It was a no frills flights, but had to pay $162 extra for one bag! Cheap flight but no drink either!
Volotea cancel my flight and never refunded my money despite many attempts by me to get it back. I will never book with them again.
Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

The flight was OK, but I don't understand their luggage policy. They allow a trolley per passenger but don't allow personal belonging bag although it is stored beneath the chair in front of you. It doesn't cause any trouble, it doesn't interrupt. Why do they care about it?

We tried to eat something and there were sold out. It is a long flight in dinner time and we could not eat (while in their advertisement they claim to have many things). A shame.
The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....
A true budget airline experience. Had issue with luggage tag needed customer service assistance, but there was only 1 agent open for the entire airport. ONE! Almost missed my flight because of that.
Always select priority to be able to take carry on luggage and board first without hassles.
Shady baggage policy that forces you to pay more money at the gate, even after you checked your bag dimensions during the bag drop. Will never fly again with this airline.

I had heard horror stories about Ryan air and was a little worried about my flights with them but I had 3 flights with them in Italy, Puglia and Sicily and it was a painless and smooth process. I was very happy.
Ryan air flight was good. Nothing to complain about. I had heard absolute horror stories about Ryan air so was worried about the flight but everything went smoothly. We have had two Ryan air flights with no problems. Last flight is Vernon come. Palermo to Milan. Fingers crossed.
From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.
What we can expect? Soon we will have to travel standing on the hallway. Let me be fair, I had worse experiences with Ryanair.

Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!

They lost my luggage. They don’t even know what happened to it at this point. They think it’s still in the departure city.
It was good; the only down side is that once you get to the airport everything is self service, there is no one assisting. I felt like I was working while I was on vacation during the check in process and dropping off the luggage. Really uncertain on what the airlines use payroll nowadays.
We were bumped despite seats existing on flight While checkin attendants were helpful Easyjet management was not. Only after threats were we allowed on plane at last minute. The online help desk was useless and waste of time (over an hour of useless chats)
Nice to fly out of Orly smaller easier to navigate airport. Being able to receive boarding pass well in advance of trip was comforting to know all travel was in order.
sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
They cancelled my flight and we had to fend for ourselves to reschedule another flight. There was no staff to help all the canceled guest. Poor communication and staff. I attempted to reschedule via Kayak and I asked their staff that it looked as it was available. The guy behind the counter just told us to go online..

Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

One hour delay, landed at midnight, my hotel did not accept late check in after midnight. I had to pay for another accomodation last minute after I landed. Wizzair customer support did not reply when I asked for alternative accomodation. Very poor experience overall.
