After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home."

I had purchased my ticket with 2 checked bags allowance only to go to the airport and pay 235 because apparently I didn't!. And I had called not once but SEVERAL times to confirm that I had that 2 checked bags allowance. Furthermore, they told me I would have to wait for my bags and transfer them to the connection band, but guess what? I waited an entire hour for my bags only to be told my an airport employee not even a Aeromexico one, that most likely my bags already went to their destiny. My flight was in 1 hour from then and I almost lost it thanks to them giving incorrect information to their customers."

If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!"

It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

Airport personnel confirmed that it is typical or normal for American because they operate with a small "skeleton" ground crew. Flight arrived just after 11:20pm,, but wasn't able to head out for transportation until after 12:30am. VERY upset and disappointed with service."

Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit."

Pros: "We were forced to re-book this leg of our trip because of "insufficient" layover time. The United Airlines staff helping the numerous customers that were forced to re-book were not friendly, did not function with any sense of urgency and were as minimally helpful as possible with the inconvenience. After exiting customs we had 30 minutes to get to our gate, instead of offering to take us to the front of the line to get through security faster we were simply told we would not get through it in enough time to make our flight. Initially we were not even told we were going to be re-booking our flight, we were only told that we needed to re-check our bags at the counter after exiting customs. The entire interaction was very frustrating."
Pros: "I went to go talk to an employee about my flight boarding without me, when an Edwin Rodriguez of EWR New Jersey United Airlines employee started screaming at me. He told me to “wake up” and go run after my flight then while going after my flight he yells at me to come back. He apologized a few minutes later and then proceeds to yell at me again. My flight was canceled and reset for a later time. I have prior medical conditions that Edwin Rodriguez agitated through consistently harassing me at the help desk and am now in distress. I’m being relocated due to active duty military service and this is how you treat military veterans and their families."

He shouted at me after I had handed in my ticket and started down the gangway that my purse needed to be in my backpack. I have never heard of such a thing in all my years of travel. I complied and started to put my purse into my backpack when he shouted at me "Ms. Derbyshire get back here now! You cannot be past the counter!" Your employee was rude, hostile and made me very upset as well as the other passengers waiting to board. Later other passengers who witnessed the event told me how upset they were. Sadly this is not the first time I have had issues with United. Clearly this type of behavior is in your culture. There is no need to shout at anyone."

When I booked the flights I was only allowed to choose seats for the first flight - Charlotte to Houston...but not for the other three legs of our Charlotte to Seattle trip. The only two seats together from Houston to Seattle were in the very last row. And, on our return flight we had to purchase Economy Plus in order to sit together."

Cons: "How the Denver airport has their gates set up for 77/78/79 and others, having to walk down stairs? then down a long hallway to go out on the tarmac to board the plane, then when having to deplane, repeat what we had just done in reverse, some customers were traveling with small children/babies, no offer to help these people were made, except to tell them they could use the elevator. Thought it was ridiculous that we had to go all the way to original gate when we were told we would be loading again on the gate next to the one we just came in from."

Cons: "EVERYTHING. My flight was originally scheduled for 650p. I understand that weather can cause delays. That's OK. However, the flight departure kept getting shifted. We ended up boarding for a 9:58p departure. I was told there was no more overhead space for my bag and forced to check it. When I got on the plane at 930p, there was clearly enough overhead room for my bag. I'm not sure why I was forced to check it. We then sat from 930p to 958p. We pulled away from the gate and then were told that we had to wait another 20 min. We turned off the engine and then waited until sometime between 1130-45 ON THE AIRPLANE on the runway. Is this even legal?? We finally took off and landed at 115a PST. I waited for 35 min for my bag that they forced me to check. They loaded our bags onto the wrong carousel, which caused all of us to be waiting for our bags in the wrong place for 10 minutes. This was the worst experience I've ever had flying. It wasn't the delay but the lack of clarity, being forced to sit on that plane for hours, and having my bag taken. I got to the airport in Denver at 550p PST and got home to SF at 3a PST for a 2 hour flight."

I would have missed my flight if the gentleman boarding people hadn't noticed and woke me up to ask if I should be on the flight. I was out so deeply that I hadn't heard any announcements. There wasn't any food on the three flights but a cookie waffle thing and that was all I had during the 13ish hours I was on planes. The staff was super awesome and nice. Space wasn't any different than other planes, but tight on the first flight. I got lucky on the last two."

Front desk had already boarded all 5 groups before realizing there was not enough overhead compartment space causing at least 50+ passengers to circle back to the plane door to check in their baggage. Flight crew and passengers had to hastily reshuffle overhead luggage causing inefficient boarding process and confusion during unboarding process. Baggage claim went to a different carousel than the one stated."

Cons: "I paid for first class and It was the worst flight I have ever been on, sat in the plane at the gate for over an hour with a huge women that was brought up to1st class from economy, she smelled, she was a lush. There was a child that did not quit crying the entire flight, I could not get off the plane fast enough, there was nothing1st class about the flight, we needed fuel after we boarded, then it was a cargo issue,and then it was airport, we should not have been on the plane until the plane was ready for flight.very poor planning you should be embarrassed about the flight."

When the seat in front of me leaned back, I had even less room to move so I was stuck seated upright for two hours. Very uncomfortable, very exhausting."

I don't like the fact that you have to pay for baggage and there is no food provided other than a drink and some really poor substitute even for peanuts. Southwest at least allows you to have a free baggage. It's not the fault of the pilot but it also is very bumpy. The flight crew was fine and it's just the uncomfortable aspects of having my seat assignment changed and the extra charges for anything that makes it comfortable."

I think more should have been done to accommodate. To be fair, the other lady who came by to let us know of our gates, offered to call my terminal and let them know I was on the way"

Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are."
Cons: "Planes have mechanical issues, but they could have done more things at the same time like reboard while the post repair system checks ran and sort out baggage weights so that there weren't delays on top of delays. That was after not noticing issues with the plane until after waiting for late passengers and taxiing out. We arrived 4hrs late for a 3hr flight. They also only had one agent to rebook flights and assign hotels at the end even though they had hours to know the connections would be missed."

Cons: "my girlfriend and I were removed from the plane. she had received troubling news from her family that kept stacking on, not to mention we were tired from traveling all day thanks to delays making us miss our flights. and when we gestured for an attendant to come by, light dark skin, facial hair, glasses. he had customer service come by and we reiterated the question if we decided we would like to get off the plane would it be possible to receive a voucher for the flight. but we told him that we were just trying to consider options and we were good to go, and the customer service told us that the attendant did not feel comfortable with us on the plane, and that my girlfriend reached out and touched him and he did not feel safe. we never even raised our hands our eye brows. they caused us all kinds of hell, we couldn't get another flight till 2210, they embarrassed and humiliated my girlfriend because she was crying. unacceptable."

On leg from Kalispell to Denver the crew were diligent in spotting larger bags and tagging them for under plane storage for the flight. From Den to SFO however not so much. This led to most bins being filled ahead of our group 4 boarding with larger than permitted carry on bags. Obviously larger! Luckily we were able to put our smaller bags (which we made sure fit to overhead storage specs ahead of time) under the seat for flight but that made an uncomfortable 2.5 hour journey. Actually over 3 hrs because there was a mechanical problem which had us sitting on the tarmack for over 30 minutes from Den to SFO. We've flown United before without much incident but this trip in particular was pretty crappy."

Cons: "However, the seats were so cramped, it was pretty miserable, even for just a 2 hour flight. With no snacks even offered because of turbulence, and no working wifi or seat back TVs, there was nothing to distract from how uncomfortable we all were. Plus, Austin's airport layout requires travelers to walk awfully far to get bags and then a rental car. Don't dare be disabled or feeling unwell--you'll never make it! Of course our gate was furthest from baggage claim, & someone's has to be. Nevertheless, it's a terrible layout, w/ pedestrians pushing through boarding queues and where others are lined-up to buy food."

For health reasons I did not want the trip to baggage and I did not want to risk my bag being lost. The person at the gate was rude when I said you won't lose my luggage will you? he said Probably. I said really, and he said well you did ask."

I am a veteran and I have very bad anxiety and PTSD and my wife (who is active duty) were split up for the flight so we had asked to be seated next to one another since we had picked our seats online prior to flying. The lady was very rude rolling her eyes saying that there was nothing she could do for us besides us asking people to possibly switch seats even though my spouse had the United app open and showed two seats to upgrade too and she didn't even ask if we wanted to upgrade to be next to each other. At this point I had to take my anxiety medication and as we were taking off one of the flight attendants said we could ask about upgrading but yet the lady at the desk said nothing."
Pros: "Regardless of product, the 787 is by far the most comfortable aircraft in the sky. Obviously you can't compare UA Economy to EY's "Residence" on the 380, but once you're comparing similar products across different aircraft, the 787 blows all the others out of the water. This is because of the higher cabin pressure, higher cabin humidity, and relatively enormous windows at eye level. Even UA can't ruin the 787 experience with their snippy staff (I almost found myself apologizing for asking for the little bag of snack mix that I missed out on because I was snoozing when they first came around) and ear-splitting announcements. The flight was delayed due to a mechanical, and the staff at NRT was very helpful in getting us to where we needed to be."
Cons: "The plane had a mechanical issue that they had to sort out after we pushed back. This was not so bad, but they changed their minds about whether we would take the original plane or switch to a second 787 that had flown in on NRT-DEN so many times I lost count. This is why I gave the "boarding" process poor marks--please just figure out whether we need to get off (we didn't need to, but did anyway) and whether we are going to switch to another aircraft before letting everyone off. The staff at NRT failed to consider moving the DEN-HKG passengers to a ET NRT-HKG flight (which surely had available seats) that was parked next door. Instead, we were all put on a HND-HKG flight leaving about five hours later than the ET flight."

Cons: "My seat got randomly assigned and I was put on the back row window seat with no window. I wish I could have selected my seat from a list of free spots (w/o extra charge). I don’t like that you are charged for everything: seat change, water, and any snack. I would expect at least water as passengers get dehydrated from flying. Seats are uncomfortable, not much space from seat in front, and there is no recline. Feels crammed. Lacks hospitality majorly as I am charged for every little thing. I hope they don’t start charging for oxygen intake. I was not informed of entertainment options, but I’m sure they were not inexpensive. I will not be flying with Spirit Airlines again. There are other airline options that are less expensive (after you add all the additional fees up) and much more comfortable and hospitable."

I booked a flight that later had to be moved back 2 days due to a schedule conflict. I was not refunded on the cancelation AND I was charged an additional $109 cancelation fee! The airlines lost my rescheduled flight request and I had to make a new reservation in haste upon the evening of my flight at a significantly higher price. I don't think that it's likely that I will be flying Spirit any time soon"
Cons: "40lbs is the bag limit?!? Absurd. That should definitely be made more obvious before checking in. Paid $40 to precheck and then another $30 because bag was 47lbs. Seats are tiny and beyond uncomfortable. Flight crew dropped a soda and it exploded on myself and the woman next to me. They had an attitude about it and then expected us to still purchase food/drink. A complimentary beverage could have been offered at the very least. Checked luggage came out smelling like vinegar got poured over my bag. Nice $70 treatment. I will NEVER EVER fly Spirit again."
Pros: "Tickets were super cheap! Kiosk check-in was a breeze, as was boarding. The plane felt pretty new, with comfy seats and decent leg room. The crew were professional and courteous, and many snack and drink options were available.. Any additional costs were very well indicated, in kiosk check-in, as well as the in-flight snack menu. Minor delay was well documented and announced (national ATC issue slowed the plane's arrival 15 minutes; accounting for that 15 minute shift, everything else ran on schedule)."

They brushed me off and treated me like I was bothering them by trying to figure out my own flight. I have had bad experiences with spirit before but never have I before heard of any such terrible experience let alone living through it. I dont ever plan on using them again. Terrible company with matching god awful service and representation."

You have to pay to check in at the airport. You have to pay for carry on luggage. You have to pay for everything. The flight was uncomfortable and they won't even give you water. Literally everything is an extra charge, and there are about 10 pop up screens trying to get you to purchase extra stuff every time you try to navigate their website. I won't be flying them again."

In the end, Spirit could not get us on another flight out for 7 more days. Causing extreme additional expense to me and my travel partner. I will never risk flying Spirit again."

Pros: "Flight was delayed by 2 hours more than 24 hours before the flight. Over the course of the day the delay grew from two hours to eventually 4 hours. If I ended up taking the flight it was scheduled to arrive at 3am when originally scheduled for 11 pm the previous day. Since spirit is a small airline with fewer planes there is nothing they can do to ameliorate these types of delays. I ended up having to book another flight early in the am the next day to avoid staying up all night waiting for this flight."
Pros: "Honestly I didn't like anything about it. The flight itself was fine but charging for everything including checking luggage, $55, and carry on's, $52, was so expensive. I don't have issues with affording flying expenses but I don't expect to pay this kind of money without being informed when I purchase my ticket. NONE of this was explained in the purchase part of the ticket. I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER fly this airline again. I fly all the time for business and family related matters and have never had this type of expenses included in my flight. I am not a frugal person but this is ridiculous. Domestic flights will be only on airlines that do not charge for these things i.e. checking bags and pretzels for Christ sake. Spirit never! Thank you. Call me Chuck Fantastic."

They cancelled our connecting flight and refused to refund the entire fare, as well as apologizing to us that there were no more flights available and there was no other flight they could put us on. This airline is actually no cheaper than any others when you add the enormous amount of hidden fees and charges, and you'd better like low quality in everything you do if you fly spirit. Thank god American Airlines had a flight at the same time and we were able to make it home in time for work the following morning, but to say that spirit is a garbage airline is a colossal insult to the hardworking men and women in the waste management industry. Cons: "I had an important business trip on Sunday 12/18. I bought a ticket for a Spirit flight. I didn't print my ticket at home - thought I'd just go to Spirit's ticket counter, and they'd take care of it. BUT The agent said I'd missed the cut-off. She wouldn't honor or print my ticket - even though i probably could have made it through Security and made my flight. I WAS 5 minutes later to the airport than I wanted to be, due to a delay on public transit. That was all it took. I asked the agent if she would please print the ticket and let me try to make the flight. If i missed it, I said i'd eat the cost of the ticket. No. Because the agent would not budge,wouldn't even print the ticket so I could take my own chances at my own risk, I missed an important business trip."

They could have at least provided a complimentary drink. The flight attendants didn't were not customer service oriented at all. They were visibly flustered and rude about the whole thing. When the head flight attendant was asked "Should we just never fly spirit airlines again?" She answered with a "mmhmm" and a nod of her head. Also, They charge 50$ to carry on a bag....? Never heard of that one. I will not fly t his airline ever again."

I didn't like the check in policy or the fact that they don't support TSA precheck because they hope to sell you on an additional fee that will get you through a prority lane. I didn't like the seats which are hard plastic, close together, and don't recline. I didn't like the mini tray table that wouldn't support my laptop so I couldn't work. I didn't like that Spirit falsely advertises with the tag line "LESS MONEY, MORE GO" when the base fare for my connecting flight on this sub-par airline was more expensive than a direct flight on a better airline-before the other fees were added."

Cons: "I woke up at 4:30 am in Denver to catch my 8 am flight to Los Angeles. I had to catch 2 trains to get to the airport and missed my check in time by 2 minutes. LITERALLY 2 minutes! I was the only one in line behind another couple just to correct the issue. The ladies at the service counter were less than happy to be there, probably because they have to hear about all the terrible stuff that happens when people fly Spirit. They said I had to be checked in 45 minutes to boarding and I got there 43 minutes to boarding. The lady informed me that I have to get another flight, with a layover, and land in LA 5 hours after the original landing. On top of that, I had to pay $99 for their inconvenience? Here's the kicker! I got through TSA and what do I see? The plane I was supposed to be on to LA still parked and boarding! On top of this, no courtesy email reminder to check in. Horrible! They need to brush up on basic customer service. Spirit airlines is the biggest con in the sky. I booked flights with them before and have had ok experiences, but this ridiculous. I have a Spirit flight to Chicago on November 5th which I booked through Kayak that I'm already dreading."

Meanwhile, my very nice American Airlines flight on the way to Denver cost $70 with no extra charges attached. Yes, they literally charge you an additional fee to select any seat - there's no seat included with the base fare. Yes, they literally charge you to carry on a bag. Yes, they literally charge you at the check-in counter to print out your boarding pass. Yes, they literally charge you for water while you're on board the plane. Yes, they literally cram more seats into a plane than any other airline, then tell you to "cozy up and high-five your neighbor for how much money you're saving." Then while you're on the plane, they have the flight crew mongering the Spirit Airlines Visa card as if they haven't already done enough to debase the notion of good customer service. But the fact that Spirit goes out of its way to offer the worst possible flight experience, then tries to act like it's doing you, the passenger, a favor, is simply infuriating. Spirit, we get it, you're a terrible airline that milks every line item of the purchase like a sleazy car salesman. Don't act like something you're not."

Spirit also has a horrible automated customer service phone system. The process of getting a human being on the phone felt intentionally difficult. I had to do a bit of online research in order to finally find the sequence of numbers to push in order reach a living person. On my return flight from Denver I was mislead into paying 110 dollars for two carry-on items that didn't require purchase, however the ticket clerk did her best to refund the price of the two carry-on items (I have yet to see the refund pend or post to my account, but we'll see.)"

I ended up paying $345 to make it back to San Diego and received no help from spirit. Best part: I paid for insurance on my ticket just in case something like this happened. I've never been so dissatisfied with an airline and will NEVER fly spirit again!!"

This incompetent employee asked me how to pronounce my name to which he admitted he completely butchered and said a different name entirely"

They offered us $50 vouchers for use with Spirit Airlines, which won't be terribly useful since we won't be flying with them again. They refused to even try to credit my card with the voucher amount to pay for 400 miles worth of gas and parking to get to and from the airport. The real disappointment with Spirit Airlines is in their ability to perform maintenance properly and their customer service representatives' lack of professionalism."

The Customer service person was so rude and had no clue how to fix the error message. Instead she told me I should check-in at the airport and pay $10 a piece to print the tickets there. Um, no thanks. I finally got someone else on the phone who asked several times if I needed help resetting my password...no, i just want to finish checking in. She finally resolved the issue but it took about an hour. The agents at the airport weren't any friendlier. Plus, Spirit's bag prices are ridiculous ($42+ per bag) and their weight limit is 40lbs instead of 50lbs like other airlines. By the time we paid the fees for our seats and bags it turned out to be the same price as the Southwest or Delta flights. There's no beverage or snack service or wifi on the flights either. Don't let the initial cheap price fool you!!! It's not worth it at all!!!!!"

Pros: "Walking on to the plane I was greeted by two flight attendants who were very freindly and making small talk with almost everyone who came onto the plane. The captain was also standing in the doorway to the cabin and was greeting passengers as they boarded. I noticed that the captain had brought two young children in to the cabin to show them the front of the plane, I didn't know that happened any more! I was VERY impressed and have never experinced such kindness and professionalism on a flight. Thank you for making the flight the best experience I've ever had on a major airline! Cons: "I am a short person who doesn't need much in the way of space on an airline. I've always been fairly comfortable and usually fall directly to sleep. The seats on this plane were excruciatingly uncomfortable. No cushion to the seats whatsoever. The tray table, if you could call it that, was about 4 inches wide - couldn't even set my crossword book on it. the man in from of me spilled his drink all over himself and the aisle because it's so wonky. 4 hours on this plane and my neck, back, head hurt. The plane fares are not low enough to make up for this. I actually PAID for this seat above and beyond the original fare. WTH"
Cons: "This was by far the worst airline I have ever been on. It is supposed to be "cheap" which is the allure, but when you actually go to check in - you spend 112 dollars for a carryon and a checked bag, when you would spend maybe 25 or 30 on another airline for all. Plus, adding on the gas and the parking at LAX, the flights aren't cheaper. Also, both flights (to and from) the aircraft were disgustingly dirty. The carpets had food all over them, the windows had finger prints and face grease, etc. Both flights were delayed until after the take off time, which I assumed the staff were cleaning the planes. I was wrong. So I have to sit in a dirty aircraft with the tiniest tray table, which fits nothing, for the duration of a flight and then PAY for my water, which would have been free on any other flight. I will NOT be flying Spirit ever again."

Cons: "After flying Spirit Airlines for the first time, I came to realize a cheap flight doesn't save you money in the long run. Flight delays, cancellations, and added costs meant I didn't save any money flying with Spirit. I booked a flight from Cleveland to Denver with a lay over in Dallas. My lay over in Dallas was canceled due to weather. I understand that the airline doesn't have any control over the weather but they can control how they treat their customers. The best Spirit could do was offer me a flight to my final destination 21/2 days later. Meaning I would be stuck in Dallas for 2 days and I would have to pay for a hotel out of pocket. I ended up paying for a hotel overnight ($171) and booking a flight first thing in the morning with Frontier airlines ($89). Coming back, once again there was problems in Dallas during my lay over. The flight was delayed 3 hours."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for over three hours. Then once on board we were constantly told how many minutes until we would be leaving then sat there probably 20 minutes past that time. Overall I was probably sitting around for three times the actual length of my flight. They gave everyone a $50 voucher for their troubles which was nice, but it has used to book within the next two months. Seriously? I really do not even want to fly Spirit again ever and now they are giving me a time constraint to make up for their inadequacies. Terrible airline."

Cons: "Did not like the fact that i was on time to my flight but my flight didnt not leave for an hour after it was schedualed due to a "computer" problem. It didnt seem like much was wrong since all the mechanics were just sitting around talking to the flight attendants. Also the plane kept making this unusual grinding sound before we even took off as well as while we werr in the air. The flight attendants were very rude to alot of people, careless with the credit card machine dropped it very roughly on the ground and laughing about it. I am pretty sure the older one of the three was drunk because she reaked of alcohol , I didnt not catch her name but she was the ruddest of them even to an elderly man and a small child. Then Liz was also very rude to customers as well as having an attitude that was as if she didnt carr about her job. The man Gustavo was not to bad he just spoke over the intercom as if he was new. My mother who was traveling with me asked for a seat belt extender twice and the third time was finaly given one and laughed at by the staff and the during the flight she discoverd a roach in the pouch in front of her. Also back to a referance to the bad staff a woman sat next to us asked for a pain killer or some sort and was told " i cant give it to you before we take off, and if i could we dont have anything other than our own"-liz then twords the end the poor girl was sweating drasticaly and holding her stomach and the older attendent whose name i did not get came up and said " WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?" and laughed. Over all i was NOT haooy woth this flight i do understand the fact that i GET WHAT I PAY FOR BUT THAT WAS JUST RIDICULOUS."
Pros: "Both flights late, amazingly little room, pretty much amateurish all the way around."
Cons: "After unexplained delays the flight was just canceled. Everyone was told to leave the terminal go pick up baggage from a baggage carousel and get in line to re-book. There were 1 to 2 Spirit representatives available to assist in re-booking the entire plane. Getting through to anyone on the phone was impossible. This was on a Tuesday and many were told there were no flights available until Friday. I booked with another airline and 4 hours later when I was checking in for my new flight there were still at least 30 people in the Spirit line waiting to rebook."
