Pros: Very good
Cons: Hope is on time not delay 1 hour that’s all

Pros: Boarding was quick.
Cons: The flight was packed and I was seated between two strangers during a pandemic. Very irresponsible. This will affect my decision to fly frontier in the future.

Pros: Fast and comfortable flight.
Cons: Seats on the airplane could have been more comfortable.

Cons: Never made flight due to connect of light cancelled FAIL

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Seats on plan were horribly uncomfortable. Food to the point of a scam expensive. Airplane lost baggage with over $1,000. Including seeing glasses gone. Trip ruined. Rest of luggage was soaking wet like they left it laying outside in the rain. Horrible horrible company.

Pros: Not one part.
Cons: They plane broke down and I understand that...frontier employees being rude to us when we asked for updates I do not. There were loud and obnoxious people on the flight that the flight attendants did nothing about. Overall terrible flight.

Cons: Flight to Vegas was delayed several times. Flight from Vegas to Denver canceled… Waiting for my $500 lien voucher from front tier…

Cons: flight was delayed 2hrs because "the plan was messy". in my opinion it does not take 2hrs to clean a plane so I felt as if that was an excuse for something else that was bad on their part. Even if someone puked on the flight before that, that can deffently be cleaned in a quarter of that time unless the airline is to cheap to have the cleaning supplies on hand.

Pros: The fare.
Cons: On top of the nickle and dime, the seats are hard as a rock. Will not fly with Frontier again.

Pros: Modern planes. Good on board crew.
Cons: 2.5 hour delay, no explanation why.

Pros: Staff was all great from boarding to inflight service
Cons: Na

Pros: Tv please

Pros: Price, that's all I can say...
Cons: I'm 5'11" and 140 lbs. Would be called skinny by most. I really feel for those unfortunate souls who get a mere 2-3" OR LESS of knee room before hitting the seat in front of them. What a joke!

Pros: Smooth flight. On time departure/arrival.
Cons: Seats uncomfortable. No leg room. Layover in Denver was extended by 1 hour. Adding checked bags are too pricey. If they want to operate like Spirit Airlines, they should reduce their overall prices.

Pros: Pilot was great, one of the smoothest flights and landing we've ever had .

Cons: Everything was good until the last flight from Denver to Las Vegas. They let us into the bridge but did not let is into the plane for a while because they just finished cleaning it and was waiting for maintenance to fix a broken chair, which made us stand and wait on the bridge. They should've just waited to let us in until the plane was ready instead of stocking us into the bridge.Additionally, as I was leaving the plane the one of the crew member was arguing with a customer, which could've been handle better.

Pros: I would have liked the reasonable fare if it wasn't completely offset by the fees Frontier charges for everything.
Cons: The reasonable fares are offset by the fees for everything, including seat selection and even carrying on a bag. Several flight attendants were dismissive bordering on rude, as if it was passengers' privilege that they were even on the flight.

Pros: The crew were great! Easy booking and check in.
Cons: We were stuck on runway because of mechanical problems for 45 minutes and would have rather not have boarded until things were fixed. I however appreciate being safe, and didn't mind waiting, just would have preferred to not be stuck for 45 minutes on the plane. Also, I am not a fan of your carry on luggage and seat fees. After adding all the fees up with the cost of the ticket, it might be cheaper for me to fly another airlines in the future.

Cons: They wouldn't let me take on carry on baggage that was my purse, so I had to pay $45 for purse carry on. Arrived 45 min before my flight due to traffic and they wouldn't let me in, had to wait 10 hours for next flight. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Will NEVER fly frontier again, worst flight (there AND back) I've ever had.

Pros: Flight was short, fast and on time
Cons: It took a long time to deboard after landing. Too many surprise charges i.e. - (seat selection, carry-on)...not a good feeling!

Pros: Crew was awesome!
Cons: Had to pay for each of my bags! So much for a cheap flight. I could have flown First class on American for what I just paid

Cons: There was an incredibly long line for bag check. When I tried to check in at the computer, it said I needed to see a ticket agent. I stood in line for an hour and a half and missed my flight while waiting to check in. The ticket agent was in en extremely poor mood and was rude to her other employees and customers. She said she had been there for 12 hours already and had several cancelled flights to rebook.

Pros: The flight was reasonably priced
Cons: Seats don't recline, all groups were called to board at the same time creating a long line.

Pros: boarding was straight forward, the crew professional and polite, they appeared to enjoy what they were doing. Normal bumps going over the foot hills of Colorado. Landed got off.

Cons: Our 6 hour layover in Denver turned into 10 due to a 4 hour delay. Very disappointing

Pros: price.
Cons: They lost the full planes worth of baggage at the arrival in Denver, we waited over an hour and a half for the luggage, while other flights arrived, got their bags and left. Attendant kept coming over the intercom saying they were looking for the bags from our flight. Once on the plane and the doors shut, passengers were not allowed to move to an empty row, because they said we did not pay for other seats in coach, so had to sit cramped in seats while multiple rows were empty or had only one passenger for the 3 seats.

Pros: Obviously it's frontier, so you have to be prepared to pay for every extra. The crew was pleasant, best part of the trip;)

Pros: Nothing. Horrific airline and flight.
Cons: Terrible!

Pros: Arrived at the destination. Low cost
Cons: No wifi. Was my first Frontier flight.

Pros: the flight leaving las vegas to denver was 2 hours late the flight back left on time

Cons: The plane waited for a part that never came, held everyone back on a hot plane, no water is being offer and the worst part is there was a fly lingering around the pale for the whole entire flight

Cons: A fee to check a bag, a fee to carry on a bag, a fee to choose a seat (even the worst ones on the plane), a fee for soda, a fee for water...... Ended up paying more than double what we originally booked the flight for.

Cons: When we showed up for our flight on Aug 28th the lady at check-in said we didn't have a seat and printed out a piece of paper with rules and guidelines on it she then handed me the paper and told me to check my bags in and go to the boarding gate to get more information on why I didn't have a seat, I repeatedly asked her why do I have to check my bags go through security go to the boarding gate if I don't have a seat she continued to tell me that's the procedure and they will give me the information, she was very rude so I continued to follow her rules I went to the boarding gate swear they told me I did not have a seat because the flights are oversold they told me they were going to give me a flight for the next morning and to come back in an hour and they would get it all situated so I came back in an hour they gave me my information for the flight the next morning but then they couldn't get my luggage back because they said it was too late to get it off of the plane where is I'm watching right out the window then load the luggage on the plane, I then proceeded to talk to a manager the manager said that she would have our luggage flown back to Las Vegas and sent to our hotel at 8:30 p.m. that same night August 28th and that never happened, I even called Frontiers baggage claim at 1:30 asking if they knew where my luggage was they said they had no idea and that they would send it out in the morning to my hotel I told her that's not necessary as I will be flying to Denver where my luggage should be in the morning she kept telling me she already was going to ship it to the hotel and couldn't understand why I didn't want it shipped to the hotel even though it was a pretty simple answer so she just continue to laugh at me and hang up, we also didn't get any compensation for an overbooked flight I would have to say that it's pretty horrible experience and knowingly that when I do fly it's usually with Frontier but all that will change

Pros: The flight crew on plane was great.
Cons: On my flight to Denver, was never mentioned on anything about paying for my carry on. But on the way back to Las Vegas. They stopped us and was very rude about having to pay. Using the "they should have charged you the first time" I think its crazy to be charged for a carry on, if they charged me one way and not the other then i feel someone was not doing their job. But it was how rude the lady manager was when I also only had cash on me. They wanted to charge me an extra $5 to go do a pre paid card. this was 20 mins before flight left. They must get on the same paid either charge both ways or no way. especially $60 per bag

Cons: No in flight entertainment. Dislike being charged for bags.

Pros: Hard to come up with anything honestly.
Cons: Service at the gate was unprofessional. Customer service rep was arguing with crew members and pilot. A family of five were all separated throughout the plane and asked if there was anyway they could sit together. CS rep just shook her head and said no. Ultimately I offered up the seat I paid for so the mom could be closer to her kids and ended up sitting in the back of the plane in a completely empty row. Could the rep not have looked it up and seen there was an empty row and made accommodations for this family?? I shouldn't have to be the one looking out for YOUR customers. They don't pay my salary...they pay yours.

Pros: For starters, the Crew was AWESOME !!! An attendant asked if I was military, I wear an Air Force cap my daughter gave me when she graduated. I said no, and explained it was my daughter's and she thanked her for her service and me for supporting her choice. A few minutes later an attendant asked if I would follow her, they had a different seat for me, she said. At first I thought I had the wrong seat. I stand 6ft 3in and about 270 lbs. economy seating is kinda cramped for Me. She directed me to a seat that had knee room and thanked my daughter for her service and me for supporting my daughter's choice to serve Our Country. This action just strenghtens my loyalty to Frontier Airlines and will continue to travel with you all I can. My trips with Frontier Airlines has always been a Good experience. This one was special because Your Crew of Attendants made it Special for Me. They are Real and Professional people. Let them keep doing what they're doing because it's working, for Me anyway. Thank You very Much

Cons: Just when you thought airline travel couldn't get worse, Frontier brings you hard seats that don't recline and tray tables about half the size of a sheet of paper. Want a real seat? No problem--pay more. Want what they call a "laptop-friendly" tray table? No problem--pay more. And don't expect to use TSA Pre-check: Frontier doesn't participate. By the time you've paid to bring luggage on your trip--whether checked or carry-on, it costs--you've racked up a cost you could have used to fly a real airline. Pretty soon they'll be charging extra to fly on a plane with wings. And then their website was down all morning when I needed to check in. I used to fly Frontier a lot. Never, never, never, never again.

Pros: On time polite crew.
Cons: Had a big guy next to me pouring into my space, just overall cramped.

Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: I got a seat at the back of the plain in the middle of 2 other people and I didn't feel very comfortable but I also didn't want to pay for a better seat ($25-50)

Pros: Cheap price
Cons: Rude flight attendant. No food or drink. Not even free peanuts or soda beverage.

Cons: My two flights to San Fransisco (DCA-Denver-SFO) were the bumpiest I've ever been on. I felt nauseous nearly the whole time.

Cons: Both flights delayed, return 31/2hrs....10 $voucher that we couldn't use on the plane and expired 20 min. After we got off. I will try to avoid Frontier in the future Stop nickel and dining customers at every option!

Cons: No reclining seat Charge for carry on No entertainment food very limited and overpriced

Cons: left hour late not weather related just poor planning once arriving were told to leave the terminal we arrived at to retrieve luggage which was wrong so after midnight had to wait about 20 minutes to return to original terminal to retrieve luggage so terrible experience with frontier!!!

Cons: The fact you pay for a ticket thinking your getting a good deal. Then you have to pay for a seat. Then a soda is 1.99. Frontier couldn't even give you a soda after charging an additional 16.00 for a seat. Really????

Pros: The Captain did his spiel. Thanked us for choosing Frontier. Then he introduced his flight crew and added: "Since this is Wednesday, they have the day off...so, just sit back, relaxand enjoy your ride to the mile high city. We should be landing on time, Jerry thinks we should be there minutes early."

Cons: I sat in row 1...so no under seat storage, but the overhead storage directly above was used by the crew. I had to go 3 compartments back and fight my way back to my seat, the the same after landing.

Cons: We were given the wrong information for picking up our luggage and had to take a shuttle to Terminal 3 in Vegas. It took 40 min longer than expected at 11:30 pm. Also the flight insurance is totally a waste of money.

Pros: It was a short flight. Everything went smoothly

Cons: Everything

Pros: Fast
Cons: No

Pros: Horrible seats
Cons: Better cleaning

Pros: Flight and plane was awesome. Smooth and easy flight.

Pros: Nothing this airline sucks.
Cons: Everything this airline sucks.

Pros: The flight attendant was fun and entertaining, the plane was new and clean, and it was a short flight! What more can you ask for!
Cons: Everything was great!

Cons: Baggage policy should be more clearly advertised on the site. I could have booked a more expensive flight with a carry on included for less than what Spirit charges for flight and $50 for carry on.

Pros: Took me from point me a to b safely
Cons: They charge for everything, they are always delayed goin to my destination but seem to be always in time coming back and they don't even give a free snack.

Pros: Flights were timely
Cons: Air conditioning had low flow and wasn't very cold.

Pros: Quick on and off. It's was on time and reliable.
Cons: The seats were uncomfortable. You cannot recline. Baggage fees are crazy!!!

Pros: Our seats Time management Overall experience Polite customer service
Cons: Smaller tighter seats on the way back home, for the overall service not a big deal

Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Hard to check in and navigate website. Flight was delayed for 1:45 min

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Horrible customer support and policy's.

Cons: It all went well

Pros: Smooth and easy. Cheap fare, no frills
Cons: Lots of sales attempts

Pros: I eventually arrived at my desionation
Cons: 2 hour delay, paying for baggage

Pros: For my first flight actually was good
Cons: I was set by a crying screaming baby. This was my first flight ever and it was awful because of the baby.

Pros: The lovely lady that helped me get checked in was the best service. She went out of her way to make sure I got on my flight, I wish I would have gotten her name but I missed it because I was rushing to catch my flight.
Cons: Th 31/2 hour delay.

Cons: website and poor options for checking on line

Pros: Overall, wasn't bad. No hiccups or unexpected events. All went smoothly.

Pros: not expensive unless you have luggage then you get raped
Cons: seats were extra small, suck worse than most airlines

Cons: I had an important business trip on Sunday 12/18. I bought a ticket for a Spirit flight. I didn't print my ticket at home - thought I'd just go to Spirit's ticket counter, and they'd take care of it. BUT The agent said I'd missed the cut-off. She wouldn't honor or print my ticket - even though i probably could have made it through Security and made my flight. I WAS 5 minutes later to the airport than I wanted to be, due to a delay on public transit. That was all it took. I asked the agent if she would please print the ticket and let me try to make the flight. If i missed it, I said i'd eat the cost of the ticket. No. Because the agent would not budge, wouldn't even print the ticket so I could take my own chances at my own risk, I missed an important business trip.

Pros: plane wasnt full, easy boarding luggage arrived quickly
Cons: they have the new barely padded and without recline mode seats they did not even serve soft beverages

Cons: I was unable to pay for my bags online ahead of time due to web site malfunction and was stuck paying nearly 100$ for a carry on and checked bag. I won't be flying Spirit again.

Pros: The boarding was quick and easy, the staff on board was nice and the ride was comfortable. First time using spirit and it was enjoyable.

Pros: It was simple and convenient and got me where I was trying to go cheaply. It was fairly clean n what not and I liked how kind of hip it felt with their process and design. It really does feel like a modern airline sort of like an uber or something but in order to make it cheap they do cut down on pretty much anything that makes the experience kind of luxurious. The chairs were quite thin for example and no in flight food was complimentary. I was able to take my large backpack on the flight free as a personal item so that was great too. They have a metal frame to check the size of your item. If it fits in there it can be a personal item. My backpack was able to squeeze but typical carry on's may not. It also really felt like an airline for the youth which goes along with that kind of young and hip feel. Good stuff.
Cons: The thin somewhat stiff chairs were difficult to sleep in.

Cons: Most cramped plane I've ever been on. It felt like the plane was going to fall apart on the landing.

Pros: It was quick, safe and efficient
Cons: It was crowded and the seats were small and uncomfortable. Plus the checked bag fee was so high I had to leave my bag at home.

Pros: Price too high. I won't fly Spirit again if I have to carry on a bag or check a bag.

Cons: It is not a bargain airline. Once I had to purchase a seat and pay $45 to carry on a suitcase, it would have been cheaper to fly a different airline. I had to join their "club" just to check in. The website it slow thanks to all the adds. Could not even print a boarding pass without the adds. Not a fan - will not be using Spirit again.

Pros: There was absolutely nothing special or worth returning for on this airline.
Cons: The reality of airline travel is that almost every person brings luggage. Your airline has taken advantage of this allowing me to book my flight with your airline all to be charged a rediculous amount for luggage. That was only the beginning of the disappointment. Then you have managed to squeeze even more $ out of us by charging an "optional" seat choice because all people have seating prefrances. All that aside your damn company is so cheap that you won't even give us a free drink/ soda or juice. God knows after the flight, luggage and seats I feel like everyone has paied enough that you should be able to give us a lousy drink. I asked for a cup of ice and never recieved it. Flight attendants were pretty snippy and one of them damanded that I "pull down the window shade" claiming to keep the plane cool. In all of my life and all the flights I have been on I choose a window seat whenever possible and have never been asked to close my shade by a flight attendant. Hell if it needs to be closed you might as well not even put windows in. After all that to to it off my bag did not come out of the carrocel when I got home. It was turned off and left over bags collected. The lady who was helping started to call around and investigate. Ironically I decided to get the insurance and when I brought that to her attention she tells me that spirit has no association with the insurance and it was my responsibility to "hire a lawyer" and bring this to this unknown insurance company that won't even work with the baggage handlers. The while thing was a compleat disappointment from beginning to end. Lucky for you guys there are enough people in this world so you don't have to rely on return passengers.

Pros: Despite what it felt like; they didn't actually beat me with a stick.
Cons: My car broke down on the way to the airport. The airlines wanted to charge me $300 (+100 for a bag) for a one way ticket to my destination when my original round trip ticket ticket costed 150 (+100 for one bag).. Not only did spirit fail to refund either of my plane tickets they also kept the bag charges. I had to deal with customer representatives on the phone three time. All the representatives were nearly impossible to hear due to their low volume and nearly impossibly to understand because of their thick accents. By far the worst travel experience I've ever had.

Pros: Everything was better than any other company very good.
Cons: Everything was perfect timing, service good space on seats.

Pros: I did not enjoy my experience at all with Spirit Airlines
Cons: They charged my 65$ for a carryon bag. Something they didn't even mention when I got my ticket. There is no complimentary beverage service. You have to pay for water. The flight crew was extremely rude on both flights I took. The reday eye they talked loudly the entire time not allowing passengers to rest.

Pros: It was quick
Cons: Everything else! 55 dollars for a carry on?! Unbelievable!

Pros: Purchasable Snacks and drinks.

Pros: the people were great! - no frills or BS just there if you needed them.
Cons: the long lines in Vegas - but i still made my flight :-)

Cons: How a passenger in a wheelchair was treated rudely and completely ignored.

Pros: First class crew
Cons: Stiff skinny seats

Cons: miscommunication.

Pros: The flight as promised was smooth and the flight crew were pleasant.
Cons: But the take off and landings were very bumpy (on two separate flights.) Most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in on a plain. A la carte means you will pay the same price as you would get on a better airline once you pay for carry-ons, seats, food.

Pros: I didn't die, there is nothing good to say about this airline.
Cons: As we were on the jet way they made us all turn around and get off the plane. Half the plane had boarded already, they said it was because the crew on board wasn't ready. Why didn't they stop the first passenger then!?!? Then the 1 gate attendant had to rescan all boarding passes including the people on board. I have never seen anything like this ever. So we are 15 min pass departure time and the pilot says he's waiting on paperwork. This somehow turns into a mechanical issue and we to take off for another hour. No water, nothing. I will never fly them again.

Pros: Seats were ok
Cons: Flight was delayed, the charges were outrageous, not thinking I'll choose them in the future

Pros: Not the service that I received from Spirit!!!
Cons: Not being helped by the gate agent. He had s very unconcerned manner with no offer of alternatives.

Pros: Will avoid this airline in the future.
Cons: all the extra add on costs that other airlines provide as a part of the package. I would rather be aware of all my costs upfront and in the future I will be glad to pay a bit more to avoid this airline.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The worst customer service ever. Total disregard for cancelling my flight and the only offer the gave me was to fly stand by on the day that was scheduled to return. Ruined the wedding trip which I never made it too.

Pros: It was cheap.
Cons: It's ultra low price, but that's only so they can nickel and dime you. Carry On charges, seat choice charges (they tried to stick me in the middle seat unless I paid extra), no water, no magazines.... the seats don't recline and are hard as rocks. It was SO amazingly uncomfortable that I actually had to go to a chiropractor immediately after.

Pros: Plane staff was nice.
Cons: My 10:00pm flight got delayed until 1am in the morning. This made me have a 5 hour layover in Las Vegas and when the plane finally did come we landed in Oakland at 2:30am. This means all the rental car companies were closed, meaning I had to sleep in the lobby with another 5 hour layover. I will never fly Spirit again.

Cons: delayed coming and going with no alerts tothat fact poorly trained staff just baf all around
