for a better plane service seriously."

Cons: "Three of us boarded at DIA in Denver on Feb 25 on Frontier Airlines for a flight to New Orleans. We each had one piece of carry on luggage that we placed in the compartment above the seats. There was not additional charge for the carry on. We paid only the cost of our airline ticket. HOWEVER on our return flight Feb 28, we told at the New Orleans Frontier desk there would be an extra charge for the exact carry on luggage we had checked in at Denver fours days before. The extra charge was $40.00 for checking or $45.00 if we carried on our luggage. We explained there was no charge for our carry on's in Denver. That didn't help. SO what choice did we have? We didn't make a scene or issue about this extra charge. We merely paid the extra charge and grumbled on the flight home. You can probably guess about our change in attitude -- from a pleasant flight experience to New Orleans to maybe our next flight will not be on Frontier rather another carrier."

Cons: "I say the exact same "I should have just flown delta" story EVERY TIME I go with a cheap airline. Flight was delayed from 5pm to 6pm, then to 11:30pm, then 1:30am. So I had to buy a stupid expensive last minute ticket on Delta (Frontier doesn't work with other airlines, to rebook flights or even find your luggage) then drive two hours from the airport to see my family for the holidays.. Then take a 2 hour trip back to the airport the next day to pick up my luggage, which Frontier wouldn't deliver to me because I "voluntarily separated" from them. I suppose that's technically true, but I think there's an argument there that Frontier's complete lack of competency forced to me do it."

To top that, no one at the check in counter had told us that skateboards are not allowed on board (even though they saw us with it). We arrived at the gate, about to board the flight and a second before getting on the plane, we were told that we could not go on with the skate board. All this is while we see people take in strollers that are far bigger than a simple board with wheels. They claimed that it's a "weapon". It is as much a weapon as a stroller. They made us pay additional 65$ (!!!) just to throw it inthe bells with no wrapping or bag, and to sign a liability release so if it will break we wouldn't be able to sue. We felt completely ripped off! The only other option according to them was to pack it and board the next flight (of course this was a non- refundable flight). To top everything off- the airplane was old, they sold one seat to oversized people in a way that it was impossible to have your iwnspace and they didn't even serve water in a 3.5 hiur flight. It was a horrible experience and we wouldn't recommend spirit airlines to anyone ever. We ended up paying an extra 165$!!!"

We had to choose to run off the aircraft to grab a sandwich etc vs waiting 3 more hours to eat. When we decided there was enough time, we made no stops, walked off the plane and to the first food booth we saw, and we walked back to the gate and sat to eat our food. Only after watching someone else run onto the jet bridge, did I ask the gate attendant (who was 5 steps away from me) if we needed to board. She casually said "oh yea, we're going to close the gate in 2 minutes" !!! there was no overhead page/announcement/ or her asking if we were on that flight (when she had seen us de-plane and ask her directions, and could tell on her flight logs that some people were still to board). We were super lucky not to miss that flight and I wish we felt that she was working in our best interest. --This was the only lacking part of our flight. --maybe on boarding tickets, you could ** and state that both legs are on the same aircraft? So we could plan ahead? -- perhaps train gate attendants to page prior to gates closing if not all passengers are on board (like all other airlines do) Thank you for considering changes and feedback"
