Delta is my new favorite airlines. I have no complaints. Even if they don't serve meals the snacks were ok.

Pros: "Having just exited the AeroMexico flight that came across as unprofessional, it was refreshing to get on a Delta flight. It was not really exceptional, but it met my expectations. The Delta agent on the telephone on the day before our flight WAS exceptional, as she tried valiantly to get us checked in to a flight that had been changed (by Aeromexico) several times. Delta was also exceptional in helping us retrieve our luggage after AeroMexico lost it."
Cons: "The noise by the engines in the back section on the Delta flight was rather unbelievable. As a physician, I think it was likely physically damaging to our hearing. If this interior aircraft noise can’t be avoided, I think earplugs should be offered to passengers in those seats."

Pros: "I booked via Kayak using Virgin Atlantic shared out to Delta. Check was confusing as both airlines used different flight numbers. When I went to check in with Virgin Atlantic they told me to go to Delta. When I went to Delta they told me to go back to Virgin Atlantic. I wound up checking in with Virgin Atlantic. Everyone was very polite but check in was confusing. Everything else was wonderful. Cutomer service was great from beginning to end."

Cons: "Their system gives too-short layovers so any delay at the point of origin means a risk of missing connections. Many people on my flight were worried about connections because Delta delayed our start by over 30 minutes to "change a switch," whatever that means. Then for passengers with short connection times, they should NEVER be seated in the rear of the plane when it takes 20-30 minutes for the rear-seated passengers. Not very consumer-oriented."

I want to particularly commend the attendant who, after I notified her that someone was very ill in the adjacent bathroom, stood discreetly nearby and offered the person a glass of water when he emerged. Very considerate."
Cons: "The transfer was a horrible, stressful experience. We knew it as a short connection but Lufthansa had accepted it. On our outward bound flight three weeks earlier, we were all met and escorted swiftly by a flight attendant from the first leg plane (EWR-MUN) to the second leg plane (MUN-Nice) to ensure that we all made it onboard. Impressive. On our return journey, no such luck! No attendant to meet us, and a huge line at immigration, full of panicked and stressed-out passengers jockeying for position, with no-one from ANY airline there to do a triage for those with the shortest connections. Ridiculous. In addition, the passport-scanning machines were very slow and quirky. My own passport was rejected because there was no evidence I had passed through Munich on my outward bound journey!! RIDICULOUS. I managed to slip through to a human being and begged the immigration officer to let me go through with my husband, who had had no such problem. The officer told me he could not find a stamp from my earlier transit through!!! Eventually I suppose he did because he let me through. The stamp was there, I found it, but it had been sloppily applied and was half off the page...hence the rejection by the scanner. We made the flight by minutes. NOT GOOD! Surely Lufthansa could do better in their own country???"

Cons: "The Soviet Union wants its airline back. This was perhaps the RUDEST airline experience I've ever experienced. I was at Frankfurt (FRA) airport waiting to board Air Moldova Flight 864 to Chisinau (KIV). Due to a delay caused by Frankfurt security (and no fault of my own), I was delayed in reaching the gate. Since it was past my boarding time, I grabbed my bags from the conveyor belt once past security without having time to repack. I arrived at the gate and the extremely rude Air Moldova gate agent on duty yelled at me and demanded that I give her my boarding pass. When I told her I needed to pack, she yelled that there was “no time for that”. When I searched for my pass, she again yelled and said “NOW!”. When I told her that it was not my fault that I arrived late since there was a delay at security, she said “Not my problem!”. After she checked my boarding pass, I tried to repack and she again yelled “There is no time. Go to the bus NOW!” I once again told her that it was not my fault I got delayed and she again yelled “NOT MY PROBLEM”. In addition to rude employees, the airline is clearly in violation of safety regulations. The safety card in the back seat pocket was written in ARMENIAN – and Armenian only, thanks to the plane having been leased and Air Moldova not appropriately changing the safety cards. How did they expect people who read Romanian or Russian (the local languages) or English to understand it! On top of that, the plane was easily 20 years old or more and dirty. If they can't even keep a plane clean or have the appropriate safety cards, what else are they not maintaining. Do not fly this terrible airline!"

Pros: "My previous flights with Lufthansa have been in business class, which is fabulous. However, on this occasion flew economy because I got an exceptionally cheap ticket. I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously the seat was narrower, but had plenty of legroom. The food in economy in Lufthansa is better than most airlines’ business class meals. The crew is very courteous and professional. You really can’t go wrong with this airline."

The person in the seat next to mine had an INOPERABLE ENTERTAINMENT SCREEN FOR THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. The crew was constantly racing back & forth up and down the aisles bashing into chairs, people, what ever... because the aisles were SO TINY."

Everything from the moment I said yes was a terrible. They rebooked me twice on two different routes when I was in the air. Said a steward would meet me (never happened) instead I was running to catch flights on different airlines in two different airports. The entire situation was disgusting. The running was with all of my luggage. Because of the rebooking I was in the last row of 75 rows on a plane with an additional connection. Every flight had delays creating more chaos for the next flight. The only helpful airline in the bunch was Delta."

My husband and I purchased exit row seats for additional leg room only to discover that an additional row was added in front of us for people with babies. We were squished behind them with very little leg room. We were surrounded by several babies, all of them crying constantly; this was totally ignored by both the parents and the crew. I was ready to start crying loudly myself, wondering if anyone would pay attention to that. We ordered special meals online but were served regular ones. When I told the attendant that we should be getting special meals, he peevishly and defensively said "you should have told me". These meals are normally served without any special prompts, so I have no idea why he was so angry with me! The crew practically hid from all the crying babies and was avoiding our section of the plane for around six hours. No water served, no one checking on anything. Lastly, my suitcase was cracked and needs to be discarded. altogether: a horror."

Cons: "Flying ECONOMY appears to be getting worse as time goes on. I have flown Lufthansa before and was very pleased .... but lunches/dinners served with cold wet bread leaves a lot to be desired. Also, when the individual in font of you reclines their seat, it becomes almost impossible to eat your meal. Overall still better than other airlines ... but clear that economy seating is like sitting in the back of the boat with little regard for the passenger."

I was sitting in row 57 and due to the narrowing of the fuselage toward the back, the seats are narrower, some without arm rests and people going to the back of the aircraft keep bumping into seated passengers. Leg room as incredibly limited. This is not acceptable for a major airline. The terminal at Newark is rather old and not the cleanest. Due to the lack of clear communication, most passenger were confused at to the order of boarding."

Transportation was ready to take passengers to their connecting flights. Much faster and organize way than some airline just let passengers running in terminals on foot."
Cons: "International travel is down to only 1 luggage allowed making passengers taking more and bigger carried on into the plane. Finding overhead space becomes a fight and delay boarding process. Lack of web-check-in drop off counter. Only 2 counters open for economy passengers on 2~3 flights."

Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."
Cons: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."
Cons: "Booked assistance and got dumped at the gate 3hrs before departure, no English spoken and didn't even ask if my mum needed the bathroom or if we wanted to do some shopping. Just in a rush to get rid of us. Flying only KLM from now."
Pros: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Cons: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

Cons: "We had to wait ages for one passenger to board. This made us miss ur slot and we arrived 90 minutes late in Paris. The plane should have just left without her. The breakfast on offer was terrible. We booked through Flybe, with our reference no and a flight no that was different from Air France. We could not book in on-line with this no, and could not do it automatically at the airport either. We had to book in at the desk. Same thing on the way back, except that even at the desk, the Air France check-in man had difficulty. He told us first of all to go to Flybe desk, but we couldn't find it and had to come back.What went wrong here? It was a shambles. I hope I will get a response to this."

We were eventually sorted but this is not nice at all given the fact that payments went through and tickets were issued and no one informed us of any issues until we got to the airport. Some feedback would be appreciated."

Cons: "This is a 3.5 hour flight, early in the morning (meaning people are up hours in advance). No snacks and no water are a terrible idea. It seems that this is something like a strategy for trips to/from Athens. It is not a small/fast flight by any means and water should be offered and not charged at ridiculously high prices. Not enough space for a slightly taller people. Emergency exit seats which have more legroom were priced extra and way expensive. PS: it was too cold in that plane."
Cons: "We had a horrible experience in boarding BA both in Chicago and returning from London. In both instances, our seats were held back, told the flight was oversold (we booked 90 prior to the flight, and almost didn't get on the flight returning home. Our confirmed flight was meaningless. I'll never use Kayak again."

Cons: "The exit row seat available on the rebooked flight was a middle seat, and I can't really complain since I did get the extra leg room I originally booked. I didn't like the length of time I had to wait at Heathrow, however, due to the canceled flight. It was several hours! My apartment rental landlord and I were both inconvenienced somewhat by the late evening arrival when an early afternoon arrival was initially scheduled."

Cons: "I paid for TWO EXTRA suitcases for my flight. I carefully packed and weighted them in advance. The "lady" on the counter made me remove one jacket and one pair of boots from each suitcase because it was GRAMS over the limit. Grams those that my hand scale did not accuse at all. The following customer right after me had KILOS OVER the limit (almost SEVEN) and were not flying business or first class, regular economic class just like me. And they did not had to remove a thing from their extra heavy suitcases. What is the company criteria? Anyway, I bought me another return flight on OTHER airline and simply lost my return flight on BA. I am never flying this horrible company again."

Cons: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."

Cons: "I bought a return ticket for my daughter to fly to Amsterdam for the summer. I was allowed to purchase this flight from Kayak and BA from ATL to LON to AMS. Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again."

When it was all said & done, 1 flight attendant had a broken nose, 1 had a concussion, I hit my head in 2 spots, and a little boy hit his head & threw up. I am not a dramatic person, but I've never been on a plane & thought I was going to die – until this flight. Emergency landing in St. Louis instead of Chicago. The EMT crew on the ground? Felt like amateur hour. I have photos to back these events up."

Cons: "I get a very limited amount of time to visit my girlfriend who is currently living back at home in England and spent nearly two hours sitting on the plane following the landing and then another two hours or so waiting for my bag to show up and finally filled out info to have it sent to me so that I wasn't wasting any further amount of time on a plane or in the airport. With limited service it was just an overall terrible experience, for my girlfriend even more so than me, as she began to get worried during the delay in the flight arrival up until I got into the airport and got service so that I was able to explain the delay and that I would be out soon. Which wasn't the case since I continued waiting for my bag to arrive for the next couple hours. What should've been a time of joy being reunited with my girlfriend turned into a time of stress for all involved and several hours overdue."

Cons: "British Airways overbooked the flight so we missed it and the next one due to system failure. We then were trapped in the airport (Heathrow) for the entire day. They 'allowed' us to leave the airport nine hours after we got there but unfortunately there were no trains, planes or buses going to Milan until midnight. After we searched for two hours to get to Milan we found one but had to spend nine hundred pounds to get a flight with another airline to get to my friends wedding. They lost our bags so we had to borrow clothes for the wedding from friends which was so embarrassing! We then continued our trip and they still have not returned our bags seven days into what was going to be the holiday of a lifetime. Not only have they ruined the trip for us both, they have cost us a bomb as we have had to buy clothes as we go."

Cons: "We booked a wheelchair transfer from the connecting flight, and BA refused to provide the service. My elderly mother in law with limited mobility was left alone and stranded at Heathrow and was only assisted by fellow passengers (NOT BA staff). Unbelievable."

All of this happened in white-out conditions, on the Sunday after Thanksgiving—the busiest travel day in history! They were AWESOME. And the gate agents took advantage of 3 people who didn’t show to let my family sit together, which I really appreciated."

So after everyone had boarded, at the minute we were supposed to take off, they beg for 2 volunteers to get off the flight to compensate for the weight of the excess fuel. Eventually 2 people b3came annoyed enough to get off and take a $200 voucher (probably for another delayed flight.) so we were late taking off for that. At our destination there were clear sunn6 skies. Extra fuel was needed for that. So I was stuck in a seat the size of a child’s car seat for an extra 40 minutes? And when we could finally get off, my legs had fallen asleep ffrom being too squeezed in for that relatively short flight. When will the airlines focus on the passengers’ safety & comfort and not on excessive profits?"
Pros: "We were allowed to take a carryon bag, unlike on a United flight we took on our way from Chicago to Hartford, without paying $30 to do so. When we got to the Gate for this flight, complimentary checking of carry-on bags was allowed, and that helped speed the boarding process, not just for us, but for all the people on the flight."
