It was so hot. Check in and flight attendants not very friendly

Seats too close together. Seats should not recline without additional space between seats.. Meal service and seat reclining is a huge problem.

Gate change at boarding was announced last minute and was far away from the original gate, and no text or email was sent to alert you; they kept spraying air freshener ugh! You could barely hear the announcements;

It was a very pleasant return flight. Their crew took great care of us and seemed to have so much pride to represent their destination and airline. We were on a Boeing plane and it reminded me that I really prefer the Airbus. We were in coach and when the person in front of me decided to sit in my lap, I could hardly move. The most important thing to know is that at CDG in Terminal 2, the passport control/border crossing is past the shopping mall and restaurant area. We thought the line was for Starbucks, but there was a 45-50 minute wait to get to the entrance to passport control. It would have been great if the airline staff could have warned us about it when we checked in. Not having any knowledge of it, we stopped for a little breakfast and were caught totally by surprise by the length of the line. The CDG staff did an excellent job of triage, trying to identify those who might miss their flights. But what a stressful hour that was, and totally avoidable had we understood. On board the food was quite good but it's still airline food, and the menu on the flight services screen at our seats did not align with what was actually served for the main meal. Pilots made an extra effort to find good air for us so there was very little turbulence, unusual for a winter flight.

Our flight was canceled a few hours prior to our scheduled departure. I was advised to book a new flight on another airline and we would be reimbursed for the original flight. Of course, that was denied and we're out $700. Many Alaska Airlines were canceled that day due to computer issues. This is completely unfair to us and we should be reimbursed for the extra money we had to spend.

My daughter and I were seated together, but our TVs weren’t working. They moved us to different seats with working tvs, but we couldn’t be together anymore.

I hope you can influence the airport at Papeete. It is in need of upgrading. Only 1 plug to charge in the open area, only 2 once you have passed security. Security was extremely outdated. They had me turn on my computer, and my camera. 9/11 was a long time ago. There were only a few ceiling fans so the comfort level was really low while waiting for my flight.

The staff on the flight were very friendly and willing to assist in anything possible. The food was plentiful, and the trip went very smoothly with the flight, arriving an hour early. Very impressed with the flight attendance with Air Tahiti Nui!

I’m not an airline food fan but the service was excellent!

There is no legroom for someone who is even a little taller than average. The woman in front of me leaned her seat back all the way, so that my knees were wedged up against her seat. When I asked her to adjust it, she flatly refused, and the flight attendant basically told me that I would have to put up with it - for an 11-hour flight! I will not use this airline again.

The entertainment they offer could use some games, and maybe they could add some cookies to the snack menu. And the automated messages are a bit repetitive. But it was comfortable temperature wise and the seats were comfortable. The crew is very polite and helpful

This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.

Destroyed my suitcase. Tired of talking about it. Cancelling my unite mileage plus account.

New plane was lovely. Crew customer service is always lax but expected. Kraft on time and arrived safely.

It was a short flight so I was expecting too much

Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.

O’hsre taxi and deboarding took 40 minutes. Needed 20 minutes extra time between connecting flights to avoid running through terminal.

Was great in general, try to respect time and excuses when slight changes have been made, appreciated!

Really hard landing... as in slammed into the runway then hit the brakes really hard ...

Putting people that close to the bathroom, where you have to look into the bathroom as people are exiting and entering was not great and the smell was also not great. I know the airlines are desperate for more chairs, but that seat is a crime.

Crew were professional and kind. The flight was smooth. But... The internet, which we paid 35 dollars for, did not work for most of the flight. This made providing media for our child an uncomfortable hassle.

Overall fine. Seemed like one of the older model planes? Crew was mostly very kind, though some of the female attendants were a rather abrupt during the food service.

Awfully rude American worker at door when we started boarding flight. Then, walk into a blazing hot airplane with no air conditioning until twenty minutes into the flight. Free entertainment was non existent! My husband, along with the fellow passenger in our row, and I could not get entertainment to work, no WIFI! Really?? Been flying American a long time. Was very disappointed.

Flight was delayed by 6 hours... the level of incompetence was truly astounding. I won't be flying American Airlines again. I don't care if AA is direct and there is a layover with another airline, I'll take the layover.

Leave on time. We waited on the plane for hour hours and it was hot and smelly

Two hours delay, probably one hour because they didn’t bring catering and they had to bring water in board. There a change of aircraft. But delays galore at CLT so it must be a CLT and/or AA operation issue. The 1 hr additional delays because nobody could bring 2 packs of water sooner is probably the best example of this airline operates

Flight was delayed 5 hours. Initial reason for delay was 'maintenance' - which makes sense. Then, the additional 2 hours continued to say it was maintenance - when I know EWR had a 2 hour delay. AA did not say that. Additionally, when boarding, there was only one agent at the counter for a long time - until another came to help. After boarding, we had to wait another 45 minutes due to 'no catering'. So while we waited for catering, AA continued to board additional passengers - which seemed odd - and raised questions about what really was going on. I sat in First Class. During the flight, the flight crew allowed a significant number of non-First Class passengers to use the front bathroom - which created a very crowded environment in First Class which was uncomfortable. This also delayed First Class passengers from using the bathroom. Overall, horrible experience.

The Charleston, WV airport was cute. Very good staff and small enough to feel comfortable. The plane had more leg room than bigger planes. Much more comfortable.

Another uncoordinated American experience. Always surprises me at DFW for them of all places. Have to take this flight as there are no other good time options. We knew from the start that something was wrong, but the pilot wouldn't tell us. I just watched my Kayak app grow the delay by 10 minutes as it went to 3.5 hours. They were uncoordinated with maintenance (as maintenance, when finally arriving, knew within 15 minutes the plane wasn't going. No 'sorry' or 'this is what is going on' comment. The pilot seemed unfazed / didn't care about the process we were going through.

The seats. The seat in front of me was awful and when the guy sat down, it flew back and hit my head when I was putting my backpack under the seat, It didn't make for a pleasant experience,
