Pros: very friendly crew (we were flying with two small kids) who went above and beyond to make them as comfortable and happy as possible.

Cons: The transfer in Istambul was very tight on the way back I literally had to run to get to the flight

Pros: The crew is amazing but that is to expect since it was a Japanese crew that operated from Narita.

Cons: The vegetarian food was terrible; unless they mistook my request and did a vegan option. The first meal was an o-k noodle stirfry type of thing but the breakfast was a porridge that had no flavor. Hopefully it was a misunderstanding but worth noting.

Pros: Boarding for Any KA flight is excellent. They actually tell the crowders to sit down, which makes it easier to figure out if you're supposed to be in line or not.

Cons: This flight was a Delta flight, with Delta crew on a Delta plane. Delta is great for domestic, but this crew was definitely not a Korean Air crew. The result is a lower quality of service, with more than half of the flight attendants not being nearly as cordial as they should have been.

Cons: Be careful the officer at the plane door panicked when he saw that I have 3 miniature alcoholic drinks! He frowned, asked to take them and put my passport data on the computer. It would have been more professional to tell people when boarding that we need to dispose any alcoholic liquor

Cons: Deboarding out on the taxi way in Doha, then busing us to the terminal, took a long time, we were dropped in front and had to go through security again, should have been an easy connection but ended up rushing. status boards in Doha are not that clear, change a lot

Cons: The plane was too hot during boarding and again right before landing. It was really hot in Dubai so I understand why it was hot initially, but unsure why it became warm before landing.

Cons: Entertainment system is Windows based and designed by a moron, especially CC behavior. Shows ads (LOTS) before each movie. Pops up window chrome every time you dismiss PA announcements. Very few movies/TVs (even those from the US) have CC.

Cons: Airport in Vienna was pretty disorganized. Several people from several flights had to be pulled out for additional screening that should have been done earlier. Passengers were confused and frustrated

Cons: asiana air gives a small flight package with slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. while i find this extremely wasteful, i really needed toothpaste to brush my teeth but didnt have any. aside from that i felt that the seats were less comfortable and smushed together compared to other flights.
