The food was tasty, as usual. The crew were attentive and it was a relatively smooth ride.
The boarding gate was located much further than I remember for previous flights. And then we had to board shuttle buses to the plane, which made for an unpleasant boarding experience. Too many carry-on bags onboard meant no space for my bag in my allocated overhead bin. The plane seemed old and the seats were small and cramped. The entertainment systems kept shutting off in the beginning of the flight, and my screen was slightly unresponsive to touch. Not the best flight experience compared with what I'm used to and expect from Turkish.
The recline and comfort of the seat is good, and the map and entertainment system is OK.
The flight was delayed, then we sat in the airplane for an hour before we took off, with kids screaming and the cabin at seemingly sauna temperatures. Once we took off, drinks weren't even served until 2 hours after take-off (for a scheduled 6:15pm departure - actual was more like 7:45pm). Maybe it was due to some light turbulence along the way or something, but they should tell people that is the problem and the reason they are not serving food and drinks, if that is the case.
Friendly staff, good Turkish food, plenty of movie choices, etc. Overall good.
Seating space just too small for tall people: elbow room and front distance (awkward eating with long arms in confined space). But This is standard for most airplanes in economy class.
Flight was delayed by over an hour causing us to miss our connecting flight. Had to wait in the airport all night and no one from Turkish airlines did anything to help us or accommodate us during our unexpected overnight layover.
Missed this flight due a layover and had to wait in the airport overnight.
They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline.
Entertainment system doesn't work at about 20% of the seats. Food is barely edible.
The crew were very nice.
I was unable to prepay my baggage fee online. I sent email to customer service about this on Tuesday Sept. 4, and never received a response, except fora machine generated message saying that because of high volume of questions there might be a delay in replying. There really is no excuse for such a user-unfriendly website.
All stuff members spoke good English.
I was in the business class. Food was too salti Cabin stuff were clumsy Plates and glasses fell of their hands on the pasengers Many times dueing the flights. Chairs wrre stuck and a stuff member need to come every time i needed to change position.

The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs.
Old outdated planes. Very little in flight entertainment- tiny selection of movies and tv shows. No ability to charge mobile devices.
Unable to check in online. Didn't accept credit cards forced to wait in serval lines to pay for luggage. Long waiting lines. Don't offer water on plane. No information given about luggage and being forced to pay for a seat fee. No information on connecting flights. Most uncomfortable plane and horrible experience.
Flight was late and caused loss of connection flight to Amsterdam
Seating was excellent good leg room for a tall person like myself. Service on flight wad great. Boarding and checkin were a bit of a mess but were quickly resolved

Food was good, many options with entertainment
The person making announcements mumbled and spoke too softly for someone who's announcing things on a flight. We couldn't understand half of everything being said. Also both flights departed late even though TAP reported them as "on time." We sat at the gate for almost an hour before departing with announcements at that time solely in a Portuguese - on a flight going to New York.
I really appreciated the fact that the gate agents enforced the boarding process meticulously. Often times, even when boarding a certain zone, passengers ignore it and board anyway. The staff made sure that people only boarded when their zone was called. The flight and the aircraft was comfortable. The food was better than what I've had on other airlines, if not at least equal.
Efficient, on time, and the experienced air crew did well with a wicked wind shear at takeoff.

There attention to detail, client comfort, friendliness, food, all was a ten out of ten. Thank you for the lovely experience.
One flight attendant in particular was outstanding, Eva. Because of her, I would definitely consider Lufthansa for our next trip to Europe!! She mot definitely went above and beyond in her service and professionalism.
Ran out of the best meal option in Business Class...
Boarding in Frankfurt was pretty good as all zones had their own gates- somethinh I am missing at YYZ.
Legroom is getting tighter and tighter in the Economy class and meals are getting smaller and smaller as the trays are apperaing bigger and bigger...
One flight attendant in particular. Wish I knew her name to commend her. Also, had a bassinet for my grandson!! Frequent beverages offered, especially water. Allowed to move seats once in the air!! Able to help my daughter with her baby. Chicken dish was actually really good.
No movie screens at all!? Odd; especially for an International flight. Check bathroom paper supplies more frequently. Ran out of paper towels two bathrooms. No fault of yours, but the Venice airport was a nightmare. I am use to airports in the US and was shocked how long the line was to get through to our gate. We couldn’t even find the end because it wrapped around like an “S”. Surprised we had to print our boarding pass (but was never asked for it); couldn’t do a mobile boarding pass.

The cree was great. Plenty of room in economy plus. Timely boarding.

We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!
She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks.
Flight was delayed by 1h30min, so we arrived very late
From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!
I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic.
I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare
Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew.
This is my first and last time taking British Airways. When I was boarding the flight. The flight attendant literally stood in the aisle in front of me talking to a patron. Instead of moving into the empty seat and letting the rest of us move to our seat. He refused and ignored us. As we waited,the captain made a brash announcement and the plane started moving. Twenty patrons included me were not seated. I never had a plane move when we were not seated. I have to squeeze by flight attendant to get into my seat. No courtesy. He didn’t care about me at all. I had a carry on and a baggage. How could he not care about the rest of the people who was standing Experience. To make it worst, I got sick from the pasta and spent to hours with stomach cramps, heats sweats, and nauseous. Will never do again.
They have the most inefficient boarding pass that literally turns into a mob madness.
Nice staff, very accommodating to the fact that we were late and missing connections. The ground staff in baltimore were communicative and really nice about the delay. The ground staff in london were super on top of it, handing us a new boarding pass as soon as we landed given that we missed our connection.
The back of the plane is just SO cramped. Seems humane to take out a seat in that back section. The food was pretty dry. Would have appreciated a bit more explanation of options. I didn't watch any movies - just tried to sleep. We took off three hours late. It's surprising to me that none of the BA staff spoke italian. Would have been helpful for the missed connections as I ended up stumbling through some spanish to help an older italian couple who didn't speak any english. it was surprising how little translation there was!
British Air reps took us through security and to the gate for boarding which was most appreciated after our check-in. Once on the plane the flight was great and the crew helpful. I wheel chair was waiting for us when we landed in London.
We were told to check in at terminal 2A to British Air for our flight. BA was on the lower floor almost in terminal 2B and there were no signs indicating where we were to find their check-in. When we checked in they initially had no record of our continuing flight on Virgin Atlantic to the US. They checked our bags through to the US but could not give us boarding cards for the 2nd leg of our flight on Virgin.
The crew are working really hard to make do with what they have. Exceptional service almost makes up for the dated fleet.
Tiny entertainment screens, no USB, really BA- how long will you keep running these 777’s for?

The crew and the service was excellent. Dinner was excellent. The hot breakfast never came. We were served a roll and one small cup of coffee with no refills. That was my only complaint. On a long overseas flight I think a hot breakfast would have been better than a roll.

The food and beverage service in Coach was great as usual ... The new 777 ER 300 was really a nice improvement over the aging Airbus planes previously flown Entertainment systems in coach were top notch with great entertainment choices to view ...
3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course

Boarding delay due to mechanical problem. Line to board was more like a mass of people trying to squeeze through all at once and surprisingly disorganized. Somehow managed to board quickly, though.

We were deplained twice from two different plains going to LGA. We are now booked on a third plain going to JFK. Hope we can get home. I have a surgical appointment tomorrow.
We bought First Class tickets. But we were downgraded How do you think we should feel ? We have been in Charlotte since 9:30 AM It is now 6:45 PM Should we use the train to go home?
The screen didn’t change in time
Stewardess berated a man for leaving his backpack on the floor in front of him rather than politely addressing the issue. She told him you know better than that and don’t ever do that again. It was totally uncalled for.
Didn’t get our beverage and snack till we were almost ready to land at Charlotte
There were actual meals served on the flight. They were pretty good. Free movies available.
There was one cranky flight attendant. The seats don’t recline quite enough to be able to sleep.

First class flying is gone. No lounge access in the US. No meal (boarding at 1720 and arriving 2100) Beverage service the same in front as in back. Need to go back to Asia to get what you pay for.

Delayed. Charged for my bag even tho i have the United explorer Visa. Skipped me with pretzels and when I asked for some, it was as if i was asking fir something extraordinary!
The United flight had a great entertainment package (movies, tv shows, etc). The flight attendant who sat in front of us was awesome,and fun to talk to. She gave us some great tips about things to do while in Athens. The food was good (for airline food).
The flight from Newark to Athens was interesting. The flight changed gates at the last minute. The plane was towed to the new gate, then we found out that it was going to be delayed an additional hour due to required maintenance checks. Actually, I don't mind the additional maintenance checks, I want to arrive alive! We arrived in Athens 90 minutes after our expected time. We got seats in the exit row, however, we couldn't really enjoy the extra legroom for 2 reasons: 1) The exit hatch was right in front of my girlfriend who was sitting near the window. She couldn't extend her feet without kicking the door (I big no-no at 35,000 feet). 2) Our row was right in front of the bathrooms, so I had constant traffic bumping me in left shoulder and lines of people literally standing in front of me for the majority of the flight while waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. They are stepping on my feet constantly or passing gas in my face (I wish I was kidding).
Delayed flight which kept pushing back for more then 5 hours. Got booked on the next flight got middle seat. Flight attendant was rude and short with people. Not very personable. Plane was so hot everyone was sweating.
Nothing good to say about AA
AA screwed up reservations by rescheduling flights by 3 hours earlier (done not once but two times) causing 6 hour layover. This plus an additional 2:38 delay on next flight made the journey horrible. Will never book an AA/BA flight again for intrnational travel.

Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.
Had to wait for substitute crew, and they had a bad attitude. Crew could be heard complaining as they sat in rear.

There were no menu options for vegetarians on either meal. Several screens were not working, despite multiple reboot attempts.
The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!
There was no soap in the toilet...
My flights were cancelled by Aer lingus and I was rebooked improperly, resulting in my being removed from a plane and having to be rebooked at least three times because of how long it took.
I like there systems of getting people on and off -- it's efficient and easy. I like the price.
We were jammed packed in; no water or beverages; and no entertainment ... an old aircraft.
The crew was friendly
The delay that was over an hour caused us to miss a planned reservation we could not reschedule nor get refunded for.
Despite the delayed flight air Lingus gave us compensation bonus for a small meal and drink at the Barcelona airport after 2 hours caused by a thunderstorm.
Inflight Barcelona to Dublin air lingus were charging for drinks ( non alcoholic) and food . Which seems to me after waiting 02 hours at the airport they were suppose to compensate the customers.
We paid extra for the seats ... it's a good value to get on and off more easily. I liked the way they gave food (for free) and beverage every couple of hours. The pilot communicated well.
The entertainment was not that great -- I had trouble filling the time of our overseas flight with movies; which I like to do going east to west to keep up with the time differential. The bathrooms ran out of water in the toilet about 2 hours before we landed so I didn't want to use it. Again, it was an old plane.
