Pros: "On time flight"
Cons: "Gate agent at SF was rude and unprofessional. While waiting, gate agent at gate 65, flight 647 started the following, “group 1 boarding, group 2 boarding...everybody, let’s go let’s go”. She went on to call out one, Hispanic customer with limited English, “come here, you can board now”, rude rude."
Cons: "Some kind of compensation to cover the missed shuttle and my time."

Cons: "They delayed our flight 4 times, over 4 hours, told us the flight moved to a gate that didn’t exist, gave us erroneous information about alternate flights, assigned 3 different planes that needed maintenance, and then we waited over 2 hours to talk with a supervisor. I finally had them rebook me on Alaska Airlines (the best)."

Cons: "In Osaka I was not able to get a boarding pass for this last leg. In SF United and Air China were both not able to give me a boarding pass because I was not listed in their system. I have no idea why. Very frustrating."

Cons: "I didn’t like not having to choose our seat assignments after we booked our flight. I have used Kayak on many occasions and I was able to choose my seat after booking. I was not able to do that after I booked my flight."

Cons: "Kayak is not transparent enough about highlighting which flights are low cost flights during purchasing. I thought I was purchasing a regular fare where I could bring a normal carry-on onto the flight, but this was a low cost flight and I had to check my bag. This information was not disclosed until after payment, and I believe this is dishonest on the part of Kayak. Kayak needs to be much more upfront about the details of the flights so that we passengers can select flights according to their needs. I felt deceived by the fare and would have purchased a different flight if I would have known ahead of time."

Cons: "I came down in a wheel chair and noticed my ticket had me in an exit row. When I asked to be moved, the women behind the counter had an attitude. Many of the customer waiting to board noticed. Next she started boarding the plain and I had 3 people ask if I needed to be pushed down and they would help. She barked at us that someone was coming. Once inside I asked for help getting my plug into the outlet because I wasn't able to make it fit. The crew member told me to keep trying. Because I never could get it in, my computer and phone wouldn't work. So I figured I would purchase one of the entertaining units but none was offered. It made for a very long flight. When leaving the plane, the other crew members were very helpful and even the wheel chair attending me was a delight. I was on flight 1977 from Houston to Seattle on November 7th. I usually fly twice a month for business. After my ordeal, I will use other airlines."
Pros: "Prebording was helpful being disabled and having a service dog, crew was very helpful, and it was much more comfortable having the extra legroom as requested in advance and having it honored."

Cons: "Being stuck for nearly an hour sweating on a plane with no AC while mechanics were trouble shooting, only to find out that we had to exit the plane, and that it could not fly. Passengers had no idea what to do - whether another plane would be sent for us, whether United would reimburse our ticket if we arranged another flight on our own, etc. We were left to fend for ourselves. I had a wedding to get to with many pre-wedding events, starting this evening. So, I looked for another flight, found one, booked it, and went to United customer service to request reimbursement for my ticket. I was told that United had just learned that another plane was coming for us and would arrive in 30 minutes, at 8:10. (My original flight had been at 6:35). The other flight I had booked was at 10:30 pm. So, United customer service changed canceled my new booking and put me back to my original flight, now arriving at 8:10 and boarding at 8:50. The plane did arrive, but we did not board until 10:50 pm. My flight left at 11:02 pm. Bottom line is that my flight was delayed 4.5 hours. I missed an important event that I was supposed to host. I missed my only opportunity to see a dear friend (and guest of honor) - this is someone I have not seen in person for ten years and was the guest of honor at tonight's celebration that I was supposed to host and missed. Furthermire, I could not carry on a bag that I have carried on for years, and that would have easiky fit. Having to check my bag left me without my phone charger. Of course, the fact that we were 4.5 hours delayed meant that I ran out of power shortly into our long flight from Washington. to Seattle. And the food was awful - stale nuts, . ;, b:;"

Cons: "The boarding process was chaotic. Overhead bins were full, but flight attendants were not available to help people struggling to find a place for their baggage. They should've offered to gate check baggage"

Cons: "The delay ruined our evening and made the expense of a hotel for the night and babysitting moot because we might as well have flown the next morning. So much for seeing friends in Seattle on Thursday night. A 2 hour delay means we just get to sleep in an airport hotel for no reason."
Cons: "This is wrong. I should be reimbursed for the extra I paid on the Newark to Seattle leg. I booked for economy extra/comfort and got only economy (coach). And with no apologies, no explanation. also,,... The flight was delayed by > half hour (but this happens). However, the flight attendants were somewhat unprofessional in their language.and attitude."

Cons: "Pilot announced we would arrive early in Seattle. When we go to Seattle we waited 30 minutes for a gate and actually arrived late. When we got to baggage claim we had no claim area posted for our flight; another 15 minutes waiting to find out where our luggage would be"
Pros: "Everything listed above is accurate of the 1st flight. I had just as much leg room on the 2nd flight as the first with it being even more crowded. Doing well!"
