Other lady told us to run to a security and get to the gate which we did and there were notes in the system and t"

Pros: "Friendly crew."
Cons: "Tight plane and late!"

Pros: "Dinner was good, entertainment also"
Cons: "Thought thecComfort Plus seats were not as good as Air Canada. Air Canada also serves Premium Economy the same good and drinks etc as Business Class. Did not feel special in Comfort Plus. Sorry just my comparison and opinion"
Pros: "I really liked it all."
Pros: "Quick deboarding process. Attendants also wonderful. Diverse staffing. Attendants were friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Bumpy flight. But it was a short flight and they tend to be bumpier."
Pros: "Friendly staff. Very comfortable seats"
Pros: "Since I wasn't allowed on the flight because another leg caused us to arrive with only an hour to board, I can't tell you anything that was enjoyable."
Cons: "The KLM representative was COMPLETELY unhelpful. She basically told us we were screwed and to go away. We spent hours on the phone at great cost to us (international pay phone charges) to be bounced for one rep to another. We were finally told we could get in a plane home Sunday, please to be transferred, starting the process over from the beginning. It was TERRIBLE, beginning to end!"
Pros: "Professional appearance of flight staff accommodating and sincete"
Pros: "The Venice airport is beautiful so the trip got off to a great start. The seats were comfortable on this long overseas flight to Atlanta. The meals, beverages and snacks were frequent and good."
Cons: "In Atlanta the terminal was switched twice."
Pros: "Charging stations, roomy seats"
Cons: "One attendant was a bit snarky."
Pros: "The inflight entertainment options were nice, I enjoyed the flight status option, and the USB port was very helpful."
Cons: "Three hour delay due to wiring issues, cramped seating that made it impossible to get even the most basic of maps, and our flight attendant was upset that we didn't notify them that we were vegans in advance. We didn't know that they had vegan options, and weren't upset about not eating the in-flight meals. She was much more upset about it than we were and it made me uncomfortable refusing the food that I knew I couldn't eat. Other passengers even asked us if we had eaten anything. It was almost embarrassing."
Cons: "Paid extra for a seat that didn't have any extra leg room. The entertainment system was broken for the whole plane during the first 2 hours."
Pros: "Quick and easy"
Cons: "I am very short (5’0”) but there just isnt enough room i cant imagine what a big person feels on a 9 hour overseas flight."
Pros: "Same exact comments as first flight"
Cons: "Not a complaint"
Cons: "Separated from my wife even with pre-assigned seats. And One of the stewardess would not take my banana peel and has asked me to dump it into lavatory trash myself. She did not want to handle banana peel without a glove."
Pros: "The service and the seats"
Cons: "We spent more time than scheduled waiting to take off"
Pros: "Quick flight!"
Cons: "Didn't realize the last seat on the plane doesn't mean back."
Pros: "The food is delicious and there are healthy choices, the staff helped me put my carry on into the overhead bin, which was super helpful because I'm only 5ft tall"
Cons: "The entertainment selection was not that good. They had some new movies but nothing you could turn your brain off to. The selection on my second 50 minute flight with delta had more options and variety than my 14 hour korean air one..."
Pros: "Great entertainment, comfortable seats."
Cons: "Middle seat with zero chance to switch."
Pros: "Flight was on time"
Cons: "I was in a middle seat on a sold out plane. The person in the window seat was so large the arm rest between us would not go down and he extended into my space. Fortunately the flight was short but the combination of shrinking seats and widening fliers make flying uncomfortable."
Pros: "The crew were super friendly and helpful."
Cons: "The entertainment system was completely down for the entire flight."
Pros: "Boarding was very organized and quick. Slight delay taking off but not bad for JFK. Lovely crew. Bumpy flight but the captain kept us informed. Food better than expected. Flight arrived early but no gate so we had to wait."
Cons: "OMG! The seats are obnoxiously close together. I could only sit perfectly upright and even then my knees were pressed tightly against the seat in front of me. I am only 5'7". Impossible to rest due to lack of space. I tried to put my head down on my tray table but couldn't since it hit the seat in front of me. Mid flight my 13 year old daughter got back spasms. Upon arrival we could barely walk and looked like two old women limping down the jetway. No idea how a tall or larger person could have even sat down."
Cons: "Efficient and comfortable all I ask for"
Pros: "Everything was great"
Cons: "Nothing everything was fine"
Cons: "2 hours delayed"
Pros: "When I finally got on a flight (see what I didn't like), the crew was very helpful and the flight was comfortable."
Cons: "When I checked in online, I received boarding passes for the first two legs of the trip, but was told to see a gate agent in Amsterdam for the boarding pass for that flight. It turns out that there was a problem, attributed by one of the KLM staff that I talked with to "a communication problem between Delta and KLM." As a result, I was finally given a stand-by boarding pass. Since the flight was full, I was denied boarding. After hours of trying to figure this out, the KLM staff put me on a flight for the next day and organized a stay at an airport hotel. The KLM staff were very nice, but it seemed to take a very long time to figure this out. They also failed to note that the denial of boarding in the records, which caused a problem in my return flight. The upshot: I missed a follow-on flight to Budapest and had to pay a huge rebooking fee for that missed flight. I also missed a day of my vacation."
Pros: "As of April, they have free small meals. We had a turkey sandwich which was filling. Later came a snack, just enough to tide one over until finding dinner."
Cons: "Seats still cramped."
Pros: "The crew were friendly and efficient. The seats were narrow, but as to be expected. Meals were fine. Will fly Delta again and again."
Cons: "Flight Minneapolis to Detroit was delayed which caused us to miss our original flight and go out a day later."
Pros: "GRU to ATL to LEX - all was fine. The plane from GRU to ATL was one of the nicer jets I have ridden in. The ratings above reflect my overall trip of going to Sao Paulo and returning to Lexington, even though the first part had to be re-booked on United."
Cons: "LEX to ATL to GRU did NOT happen because the LEX flights were delayed to the point of missing the ATL connection. While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."
Pros: "Clean plane, good service. on time departure, early arrival."
Cons: "I did not like the way the plane was boarded- people could not get into their seats because others blocked the aisles - so chaotic. Passengers were not being rude to one another, it was simply that the process is poor. Could the zones instead reflect both location of seat and area of plane, so that those with window seats at the back board first, then middle seats, then aisle? That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear."
Cons: "There were many empty seats, and when I moved from a cramped seat to a fully open row, the attendant rudely and humiliatingly admonished me for moving to a comfort+ from my "preferred" seat. It was unprofessional and extremely uncalled for. The seats were completely empty and there was no reason for him to admonish me loudly and rudely. I suffer from severe general anxiety disorder, fur which I take appropriate medications, but this incident caused an anxiety attack that lasted through the rest of the flight. Extremely disturbing that crew would behave so rudely and insensitively to anyone."
