No wait at JAL business class checkin.....security and immigration were slow, didn't see a separate line for business class if it existed. Access to Korean lounge, was fairly standard. Crew very friendly once on board. Plenty of good food and drink for a relatively short flight.
IFE in armrests,not in back of seat in front. Limited liquor options onboard (just chivas).
Amazing service. Delicious and plentiful food. Larger seats with more leg room. Quick and efficient boarding.
The crew, the flight, the pilot to cabin communications, the food, USB hookup, and the movie selection was amazing. I am so happy that I flew Japan Airlines on my return trip. I would highly recommend them for your travels.
My original flight was late and pushed my entire schedule back. I had 15 minutes to deplane and get to my connecting flight. This caused a lot of stress on me however, the Japan airlones Crew escorted me (we ran as fast as we could) to my next flight so that I wouldn’t miss it. I boarded with 1 minute to spare which is way too close for my comfort.
Excellent food. Lots of food, drinks. Comfortable plane.
Service and staff was good
Seats small there was a terrible smell like a dead rat that kept coming through and it was intermittently hot
We arrived on time.
These planes feel like they are made of Legos. They are absurdly tiny and uncomfortable (and I am a small woman). Hot and stinky when boarding and no room for you or your carry on luggage. The days of glamorous air travel seem very far away.
Considerate flight attendants. Turned lights down for evening flight, so we could get some rest.
Flight was not on time. Time was changed a day prior with no reason explained. No in flight entertainment on this flight.
No baggage controls from seat 18 to 28 no bags would fit. As we exited all the front rows we're waiting to get there bags stored in back of planes overhead bins. That's just not right, especially when they charge us extra to take a bag for overhead bins storage.
Good flight overall
The experience at DFW was terrible- long lines to get out of baggage claim because of too few agents to process 1000 people waiting. Also long lines for TSA screening to get to gate.
Not a single part has a positive remark
Well - this partner of westjet was terrible. The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners
