Pros: Excellent crew and clean aircraft

Cons: Flight was delayed almost 3 hrs. Ran out of food right before my row. I upgraded my seat but feel I got the short end of the stick.

Pros: Delta service is amazing

Pros: first flight was cancelled: second flight was 4 hours late so I did not get on it because I would miss connections and any later flight would put into Kiev at 1 AM... thus 3 nights with no sleep. I then cancelled.

Cons: first cancellation was understandable but everything after that was a fiasco including waiting 11 hours in Customer Service line to rebook cancelled flight.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Keeping time my 14 hour flight turned into 40 hours!

Cons: Respect passenger seat selection - we were downgraded from economy plus to economy with non reclining seats! Flight crew rude - referring to passengers as “bodies”!!! Entertainment system not working. Internet does not work on most of the flight!!

Pros: Got me to my destination.

Cons: Packed like sardines. Flew Alaska back 100% better.

Cons: The gate agent hurried ineffectively to board our slightly delayed flight (around 10 min). She left open the Priority Lane and boarded all pax there, having to step 4 steps to the left to scan every boarding pass.

Cons: Just hate the super smaller seats and the reduced spaces everywhere

Cons: Honestly? Not much could have been worse. Long delays, rude employees, lost bag with no help at all a day later. Say on tarmac for 2 hours with no AC. A piece of the plane fell off onto me the flight attendant did zero I’ve also had some shining star experiences but this flight wasn’t one of them.

Cons: Everyone was very rude and would not answer questions and flight very delayed. No bad weather conditions

Pros: All the staff were very helpful, even having boarding passes ready for us for our Vancouver connection to Portland.

Cons: I'm 6' 7", so for me, economy-class seats are usually the closest I come to being tortured. The food was just OK - not what I normally eat but I'm sure it's fine for others.

Cons: I know food is for purchase, but no pretzels or cookies? It’s weird to fly and not get something with your complimentary soft drink.

Cons: My first flight was delay because of that I lost my second flight.

Cons: The seats on the 787 Dreamliner proved to be uncomfortable AGAIN this trip. 2 years ago we flew the 787 overnight and the seats were the same. Hard cushions, tight seat pitch, and little room to move about.

Cons: communication prevented me boarding my British flight, rerouting done by american, had paid reseved seat don't know if I will receive a refund. now have to spend my first few days back home going through the delayed flight to europe protocols.

Cons: Air Canada, whose flight this was, was understaffed and disorganized in Milan. No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Waited almost an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Pros: I managed to get on an earlier flight with a standby ticket.

Cons: First, my original flight got delayed to an arrival time that would’ve made me miss the last shuttle to my final destination. My options were either to stay overnight in Vancouver or hire a taxi. Both options would’ve cost me at least $300. Thankfully I had a longer layover in Toronto that gave me some buffer. Otherwise, it would’ve been an additional expense.

Pros: 48 hours travel from Europe Thanks to sucky Delta airlines that are absolutely the most horrible company Never ever again

Cons: A flight that was already 39 minutes late to board, was another 50 minutes late to take off. You really do get what you pay for.

Pros: I lost my phone in the taxi and Javier offered his cellphone and spoke to the taxi driver to get it returned to me (I didn’t speak Spanish) before my flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed. On board, the seats were too small as per usual with Air Canada’s seating configuration. They tend to pack the cabin with as many passengers with little room.
