After a delay, the flight departed and it was a smooth flight. Good service from the flight crew and we arrived home nearly on time.

There were some delays due to weather but Delta was able to get me home within an hour of my original itinerary.

There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

It was a tough spot for them and what Sun Country did to them was extremely unfair and unprofessional. These young men gave credit to the dispatcher at Sun Country who attempted to call up to the CEO, unfortunately he was not empowered enough to take care of the situation. Several star players here, but the team failed. Thanks to Waco Police and the staff at Whataburger for spinning up hundreds of meals in short order beyond the midnight hour. Cons: "Our flight, Sun Country 550 from MSP to DFW diverted to Waco, TX. While unfortunate weather diverts happen, the airline failed to own the situation. The airline was ad hoc and did not have a plan to take care and comfort customers in an unfortunate event. With the lack of communication, I am concerned how this airline would respond in an elevated scenario. The pilot told us we had the option to deplane. After he stepped off, the flight attendant provided conflicting direction that we would all deplane and there was no option to deplane confusing passengers (crew coordination, who's in charge?). Maybe an hour later the plane and crew take off leaving all 150+ pax at what was essentially a closed terminal. Sun Country left no representation on the scene. (lack of leadership and communication). Local law enforcement and the general aviation terminal staff picked up where they could. Sun Country made valid statements with respect to FAA/TSA regulations, but they also blamed the local shuttle company for "not cooperating". The company repeatedly deflected ownership. With regards to ground transportation, we expected that it would arrive within a reasonable time (30 minutes) after deplaning. That turned into hours. I understand bus drivers have a certain fee for getting out of bed at 2AM. Sun Country, as some of us were getting a little stir crazy, I was able to call a local 24/7 hour limo service. They could be at the terminals in short order. For $750, we would get 1 limo, 22 pax from Waco to DFW. Speaking with them, moving 150 people was fairly simple. Sun Country, please try harder. For your new CEO, study this incident and you can see what you need to fix at your company. The most tragic thing I witnessed was a pregnant mother, with lap child experiencing morning sickness in front of everyone at the terminal. What angers me is no one from Sun Country was there to see or comfort her. Those people were in bed or unavailable. There were multiple failures here. In hindsight, it may have been better if the pilot refused Waco and requested Austin where there would have been TSA staff, a standby crew, or more reasonable accommodations. Sun Country could have some contingency contracts with local ground transit companies. There's a lot this airline can take in from this experience to improve themselves, let's hope they do. I would like some consideration for this terrible experience and if this airline cares about its image it should reach out to all flight passengers to apologize and get their feedback to so they don't muck it up again."

I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule."

One of my luggage was damaged and this bag was new and this was my first time to use it they told me at customer service this just a scratch and there is no liability for this kind of damage. hopefully some body can investigate this and do something"

The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time. Cons: "Wihout question, the most uncomfortable seat ive ever been in. It was obviously a newer plane, long haul flight, and thw configuration maximized space for more passengers. Width of economy seat was tightest I've ever experienced, with the arms of the seats literally right at my legs, nearlt digging in. The leg room was very short with my knees nearly touching the back of the seat in front of me. When i put my tray down, it actually rested on my knees, and was not level because it pitched up due to longer legs (and I'm only 5'9). This was a long haul, 8 hour flight. I've never beeñ so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and have never counted the minutes I could get out. Seemed obvuous that meal service had taken a hit when corporate looked for places to cut expenses, its one of the lower quality meals. If compared with an international carrier, the food was really sub par. Mostly really friendly crew members, unfortunately, one who really didnt seem to enjoy the job any longer."

It creates enormous crowds of people jockeying to be near the tiny lanes for when their number is called 5 or 10 minutes down the line. AA needs to reduce the number of boarding groups, lengthen the lanes, and provide more of them. No other airline boards this way. That's because this boarding method is stupid. Unsurprisingly, our plane took off late because they couldn't get everyone boarded in time."

Pros: "I had a great experience on my flight and the staff could NOT have done a better job. I want to thank everyone from the boarding gate to the deboarding gate, for such a nice experience. But listen up Americans, the entertainment would’ve been better, if one: the internet was free like it was in MEXICO! And two: the sound worked for the movies. (That might’ve been my fault... or my phone’s fault). But, the free texting was something only available in a country to which Donald Trump (the most patriotic American in his whole wide mind) thinks is so inferior! What’s up America? Can’t afford to give us free WiFi in our planes? I hear ya... What’re you gonna do Trump, build a wall around the United State’s overpriced internet service?!? Just kidding folks! I had a great flight!"
Cons: "I didn’t like nothing! Haha... see that just sounds cool and negative to say... but if you want to get technical and check my syntax and grammar and stuff, that means I DID like EVERYTHING! And I did! Thanks American I appreciate you!"
Cons: "the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies."

Cons: "I was unable to choose my seat, so my boyfriend and I had to fly cross country on opposite ends of the plane. There was a stewardess named Karen who was so rude. She clearly was not happy to be working, never smiled, and banged on the bathroom door while I was peeing because I was "not allowed to miss the instruction video." Had I not seen it a few hours earlier, I would have waited to use the restroom. Good thing they showed the same video three times in a row."
Cons: "I've flown a lot, and I really couldn't believe how rude the flight attendants were on this flight. They seemed very inconvenienced by their job. I gave a snack pack back to a FA bc of my allergies and she snatched it out of my hand while walking by me without even looking at me...my husband's jaw dropped, he saw it too. It was unbelievable how rude they were."

Cons: "Boarding-we boarded class 9 and had a carry on that was to big so all 3 personnel yelled at me and my husband with my daughter in my arms very loud and disrespectfully " YOU CAN NOT BRING THESE TYPE OF BAGS ON THE PLANE!" Mind you 3 people are saying this while other people were also waiting to board the plane! So I quickly say we do not need 3 people to tell us 1 thing and especially yelling at us like we were kids or criminals because it felt like we must have broke the law the way they treated us! That experience was horrible and ruined my liking for AA"

Cons: "1) Flight from Dallas delayed and caused me to miss the connecting flight from London to Vienna. 2) Monitor for the entertainment not working AT ALL. Crew tried to reset it multiple times, but it didn't help. So flight was longer due to delay and I was looking at the BLACK SCREEN entire time. 3) I attempted to read my book. Since it was a night flight and overhead lights were off to prevent disturbance, I needed to use reading light. Well, the reading light was not working. I called a flight attendant to assist me. She tried to help me, but confirmed that it was out of order. 4) There was not information regarding terminal for my connecting flight. Captain kindly referred us to look up this information on our individual screens. Mine was not working, neither was the screen of the passengers next to me. Not helpful at all."

Cons: "Flight into DFW was delayed over an hour and ended up missing connection from DFW to SMF by less than 10 minutes because connecting flight left the gate early! We had 5 people in our group, including 3 children under the age of 10. Instead of taking off on time or just a couple minutes late (and oh by the way, the flight to SMF was scheduled to land early because of favorable winds) the flight left the gate early while we were sprinting from gate C31 to A17, missing the door closing by minutes and stranding our party for a three hour wait for an aircraft that went to SFO instead (75 miles away from Sacramento). As the coup de gras, our luggage didn't make it on the plane to SFO so now it's sitting in Sacramento awaiting delivery. I know there were a lot of upset people with the weather delays yesterday, but a bit of foresight or accommodation by American or a particularly savvy gate agent could have prevented the 5 of us from being among them."
Cons: "I missed the connection in London and had to wait 5 hours for another flight. This was only due the fact that there is no help to passengers in connection. I had over an hour and a half to get to my flight but waiting for the busses and to commute to the right gate took so long that I missed my flight."
Pros: "The flight attendant lady from 1st class/Business held my suit jacket for me to grab on the way out. Simple thing, but very thoughtful and kind. Love it."

Pros: "I was in a seat in coach that was appalling. (28C?), one row behind the exit row seating. I am only 5' 8" but could not cross my legs. The guy to my left was KNITTING, so was constantly jogging my arm which I carefully had kept inside the armrest on my side. I will avoid flying in a BA 747 in future. Even Business is awful on those jets. I flew in Business once, and thought the head to tail layout was the worst I have experienced. I pulled down the joint divider and thought the person in the next bed was dead, he was lying there with his arms crossed over his chest! It's time to update the 747's or retire them."
Cons: "The pathetic little 4.5" times 3.5" screen in the seatback was a joke in today's environment."
Pros: "The professionalism of the pilots in handling the extremely rough weather during the flight"
Cons: "The meal of a turkey sandwich on dry bread was forgettable . They are co - shared with Qantas and could learn a lot about providing a decent meal on a long expensive flight"
Cons: "Once again the boarding process was a mess. No clear directions given on when groups should board so everyone from every group bombarded the gate. This slowed down finding overhead bin space and getting seated for everybody. Delayed everything when there was such an easy solution."
Pros: "Second leg when purchased extra leg room, that's the way all seats should be. We boarded timely but then left late. Free tv was nice although I didn't watch it."

I got there around 11:30pm and my flight wasn't till around 9:45am the next day and so when it came to that time they had cancelled my flight so I got another ticked for around 2pm and they didn't board that flight till around 4:30. My experience there was to much to handle. I was supposed to get to Colorado Friday night but didn't even get here time Saturday afternoon. Really upsetted me because I leave wednsday so I don't have enough time to be with my boyfriend. I honestly don't think I'll be flying American Airlines again"

Pros: "My husband and I were traveling together to Dallas, and we were unable to sit together-The ticketing agent was very rude when we asked if she could find us seats that were together. She said, "We could ask someone on the flight to switch with us". We paid $738.00 total for both tickets to Dallas, and found it very hard to believe that we could not get seats that were next to each other. We have had this same situation on other airlines, and they were very accommodating to our needs."

Cons: "Security was overzealous. I didn't know the standards changed for how many ounces you could carry over three days. The normal ounces of liquid was no more than 4.0 ounces. I had no problem going through security with that amount of spray deodorant flying from IAW, Dulles. DFW airport security says the limit is no more than 3.4 ounces. So they kept my harmless deodorant. I need TSA to get on the same sheet of music worldwide. People don't have time or money to waste having to deal with different TSA standards everywhere they go."

Wasn't sure why this happened and why I wasn't compensated for what I was charged for. Wondering if I need to change my regular air carrier now. I don't like small planes!"

Cons: "Dallas to Newark worst flight I ever had crew was rude they did not control the guest well they pretty much let them do whatever they wanted not safe."

Cons: "Not allow carry-ons. Big stewardess constantly bumped me on every pass up and down the aisle. Hassle recieving carry-on from gate. Extra small plane equated bumpy ride and poor cabin pressure."
Cons: "Everything was trerrible on this flight! We were delayed from our first connecting flight out to SF to LA and we're put on a different flight connecting to Houston to get us home sooner. We were told by the gentleman at the check in that our correct boarding passes with our seats sitting all together would be given to us at the boarding desk. That was the biggest mistake ever to take this flight because we were then delayed 3 more hrs! Not only that but when I approached the next gentleman at the boarding desk in Houston he was super rude! He was yelling at me when I told them that "they in Dallas,the worker at the check in" told me to get my boarding passes in Houston. He kept yelling saying "there was nothing he could do that he could do that he didn't know who THEY were but that I was talking to him now and that's why he is saying" I tried explaining to him that I just wanted to make sure I got in the right flight home because this is what I was told to do by the employee in Dallas. Not only that but our connecting flight to Houston was horrible! The flight attendant (the male) was very very rude!!! He also was yelling at my niece and nephew when we were trying to put the carry on bags in the compartment. And telling us we could have anything underneath the seat when clearly we could have our personal item underneath. Overall we had the worst experience with United and will never again fly with them! I understand delays may happen but there's no need for the employees to be so rude. so much for their customers service!"

Cons: "A teacher was put into tears at the gate agent desk prior to boarding because she had a purse and a shopping bag but had a ticket that only allowed one bag that could not be a full roller board. I did see her eventually board wiping her tears away with a single bag, so she either paid the extra $50 or they figured something out."

Cons: "In united club I was told to report to flight gate at 1715. I missed my flight because of bad information. This issue was corrected by some super nice employees st the gate counter. I've always gone to the club when have longer layover times I pay the day fee but this caused my time back home to be closer to midnight not the before 2200. To then top off the night I get home and my luggage was damaged. Just a really long and troubling trip back home."

On board, there was no snack, only a beverage, which I did not want."

Cons: "Pay for ticket and couldn't get a seat assignment. Had to go to the kiosk before my flight and try to get a seat. It processed for 5 minutes while I waited thinking it was stuck. Finally it told me there were no seats available unless I wanted to pay for upgrade. Gee I thought a seat came with the price of a ticket. Then there was no shoulder room in the seating and I am an average sized person. There was leg room because it was an exit row. Then they tried to sell me a round-trip ticket that was more costly than buying individual tickets. What a scam."

Cons: "I chose to fly UA back from a trip to Fort Worth because your price was cheaper than the airline I normally use. Boy do I know why! You have the rudest staff I have ever encountered. My day started out at 6:30am with one of your staff members rudely telling me I had to check my bag, which met all of the dimension requirements you put in place, because two notches on the back side of the carry on did not allow it to completely slide into the display. This women waited until you were halfway through the security line to call you back and make you measure the suitcase. So then you had to walk back through a long line and find yourself even FURTHER back in the line to get through security. She was so unprofessional- not compassionate, unpleasant attitude, and was all about making sure as many people as possible had to pay the extra $25 for a checked bag. The person I flew with is a military wife and you would not honor the free checked bag because her husband was not on the trip and this policy was not included anywhere on her flight documents. Again, the "customer service" reps were rude to her about this and she had to pay the $25 to check her bag. You do not believe in offering quality customer service or ensuring that we have a pleasant experience, you want our money and look to us as an opportunity to make a dollar. Never again!!!"

This is absolutely wrong. This was my son's first flight alone and he also could not find any venders open to buy food. I will NEVER fly United again and will tell all friends and relatives about your inconsideration to minor passengers who are too shy to ask for help.!"
