Most people get into the plane when zone 1 is called, when your zone is up (providing you respect zones) you get to the plane and all luggage bins are taken and you see people already seated in your zone. Cons: "The seats are extremely restrictive and in a aisle seat I had the gentleman sitting next to me with thighs touching and attendants brushing by me as I squished to left to avoid contact with him. Entertainment screen between center seat and window seat so I just didn't even try to look at it and mostly just leaned forward to have a little space. Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

Who's going to reimburse me for that ???"

This aircraft had screens, but not individual ones so you're stuck watching whatever sitcom replay they pick, although there is a moderate selection of other music. I've been on a newer aircraft with the in-seat power and interactive screens so I know how good it can be, so this was a little disappointing."

Cons: "I booked the flight, received confirmation e-mail and receipt for payment. Then get an e-mail at 1:45 am the day of my flight which was scheduled for 7 am that the pricing value was incorrect and my booking was canceled. I flew from New York to California where I was going to get a connecting flight the next day but my connecting flight purchase was terminated. I have never experienced this and I was left stranded and unable to get to my destination. I had transportation waiting for me and I had to find out the morning of my flight. All I got was an e-mail stating they tried to reach me but that was a LIE because I did not receive any phone calls. The flight I booked was booked right away so no time elapsed for the price to go up. When I called to complain to the company they were unable to help me and no supervisor or manager was available. I was told to call back in 3 hours for someone to assist me but that I was not going to be able to get on my flight because now, the morning of my flight the price was $200 more then what was advertised when booking. This is unacceptable and unprofessional."

The space is justifiable for the price of the ticket, unlike other airlines that boast value. As always the flight was on time. I didn't have any food or entertainment."
