They let us into the bridge but did not let is into the plane for a while because they just finished cleaning it and was waiting for maintenance to fix a broken chair, which made us stand and wait on the bridge. They should've just waited to let us in until the plane was ready instead of stocking us into the bridge.Additionally, as I was leaving the plane the one of the crew member was arguing with a customer, which could've been handle better.

Cons: We were stuck on runway because of mechanical problems for 45 minutes and would have rather not have boarded until things were fixed. I however appreciate being safe, and didn't mind waiting, just would have preferred to not be stuck for 45 minutes on the plane. Also, I am not a fan of your carry on luggage and seat fees. After adding all the fees up with the cost of the ticket, it might be cheaper for me to fly another airlines in the future.

I stood in line for an hour and a half and missed my flight while waiting to check in. The ticket agent was in en extremely poor mood and was rude to her other employees and customers. She said she had been there for 12 hours already and had several cancelled flights to rebook.

Cons: They lost the full planes worth of baggage at the arrival in Denver, we waited over an hour and a half for the luggage, while other flights arrived, got their bags and left. Attendant kept coming over the intercom saying they were looking for the bags from our flight. Once on the plane and the doors shut, passengers were not allowed to move to an empty row, because they said we did not pay for other seats in coach, so had to sit cramped in seats while multiple rows were empty or had only one passenger for the 3 seats.

Cons: When we showed up for our flight on Aug 28th the lady at check-in said we didn't have a seat and printed out a piece of paper with rules and guidelines on it she then handed me the paper and told me to check my bags in and go to the boarding gate to get more information on why I didn't have a seat, I repeatedly asked her why do I have to check my bags go through security go to the boarding gate if I don't have a seat she continued to tell me that's the procedure and they will give me the information, she was very rude so I continued to follow her rules I went to the boarding gate swear they told me I did not have a seat because the flights are oversold they told me they were going to give me a flight for the next morning and to come back in an hour and they would get it all situated so I came back in an hour they gave me my information for the flight the next morning but then they couldn't get my luggage back because they said it was too late to get it off of the plane where is I'm watching right out the window then load the luggage on the plane, I then proceeded to talk to a manager the manager said that she would have our luggage flown back to Las Vegas and sent to our hotel at 8:30 p.m. that same night August 28th and that never happened, I even called Frontiers baggage claim at 1:30 asking if they knew where my luggage was they said they had no idea and that they would send it out in the morning to my hotel I told her that's not necessary as I will be flying to Denver where my luggage should be in the morning she kept telling me she already was going to ship it to the hotel and couldn't understand why I didn't want it shipped to the hotel even though it was a pretty simple answer so she just continue to laugh at me and hang up, we also didn't get any compensation for an overbooked flight I would have to say that it's pretty horrible experience and knowingly that when I do fly it's usually with Frontier but all that will change

A family of five were all separated throughout the plane and asked if there was anyway they could sit together. CS rep just shook her head and said no. Ultimately I offered up the seat I paid for so the mom could be closer to her kids and ended up sitting in the back of the plane in a completely empty row. Could the rep not have looked it up and seen there was an empty row and made accommodations for this family?? I shouldn't have to be the one looking out for YOUR customers. They don't pay my salary...they pay yours.
Pros: For starters, the Crew was AWESOME !!! An attendant asked if I was military, I wear an Air Force cap my daughter gave me when she graduated. I said no, and explained it was my daughter's and she thanked her for her service and me for supporting her choice. A few minutes later an attendant asked if I would follow her, they had a different seat for me, she said. At first I thought I had the wrong seat. I stand 6ft 3in and about 270 lbs. economy seating is kinda cramped for Me. She directed me to a seat that had knee room and thanked my daughter for her service and me for supporting my daughter's choice to serve Our Country. This action just strenghtens my loyalty to Frontier Airlines and will continue to travel with you all I can. My trips with Frontier Airlines has always been a Good experience. Cons: Just when you thought airline travel couldn't get worse, Frontier brings you hard seats that don't recline and tray tables about half the size of a sheet of paper. Want a real seat? No problem--pay more. Want what they call a "laptop-friendly" tray table? No problem--pay more. And don't expect to use TSA Pre-check: Frontier doesn't participate. By the time you've paid to bring luggage on your trip--whether checked or carry-on, it costs--you've racked up a cost you could have used to fly a real airline. Pretty soon they'll be charging extra to fly on a plane with wings. And then their website was down all morning when I needed to check in. I used to fly Frontier a lot. Never, never, never, never again.

Then he introduced his flight crew and added: "Since this is Wednesday, they have the day off...so, just sit back, relaxand enjoy your ride to the mile high city. We should be landing on time, Jerry thinks we should be there minutes early."
Cons: I sat in row 1...so no under seat storage, but the overhead storage directly above was used by the crew. I had to go 3 compartments back and fight my way back to my seat, the the same after landing.
Cons: We were given the wrong information for picking up our luggage and had to take a shuttle to Terminal 3 in Vegas. It took 40 min longer than expected at 11:30 pm. Also the flight insurance is totally a waste of money.

I didn't print my ticket at home - thought I'd just go to Spirit's ticket counter, and they'd take care of it. BUT The agent said I'd missed the cut-off. She wouldn't honor or print my ticket - even though i probably could have made it through Security and made my flight. I WAS 5 minutes later to the airport than I wanted to be, due to a delay on public transit. That was all it took. I asked the agent if she would please print the ticket and let me try to make the flight. If i missed it, I said i'd eat the cost of the ticket. No. Because the agent would not budge,wouldn't even print the ticket so I could take my own chances at my own risk, I missed an important business trip.

Pros: It was simple and convenient and got me where I was trying to go cheaply. It was fairly clean n what not and I liked how kind of hip it felt with their process and design. It really does feel like a modern airline sort of like an uber or something but in order to make it cheap they do cut down on pretty much anything that makes the experience kind of luxurious. The chairs were quite thin for example and no in flight food was complimentary. I was able to take my large backpack on the flight free as a personal item so that was great too. They have a metal frame to check the size of your item. If it fits in there it can be a personal item. My backpack was able to squeeze but typical carry on's may not. It also really felt like an airline for the youth which goes along with that kind of young and hip feel. Good stuff.

Your airline has taken advantage of this allowing me to book my flight with your airline all to be charged a rediculous amount for luggage. That was only the beginning of the disappointment. Then you have managed to squeeze even more $ out of us by charging an "optional" seat choice because all people have seating prefrances. All that aside your damn company is so cheap that you won't even give us a free drink/ soda or juice. God knows after the flight, luggage and seats I feel like everyone has paied enough that you should be able to give us a lousy drink. I asked for a cup of ice and never recieved it. Flight attendants were pretty snippy and one of them damanded that I "pull down the window shade" claiming to keep the plane cool. In all of my life and all the flights I have been on I choose a window seat whenever possible and have never been asked to close my shade by a flight attendant. Hell if it needs to be closed you might as well not even put windows in. After all that to to it off my bag did not come out of the carrocel when I got home. It was turned off and left over bags collected. The lady who was helping started to call around and investigate. Ironically I decided to get the insurance and when I brought that to her attention she tells me that spirit has no association with the insurance and it was my responsibility to "hire a lawyer" and bring this to this unknown insurance company that won't even work with the baggage handlers. The while thing was a compleat disappointment from beginning to end. Lucky for you guys there are enough people in this world so you don't have to rely on return passengers.

Cons: My car broke down on the way to the airport. The airlines wanted to charge me $300 (+100 for a bag) for a one way ticket to my destination when my original round trip ticket ticket costed 150 (+100 for one bag).. Not only did spirit fail to refund either of my plane tickets they also kept the bag charges. I had to deal with customer representatives on the phone three time. All the representatives were nearly impossible to hear due to their low volume and nearly impossibly to understand because of their thick accents. By far the worst travel experience I've ever had.
