Cons: "Flight from Istanbul to Mumbai was not that great. Leg space was not that great. Food overall was pretty same across the 3 meals. Expect more variety which I have seen on other airlines like Emirates and Etihad."

Cons: "The passenger next to me in the middle was hitting his arm rest on my leg and made my flight uncomfortable because he would not sit still. I think crew needs to do a better job of making sure everyone stays seated when the plane is still moving before jumping out of their seats and grabbing their luggage. Passengers should be able to exit out of more than one door same as entering."

Cons: "I was served Butter chicken after confirming with the flight attendant whether it was an ASIAN VEG MEAL which I had requested. On being confronted about the issue, the flight attendant gave a cold response saying they were out of asian veg meals. One of the worse airlines and should not be a part of Star Alliance."

What made the trip terrible, is the fact that we were delayed in Chicago that caused us to miss our flight from Frankfurt to Nuremberg. we ended at the airport for an extra 8-9 hours. The only thing Lufthansa did, was gave us a 15 euro voucher for food. That is an insult, plus two people for almost 9 hour? 15 euro does not cover anything for two people for two meals.

Aircraft was old. Boarding crew was rude and unprofessional! Food was bad like real bad. Lufthansa has been the worst airline i flew in in 10 years

Cons: "My checkedin baggage did not reach the final destination and was delayed by 24 hours. Further, when my baggage did reach, one suitcase was damaged. Did not expect this from Luftansa."

Cons: "When I presented my passport at the counter to receive my boarding pass, I was told my passport needed to be over 3 months before expiration. It expires January 14, 2019. It is not written on the passport, nor mentioned during booking. I’ve been to Latvia four times previously and never heard this requirement. I cancelled the flight with Lufthansa who said I must call Kayak who gave me another number to call and that number then sent an email that said there was a $350 rebooking fee for each ticket, IF they decided I was eligible for rebooking. Yes, we got a great rate, but looks like wasted $ now. I will book directly with the airline in the future to ensure the ability to rebook."
Cons: "I get Emergency to be sick and be in hospital and the request company for exchange my fly back from Slovakia back to my country USA and they declined my refund or exchange tickets even if I have doctors statement being in the hospital they’re rude and mean and decline make any changes for me"
Pros: "We left DFW in extremely hot weather. The ground crew managed the boarding to keep everyone out of the hot tunnel entry as long as possible. Even through there was a delay in boarding already, the crew kept us well informed. The cabin crew was very pleasant and accommodating. Smooth flight and still made it to our connecting flight on time."

Pros: "The original flight was canceled, the stroller was taken away when boarded the airplane, and not seen until final destination. With a 1-year-old and 2 and a half year old, this was the worst ever flight. Take us 35 hours total travel time to get home with 2 small kids, it is a nightmare."

In mid season a week before departure, we were notified about the change and it was impossible to get a same priced ticket so close to departure. We bought insurance but even with that was impossible. Looks like a scam. Very upsetting, messed up the whole thing."

I wasn't seriously hurt but what really upsets me is that the other person wasn't even reprimanded. Also, that suitcase was way too heavy and I'm surprised this person was allowed to board the plane with it. Also, boarding was horrible and the flight was late. I will never forget this experience and would avoid flying with Finnair ever again! This was really the worst flight I have ever experienced!"
