Special hats off to Freedy who worked on this flight on my way to Canada and was very interactive with us , he made us felt really welcoming , as long as he has to give us his service , Staff keep up the good work. Pros: "One aspect that was greatly appreciated was when the cabin head came over the speaker and asked everyone to please return their seat to the up right position so that everyone could enjoy their meal. When you sit in the main cabin, it's incredibly frustrating to have the person in from of you recline their seat. There is little room, and for the most part everyone is pretty selfish about that."

Cons: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Anne-Laure"

Cons: "I’m not a fan of the constant PA’s during the descent. Playing a video about arrival procedures for an airport is extremely superfluous. Nobody pays attention and you just have to follow the signs when you get there."

Pros: "The cabin crew was nice. The main dish was good. The entertainment choices were decent and the system worked fine. I don't sleep in planes so it's important to me. I got a forward facing seat so at least I didn't have to deal with the alternative."
Cons: "Not being able to make seat assignment earlier (i.e. 24h) was lame for a business flight. The second meal was mediocre, as was coffee. The screen of my entertainment system was scratched and cracked, but it didn't disturb me too much."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 1hr and 50min and the supervisor was less than accommodating even after my wife and I had told her we had 2more connecting flights this was going to affect. Due to the delay, we spent an additional $211 on flights and spent the night at the airport."

Qhen we went to board the shuttle bus to the tarmac we were.pullednout of the.line and made to wait 25 minutes and ended up.being the last people to board. We arrived at the airport 2 hours in advance and cpuld have handled this in.advance if we had been notified properly. The BA employee checking us in didn't care that he pulled us and made us wait.... we were very unhappy as to how this was handled."

Cons: "Iberia airlines, operating for BA, refused to honor the tickets we had bought via Airfare .com. Would not let me fly!!!!!!! After several hours they found a way to put us on a later flight--got in late, had to stay overnight in Orlando. Don't understand!!!! Wife and I are in 70's--spent 22 hours trying to get home!!!"

Cons: "Boarding the plane. I do not know why the airlines load the people who are at the front of the plane first. Load the people on the back of the plane first. That way, when you call the next section, the people in the back are not blocking people as they enter. An alternative is to call people in sections based on where they sit in a row. If you have window seat, you should be called first. Why? Because so many passengers who have aisle seats have to get up to let people with middle or window seats get in. So, they hold traffic up as people are trying to get to their seats. After window seat passengers get called, then call middle seat passengers, and last, call aisle seat passengers."

Not "cut rate" airline fares, but a "cut rate" airline service. 3.5 hour flight and they now even impose a charge for a drink of water. No complimentary amenities at all. A fee now for even water? Not what I expected from BA."

Cons: "I had been waiting a few hours for my next connecting flight ant at about 8:00 pm (45 minutes before departure), they announce that our flight might be delayed do to mechanical problems on our plane. It took them 4 hours to fix it. Which was not too bad. What was bad is that they lied to us. Because I missed my connecting flight, they said that they would be waiting for us with our new flights and not to worry. When we arrived in London, we were scrambling to find out where to go. there was several families in front of me that missed their flights and they were having problems trying to re-book their flights. It took about 3/4 hours for me (one person) to re-book my London to Glasgow because I was stuck behind families. I was trying to explain one of BA employees that I (1 person) needed a flight to Glasgow. It was getting late and I was worried that I might miss the last flight of the day and would be stuck in London until the next day. She didn't like that I told her that and didn't want to help me. so it took me about 4 hours in line to get my flight and had to rush to get it. I had also purchased a window sit that I was not able to get. The guy that help me re-book my flight told me that I would have to call for that. Which I did now but the first phone # I called, the guy said that I had to call this other #. I called the # he gave me and a recording comes out that they are too backed up with calls and cannot help me to go to the website. At the website, they are asking for the flight # of the re-booked flight (I only have my original flight #'s on my email). I don't know what happened to the ticket they gave me to board the re-booked flight so I don't have it. I don't know where else to call about my refund and also think I deserve some kind of compensation for missing a day at both airports with horrible treatment and service. CAN YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT MY REFUND AND SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION?"

Cons: "The plane is not comfortable. Especially the number of toilets is very small: only 1 (ONE) on each side in the touristic part. And it is on the flight London-Las Vegas (10 hours)! One has to go for taking some drink himself. Not enough drinking was suggested during the flight. The screen is very bad. No real choice of movies."
