Very comfy overall experience
Time Management and guidance. We enjoyed playing on screen. We viewed movie. How we are flying on Google maps. Hospitality is good.
I guess I can't expect much from what seems to be a low budget airline. The food was OK and the movie selection was excellent. I didn't have any issues with boarding or baggage check in. There was a mix of good and bad flight staff. Sadly, the staff in bad moods were servicing me.
PThe bad mood in-flight staff and the uncomfortable seats. During boarding, I asked one of the staff if I can have a window seat because I have motion sickness and aisle seats make me feel ill. She looked at me flustered and said all seats are booked and that I'll be Ok with the aisle seat. On a different CP flight, a different staff was helping a couple switch with other passengers so they can sit next to each other. That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat.

Entertainment was nice with a good variety.
Terrible seats. It seems like asiana is going out of their way to make their economy seats as uncomfortable as possible.
was really nice that after i asked they got me a nice seat on emergency exit road which really made my trip much more comfortable.
I appreciated the food and service from the stewardesses was great. The red embroidered apron was a nice touch.
My luggage was late, and I did not receive it until 24 hours after I landed in Hanoi. This caused a big inconvenience. I had packed my things very carefully, and most of what I needed the first day was in there.
Customer service was good and complimentary food was served during flight. Compar to other airlines require’s me to purchase and with card.
Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.
Good multi media access and content
Thankful for coffee being served without charge. Not all airlines do that.
Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen.
Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.
Comfortable seating, very good and pleasant crew.
Online seat reservation didn't work. Limited food choices and no vegetarian/vegan options. Big selection of movies and music, but quality not so great.
Departure time go to plane was worst because there were not jetway. So people were with carry on to downstairs to reach the plane was very difficult and more difficult for with the baby passengers , elder lady, ....
