Poor customer service. Flight was cancelled due to volcanic ash. i was told I could get credit or move my flight but in reality I could do none of these so I ended up buying more tickets on another airline. I would be very reluctant to go with air Asia.
Took about 3 hrs and 7 tries online to book as the price rose each time. At airport we were charged an additional fee for luggage. Waiting for boarding there was no P.a. and we couldn't here our boarding call. We didn't eat thinking we were going to be served a meal. They wanted to charge for meal. We had never had any of those with other airlines and this was our 11th flight in the last 4 weeks. We will avoid Asia air and let my friends know also. jerry Moes
