I flew economy class. Seats were very good and the crew was excellent

The pre-check (passport control) for all US flights from Dublin airport is brilliant, meaning these flights come into the domestic airport in the US - it was so quick and easy getting to my hotel once we landed. The plane itself was great, staff were lovely and food was fine.
Punctual, smooth flight. Crew excellent and cabin very clean. Paid for WiFi but once you close out you cannot get back in even if you paid for entire flight.
Flight crew was superb. Meal was one of the meals at altitude I’ve had

Got us to destination alive, albeit a bit late. Luggage was left behind. No live tracking app available (available on some other airlines). Supposedly going to be delivered in next couple of days.
The trip was mostly nice, till the last moment when they had some issue with opening the flight door. The flight arrived late by 10 minutes, which was ok-ish, but then we got stuck on the plane for 35 minutes at the bridge and that costed our connection flight to LAX which left with 12+ passengers still on our flight. It added 2 days to our trip home, and we had to make lots of rearrangements to deal with the ripple effects. Don't book a 1+ stop trip with a layover time less than 2 hours.
My seat was broken. No sound available and the armrest between my wife and I was broken so it could only fold halfway up. Seats were a big close together so they felt a bit claustrophobic. Boarding was a little frustrating in Dublin as there is not sufficient room to actually queue up. Boarding was also frustrating for people behind me who were unable to use the overhead due to people abusing the privilege and putting more than one item each up there. Staff was friendly and helpful to those people.
I liked almost everything (e.g. ease of booking, price, punctuality, efficiency, friendliness, courtesy). A slam landing in Dublin airport took some of the gloss off it, though. Being able to paste here the text of the review of the same flight that I just wrote for Ryanair would make me feel better about Kayak too.
The flight boarded nice and early and this meant there was no sudden rush at the gate. The only down side was the cabin was very cold 🥶
Nothing unexpected considering it is a Ryanair flight. It does the job. Nothing above, at all.
Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.
Ryan air flight was good. Nothing to complain about. I had heard absolute horror stories about Ryan air so was worried about the flight but everything went smoothly. We have had two Ryan air flights with no problems. Last flight is Vernon come. Palermo to Milan. Fingers crossed.
Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.
They were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful at check in. They did not understand laws related to Spanish residents flying with family It was very discriminatory the way we were treated.
The table at my seat was dirty, the crew was nice, the boarding was swift. An average Ryanair experience but this time the plane was not properly cleaned between flights.
It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.
