You guys need to check with your sub contractors. I had a confirmation email from airfare I don’t know then when I reach at the airport the check in offer did not see the ticket in the system. I had to issue another ticket at double the normal rate because I had to travel on the same day.

Very good - could have been more proactive asking for drinks as only got one all flight offered.
If you fly more often with Oman on the same route, you will realize the offered food is always the same. Quality of food is good, however, it is getting boring to know there is a soup or salad with goat cheese as starten and maincourse there is lamb, fish or vegetarian pasta. Pasta is always nice.
Man to Muscat the staff were poor. Missed bringing drinks to me & ran out of Beer. I didn't get a drink. Muscat to BKK staff excellent, food ok, and I was offered a drink.
Really a nice flight. , very comfortable seats and leg space.
Oman Air is on the relation Muscat-Salalah without any serious competition and that's to feel same as the metall bars of your seat in your backside after this flight. Don't expect anything other than being brought from A to B and you won't be disappointed
Everything was great in the business class. Seats 1A and 1C wouldn't recline properly. If i stood up then it did recline, even when the crew checked it he made me stand up recline it all the way and then he said "ok now you can sit" i just laughed it off.
We missed our connection due to technical issues with the plane. We were stuck in Oman Airport for 5 hours, had to overnight there, got rerouted to London, were denied boarding on the plane, were then seated separately (as a family of 5), did not receive any notification of our luggage being in London, were denied boarding for the AA flight to Chicago, and then all seated separately again. Finally our luggage was lost. Worst experience ever. Will never fly on this airline again
Concern Regarding Significant Gate Delay and Jet Bridge Issue Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had on my recent flight AA 2414 on Sunday January 18, 2026. What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay. The seat cushions were very worn so they were extremely uncomfortable.
Delayed, no updates, had a rewards number but was not working
AA should improve their in air internet & entertainment options. Seems unreasonable to charge $20/hr and should have some form of free connections. The entertainment options are also pretty limited, movies are outdated and the series only show 3-5 episodes.
The professionals have excellent customer service, the seats don´t have enough space.
Flight delay and multiple gate changes including a change near boarding time to another terminal, which in DFW is a pain. Pre-boarding delay and also a further delay on the ground after boarding. About an hour and a half total delay.
Seats were much more cramped then on the 737. Narrower and rows closer together. Flight was absolutely packed and the plugs under the seats didn't work. Was forced to check my bag even though previous flight had no issue with it.
Good food & refreshment. The seats and entrainment screens are modern compared to others. The staff though pleasant serve and attend to passengers based on nationality. Some get served first others last regardless of their seating positions.
The economy seats are very cramped and the food was bizarre. However, I did like the greek yogurt option for breakfast.
We never made it due to delays on both ends. Gate attendant said it was mechanical but the system said otherwise, so no compensation. That’s not right.
