Overall a bad experience flying Alaska today.

Cons: Someone should know how to make your entertainment system run on iPAD. I preloaded your system before boarding. However, even though I can access your menu, I can not play any movies. The crew tried to help but no one could figure out how to make it work on iPad.

Cons: I wasn't able to fly Alaska Airlines due to storm in Washington DC. My first flight American Airlines from Charlotte to Washington DC was cancelled. The second flight Alaska Airlines from Washington DC to Portland was delayed, but I never flew. I got a direct flight from American Airlines from Charlotte to Portland instead.

Cons: Sat for nearly an hour upon boarding while "problems with caterer" were worked out. It is already a long time to sit in a restricted space. Please don't make it even longer. Also, socializing by attendants at rear of aircraft made any chance of napping impossible.

Yet when I went on kayak they were still selling seats on these fflghts. This was unconscionable before a long five hour flight to make a 70 year old women sit in an airport with 290 others when their were other options or were the airlines just overselling again so they could boot people off the plane?

Pros: This prop-jet seemed cramped and worn. Especially in comparison to the 737 in the first leg of my journey. No problems with the crew or procedures. Everything went smoothly (except for bumpy skies coming into Kalispell!) and overall the trip was fine.

Cons: Because you now charge for baggage, people try to carry on too much, and there's no room by the time the last twenty rows board. Your staff needs to ask them to limit it to one bag starting with the first group to board.

Cons: The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)

Some people that missed their connection flights were offered hotel stay. Others that had no connection flight was not offered anything for the several hours of delay that occurred.

I was surprised that Delta handling was worse than any of the cheaper flights I normally take and will not be checking any baggage with Delta again.

Cons: Seeing as I’m still waiting for my flight, more than five hours later I am not inclined to rank it highly. This airport is an embarrassment and I will try my best to never fly Delta again. Weather is no excuse for this.

Cons: The fight was delayed multiple times, starting at a 5:44 takeoff and finally taking off around 9:15. It was delayed in 30 min increments, which made it hard to do anything else around the airport since I was constantly in a state of "about to board." A frustrating experience. No posts of extra snacks while waiting, or compensation or explanation of what caused the delay.

Cons: We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline.

Pros: Two Delta agents a kiosk assistance were not aware of the Hurricane Irma policy of waiving baggage fees to my destination. I informed them that the website indicated it would waive baggage fees to certain destinations if checked in at the airport before a certain date. Another Delta agent nearby had to show them a copy of the policy before I could get my baggage fees waived.

Cons: I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever.

Cons: The seats are extremely restrictive and in a aisle seat I had the gentleman sitting next to me with thighs touching and attendants brushing by me as I squished to left to avoid contact with him. Entertainment screen between center seat and window seat so I just didn't even try to look at it and mostly just leaned forward to have a little space. Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can.

Cons: The flight was delayed an hour (which wound up being a 3.5 hour delay in total, with all the continual delays that pursued afterwards(, which would have made us miss our connecting flight back to our home destination. We switched flights in order to make it home at a decent hour and not spend our entire day and night in an airport. We arrived home and they did not transfer two of our three checked bags to our flight, thus making it highly inconvenient upon our arrival home with no luggage.

Cons: Headline tells it all. First thing passenger did when he sat down was hand flight attendant a$5 bill, which she accepted she made sure he and the others in row one were served preboard refreshment. The rest of us not, as she was so engaged with the favored passenger. Not good!

Cons: The male flight attendant was incredibly rude, kept hitting my arms with his body with zero apologies. No manners when taking food and drink orders. Did not seem like he liked his job and in a customer service atmosphere this was extremely disappointing.

Cons: We left two hours after scheduled departure bc 1) the plane was late from prior flight and had to be cleaned, 2) engine check delayed the flight, 3) strong winds forced the airport (JFK) to use only one runway for departures and so on top of our plane delays we were delayed an extra half hour bc of airplane traffic. No entertainment onboard, meaning no screen on back of seat in front for movies, tv shows, etc. Food options were poor, especially breakfast (too much sugar content in all contents of “continental breakfast” pack.

Pros: The seat pockets were decent, though I like when the magazines have their own designated slot behind the tray in addition to a pocket. Also good there were power outlets. I liked that they didn't skip row numbers, including 13. So if you're in row 22, for example, you know that's literally how many rows back you are.
Cons: It took 25 minutes from when plane landed until it reached the gate. There was also apparently an issue with the auxiliary power -- the lights went out in back half of plane when we arrived at gate. I prefer having a screen behind each seat, rather than those attached to ceiling on this flight, so that the entertainment can be customized.

Cons: They had no alcohol and no entertainment on a Transcontinental flight from IAD to LAX. Also once we landed we had to wait 20 for a gate assignment.

Pros: entertainment displays on the back of every seat headrest. Nice room on Main Cabin Xtra, even with someone in the middle seat.

Pros: Boarding the plane from the back first saved longer queues. Unfortunately people cheat and the boarding officers don't send them back to the right queue. Toilets were clean. Staff excellent. I was glad all my flights were stuffed to the gunnels. Presumably that is best for the environment rather than lots of planes with fewer passengers in each.
Cons: Passport control with new computer ID checks was fast. Baggage was slow coming. I booked through Netflights and they didn't book me a good seat. If I could have changed it myself they should have told me. On the way to Tampa on 3rd March I couldn't check in within 24 hours and had to wait half an hour while they changed our plane. BA used to do short science programmes which I loved. Shame these have finished.

Cons: Luggage was placed on a later flight and no reason given for action. Had to go back to pick it up two hours later which made drive to columbia grueling long and very late.

Pros: Friendly, helpful flight attendants. Flight left and arrived on time, despite being completely full (asking for volunteers to bump). Offered to gate-check our carry-on bags for free to alleviate crowding of overhead bins was fine for us since we already had checked baggage.
Cons: If you don't pay for the premium seats, the legroom is pretty tight. I'm only 5'8" and I felt it -- if you're 6'+ you better pay for it. This aircraft had screens, but not individual ones so you're stuck watching whatever sitcom replay they pick, although there is a moderate selection of other music. I've been on a newer aircraft with the in-seat power and interactive screens so I know how good it can be, so this was a little disappointing.

Instead they wait till the last minute costing us valuable time. In the future, they should pay us the 25 dollar bag fee when they arbitrarily make this decision.

Pros: I slept the whole flight.
Cons: Middle seats are the worst and why are they so uncomfortable.

Pros: Excellent United customer service, Reagan National, ease of check-in
Cons: The aircraft was older, but United is in the process of renewing their fleet.

Pros: Liked that it wasn’t the smallest regional jet that flies to Springfield
Cons: There was a delay because inbound plane was late. Didn’t like that jetway was very cold when we were waiting for our gate checked luggage. My gloves and hat were in the gate checked luggage.

Pros: Crew was great and helpful!
Cons: Not enough options for people with celiac.

Pros: Nice, friendly flight attendant, smooth flight once we got in the air
Cons: Delays. Some people missed connections. I was fortunate my second plane was delayed, else I would have missed mine too

Pros: Quick and departure on time

Pros: The service from Denver to Kalispell was fantastic. The flight left on time and the flight attendant was not only kind and professional she went out of her way to make sure each passenger got personal attention. I fly very regularly and this was one of the top 3 experiences I have ever had. I will definitely fly United again and hope to be lucky enough to have Linda as my flight attendant.

Pros: On time and efficient boarding
Cons: Really old plane, was freezing during the whole flight.

Pros: We were in first class and the internet was not working except for the last hour of the flight. Plus I and my wife were both charged $20 each which should have provided access for the entire5 1/2 hr trip.

Cons: My one stop flight was delayed in both departures While checking in online I changed my seat to row 15C, and when checked prior to boarding, the change was not done and had to travel in row 39C The aisle space is too small, so every person coming to the bathroom pushed me, also the fly attendants while pulling the food cart. The leg room was too small. There were no sweet cookies within the snacks. Fly attendants did their work, but were not particularly pleasing.

Cons: We didn't have seats assigned and the gate attendent didn't take the time to tell any of the 20 of us waiting for 15-20 mins to speak to a gate agent what was going on until AFTER she boarded the rest of the plane. When asked what was going on she responded "excuse me, I'll get to you when I get to you and thanks for your 'non attitude'" to the woman who asked her if she had any plans to greet us or even ackwnowledge us. Then the flight attendants became flustered as they realized they separated a 5 year old child and his father and sat the child in the emergency seat. When several of us attempted to help they were rude so when I put my headphones in to pass the time and didn't hear the woman ask if I was willing to sit in the emergency isle she snidely said "there's always one millenial not paying attention." Ummm.... I had my eyes closed and was listening to my music since they clearly wanted us to mind our own business and NOT try to help the father (meanwhile all of us strangers were trying to figure out how to rearrange in order to help). The only reason entertainment gets a 2 is bc I had good conversation with the passenger next to me, not because of anything United did. Really unbelievable that they continue to operate this way and treat PAYING customers like this. It's sad actually.

Cons: Boarding pass From DCA-DEN did not scan. Flight attendant asked me while seated if I was JENNIFER DICKSON

Pros: Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. I had recently visited my,daughter and her family in March and flew with another airlines. I didn't have a good experience, they seemed rather bothered when I asked for some help. So this time my daughter booked my flight with United. Like I said everyone was helpful and very pleasant, it didn't seem to be an act. I enjoyed my flights. Thank you

Cons: Flight was delayed 5.5 hrs (due to their own fault) and they did not even have anyone come and tell us nor have any food or drinks for us in the meanwhile. They did not even have options for anyone to board another flight if needed. They did give 50 e-dollars to use for another trip at the end but I do t think that's enough compensation for their poor service. I probably would avoid them on another trip.

Cons: Original flight booked was for 1:30. Week before changes to 5:30. Then 6:30. Arrive at the airport and flights delayed to 7. Then 730. 8. 830 etc etc etc til 11. No explanation. No food tickets. Rude responses like this gem: pointed out how long I was waiting with no word --> told by a united employee that he's been there since 7am. I point out he's bad to be there. He says he's not. I guess a united volunteer then? Then only handed out water since 'it's a short flight'. Useless.

Cons: Always quality service, food and plane! My fav!

Cons: There was a lack of information the whole trip. We couldn't hear the announcements of the crew or pilot so we didn't know what was going on. When. The landing gear malfunctioned it took a very long time to hear what was going on. Then, upon deplaning, there was only one single gate agent waiting to help the flight. Very poor service!

Cons: Alerted Flight Attendant and Gate Agent and United at 31,000 feet that there was toxic black mold in the plane and I was choking. Advised Customer Service at ORD and they handed me a brochure to call 1-800.

Pros: I enjoyed the heart warming and friendlyness of the pilot.
Cons: The running nose sneezing person sitting next to me.

Cons: Flight was delayed several times which meant I would miss my connecting flight. Rebooking was challenging and took over an hour. After it was supposedly rebooked on another airline, I couldn't check in because it wasn't booked correctly. Now sitting in airport for the last 10 hours and have another 5 hours until my flight. Not happy.

Cons: they couldnt find the pilot. they said they didnt have enough crew

Pros: United comfortable classy convenient. Ordered on time staff was friendly beverages are free and plenty of legroom thank you I will book again

Cons: Plane was late and we almost missed our connection in Newark

Pros: Evening flight. Crew wasn't the nicest but they were professional nonetheless. Flight itself was smooth but a bit of a bumpy landing (I think it was a bit windy so not surprised. It is Ch). Not the best flight but certainly not the worst either.
Cons: DirecTV in-flight entertainment. You pay or you're subjected to constant ads and/or snippets of shows. I'd rather watch one free movie that I can't choose rather than pay to watch bad TV.

Cons: A 6:30 pm flight that leaves at 8:15? What is there to like?

Cons: The flight was delayed over an hour, which caused me to run to catch my connection.

Cons: Well easier to say what I like. U've got a nice crew at least on our flight, very professional and nice. Other than that, well u have got lots of things to improve

Pros: I liked the fact that I had a window seat... at the way back. Also that I was at least offered snacks, or whatever was left because they ran out.
Cons: They ran out of meals and snacks, both paid and free. We all pay a price, yet seats and class determine whether you will get your moneys worth. I guess the point is that I at least made it home.

Cons: Very cold on flights, no blankets
