Cons: The crew service is very bad, they are rude. And the thing from dubai to Hyderabad one of the attendants doesn't even help with the luggage, don't close the top shelf behaved as if untounchavility prevailed which Is very bad

Cons: Boarding is shambolic - no signs, no announcements, no disciplined queuing system. Business class sears old-fashioned, not horizontal, uncomfortable. Impossible to get to first class lounge until the Emirates desk opens (we had a 5-hour wait before we could go to security as we couldn’t go through until the desk opened to take checked luggage. They appear unfamiliar with boarding passes on the phone - wanted paper ones.

Only good thing was that Emirates gave me a boarding pass to a later flight and a meal voucher that was accepted with bad grace by the barista at terminal B Costas. Two of the meal voucher choices Cozi & Burger King had gone out of business!

I hope they can think about giving Uae residents a fairer shake as we seem to pay a lot more for flights. Silver members used to get access to lounges but not anymore?? Taking things away feels worse than if we never had it before. Abu Dhabi Doha and Sharjah are all near and cheaper to dxb and it’s tempting to switch as they offer a comprable service. Also dxb is overcrowded itd a long taxi and walk depending on your gate.

Cons: Firstly the check in for boarding pass took forever since there was only one counter that charged for extra luggage. I had to line up 3 times to get a boarding pass and almost missed my flight even though I came 2 hrs earlier. Secondly emirates does not give you Hotel even if your layover is for 14 hrs. Since my airline for final destination is another airline they said I don't qualify for it. It's a nightmare. I have travelled all other airline but by far emirates is the worst airline I travel. Terrible experience and I will never fly Emirates.

Pros: Lufthansa is a friendly airline but was unable to help with our problem because I had booked through Kayak.
Cons: When I presented my passport at the counter to receive my boarding pass, I was told my passport needed to be over 3 months before expiration. It expires January 14, 2019. It is not written on the passport, nor mentioned during booking. I’ve been to Latvia four times previously and never heard this requirement. I cancelled the flight with Lufthansa who said I must call Kayak who gave me another number to call and that number then sent an email that said there was a $350 rebooking fee for each ticket, IF they decided I was eligible for rebooking. Yes, we got a great rate, but looks like wasted $ now. I will book directly with the airline in the future to ensure the ability to rebook.

Cons: So there was a 2 hours delay in Dallas which resulted in 11 hours delay in Frankfurt .. this trip was horrible how did they dare do that to the passengers.. they should have gotten us a place to rest but we were left on the chairs in the airport.. will never fly Lufthansa anymore

Pros: We left DFW in extremely hot weather. The ground crew managed the boarding to keep everyone out of the hot tunnel entry as long as possible. Even through there was a delay in boarding already, the crew kept us well informed. The cabin crew was very pleasant and accommodating. Smooth flight and still made it to our connecting flight on time.
Cons: Leg room in coach is really cramped but that is all airlines unfortunately.

Cons: We sure could do better refraining from serving food that has been opened, tasted, and rejected by another customer. Seat 34 A and B rejected their special ordered food for the wrong item. I watched them taste. Crew, one named Paul, took it back, simply put the foil back, and served to others.

Cons: One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close.

Cons: Food selection is terrible. Plainer, simpler foods that appeal to more people would be preferred. If you want to attempt to serve 5 course meals, that is fine, But, please have normal backup foods. In fact you would save a lot of money buy not putting seeds and grapes in the salads, buying plain white/wheat rolls with no seeds, and much simpler appetizers/desserts. I saw a lot of food being thrown away. Mine included. If you are trying to force people to buy food before they board, you have succeeded. TV displays and remote were very poor compared to your competitors.

Cons: We had problems with the food. My son is allergic to tomatoes and mangoes while I am gluten intolerant. The options did not work for us. There was nowhere in the reservation that asked about this. The plane was about 80 degrees for the entire 9 hrs. My clothing was soaked with sweat. The legroom was less than on the domestic flight (AA carrier) which led my son to bother the person in the seat in front of us more. There was a male flight attendant that kept coming by to tell my son to get in his seat, which was not helpful. He is only 3.

Not even an "I'm sorry for the delay" from crew or ground staff. Everyone seemed overworked.

By the time we realized that kayak had not transferred funds to the airline, the plane had left and I had to completely re-book my trip at triple the cost. Pros: American Airline agent in Madrid was very helpful during check-in by finding us comfortable seats together.
Cons: We could not do check-in on-line. Same as on the way from SFO to London and then Madrid. This is absolutely unacceptable. We plan neither use British Airways ourselves nor recommend it to any of our friends or family members in the foreseen future.

Pros: It was somewhat brief, compared to the 9.5 hour flight just before it.
Cons: Transferring between my flight from Madrid to my flight to Vancouver in the Dallas airport was an incredible pain. Sure, we had to go through customs, that's expected. Sure, wait for the luggage so you can take it through, right? We did. For 45 minutes. Then the announcement arrives: international destinations don't have to carry checked luggage through customs. That's why our bags never showed up. Now we have 45 minutes to get to our plane. We made it through customs relatively quickly, meander through the halls that guides are telling us to go through in order to get to our next flight... And then we arrive at the airport entrance, just outside of security. Thankfully, after alerting a TSA agent to our situation, we're not quite brushed off, but pointed toward another security checkpoint that might have a shorter line. We get back through security, and another TSA agent (who seems unsure we'll even make our flight) gives us directions to take a train to our gate on the other side of the airport. We sprinted. And we just barely made it. American Airlines was fine, Dallas airport and transfer protocols for international arrivals/departures were tedious, inefficient, and frustrating.

Cons: Did not follow up on things they said they would come back for. For multiple requests. Also, didn't respond to the call light and had to turn it off and on a few times to have someone respond.

Cons: Delay, as usual on this rout because the airplane is too old and always have michanical problems From the inside it looks too old

Cons: My seat had a broken entertainment screen. They were restarted a few times, but no one offered me to change seats to a functional one. There were seats in business and first class that were not taken as well as a few economy. It was a 10 hour flight!

Pros: Comfortable, food was good. The crew was nice.
Cons: Delayed 2 hours, in-flight entertainment and wi-fi did not function which is tough for a 9 hour flight.

Pros: Flight was delayed 4 times, but communication about this was good so no one was kept wondering. Overall, the crew were attentive with smiles...sometimes that makes all the difference in the world. Movie selection was good for a long flight.

Cons: Unable to upgrade seats easily, upgraded seats given freely to passengers who did not pay for upgrade. Passengers who paid for upgrade were not given a choice of the available seats. Other passengers just moved to which ever seats they wanted. Like my upgrade money back!! Other than that, pretty good.

Cons: No roomin seats and too close to seats in font of you. I was very uncomfortable through flight

Cons: Old 747-400. The seats needed replacing. My seat had a hole in the padding and a wire bar to sit on for many hours.

Cons: we are 5 family members and one of us is a sick 8 years old girl. BA 193 was delayed 2 hrs while our layover was 3.5 hrs. arrived 1 hr before to go through immigration, collect luggage and transfer from terminal D to Terminal A running. made it to the gate 20 min before take off but they have sold our seats to other wait list passengers. they moved us to waiting list on another flight which was supposed to take off 1-1/2 hour later which was also delays an hour and we never made the list!!! We had to pay for accomodation for two rooms at the Element hotel neer the airprt and we are still waiting to catch a "finaly" confirmed flight Jan 4th at 1.45 pm. I plan on calling BA hoping to collect the hotel fees at least.

Pros: The boarding attendant almost made me miss the flight over what I had already confirmed I.e traveling using an extension to a green card. Coaching needed on the topic.

Pros: The staff in Dallas did a great job of keeping everyone informed of the flight delay. The flight attendants were also great.
Cons: Exhausted at the end of 23 hours of flying and laying-over, I found that my seat did not recline. And the flight was delayed by an hour, making a very long trip uncomfortably longer. But other than that, it was fine.
