Pros: "Departure and arrival on time. Pleasant, attractive and efficient crew. Decent choice of entertainment for domestic flight. Baggage delivered after only 15 minutes of arrival at baggage belt. Overall great!"
Cons: "Passengers push from the back to leave the aircraft and don't like to allow you to enter the exit line so you also have to push your way in. Very rude and sad most travelers are so impolite."

Cons: "Flight was rescheduled 2 1/2 hours later at last minute, with no opportunity to reschedule to an earlier flight. I needed to catch an early morning flight from Jakarta the next morning, meaning I got only 3 hours of sleep at my hotel instead of over 5 hours."

Cons: "Garuda played loud “music” on arrival so we couldn’t watch the entertainment system. Getting onto the flight was horrid with long long long wait on the bus to go from terminal to airplane. Food was ultra salty and dreadful."

Pros: "I have traveled to over 60 countries and I’m not prone to negative feedback but checking in a bag on Citilink in Phnom Penh was the most unhelpful customer service situation I’ve ever experienced. The Citilink website indicated one charge (which I had prepared for) for excess weight of luggage but the check-in counter charged more and only in US cash - so when I could not get my pin to work to get the additional cash, they sat back, grimaced at me, and told me they really didn’t care, I’d have to leave my bag, they couldn’t let me pay in IDR (rupiah) or pay in Jakarta, didn’t have credit card to let me charge, or pay pal, Venmo, or any other way to pay. The airport cashier wouldn’t exchange rupiah. Again, they didn’t care. One woman told me I could wire her the money into her personal bank account, though. The cashier just told them to bring my bags out and told me I should just take them back, whatever, call someone. If I left them, I asked how I would pay because they only take cash and in Phnom Penh, but they couldn’t answer. They couldn’t even lend me a bag to take things out of my bag. Luckily, I was wearing a scarf and used it be a makeshift bag for myself to unpack enough from my suitcase to bring the bag down to the amount of cash I had. I barely was able to board my flight. Of all these people, one of the ticket gentlemen was kind enough to walk me through to board the plane, apologizing for everyone."
Cons: "Citilink is a budget airline and I get that they keep overhead down with charging people for luggage but they need to do 2 things; put the costs of their charges on their website for consistency and to support the customer experience, have at least one credit card option in an airport ticket booth. Help their employees be better than that kind of behavior. In this day and age, Paypal credit card app processing can even be done on a phone. There’s zero reason to not allow at least some flexibility with payment, even if it’s processed on their website."
Pros: "Citilink always does the best to smoothen the boarding process."
Cons: "The departure hall was messy. If flights get delayed, there is not sufficient capacity."

Cons: "The machines for self-check in have been removed. That was previously very conventent. Citilink advertises with branded e-toll cards, but I can't get them anywhere."

They got to the terminal late, with no one on the arriving flight, boarded us late, and left us sitting there for 2 hours before they got us off the ground. They knew they were going to be late, yet they never got an updated flight plan from their head office until long after the flight was supposed to leave. They could have cut the delay in half, of at least let us stay in the terminal. Really just horrible planning.
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"

Cons: "Seems like Malindo is starting to degrading the service quality. The flight I took before: they change the airplane to batik which was worse with no entertainment, smaller seat pitch, etc. I book Malindo for a reason and paid for what expected using Malindo!! If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."
Pros: "For the price that we paid, it included 30kg baggage and refreshment (orange juice, water, coffee, a slice of pizza and a muffin) - it was worth it. The legroom is spacious, the seat was comfortable and the cabin crew was awesome. Flight was on time, check in was acceptable (considering people travelling from Bandung has a lot of check in baggage due to shopping)."

I'm convinced my tray table would have been easier to chew than the three dehydrated lumps of so-called chicken thrown on top of land overcooked rice, together with something that was allegedly once an egg - which I couldn't even stomach."

Luggage took long time to come out and after abot 10 min of luggage just stopped and we found out that rest of our luggage was coming out of another carousel. Nobody told us, we had to find out ourselves when we couldn't find our luggage. Communication is important"

Air Asia is a favourite of mine. Well run, good planes, great staff and great value.

Cons: "I didn’t think there was an airline worse than the budget U.S. domestic carriers until I found AirAsia. Not worth even the low cost. I had a horrible check-in experience at both airports I flew from with them, charged for every little thing, no in-flight entertainment, and the flight crew was yelling at the passengers. Never again!"
