Pros: "Boarding was simple."
Cons: "Seat was trash."
Cons: "Extremely frustrated. Upon booking my ticket, I was told it wouldn’t be a full flight. At no point did u receive any information alerting me that it was going to be a full flight. I was extremely uncomfortable due to COVID."
Cons: "Seat power charger didn’t work"
Pros: "Crew was great"
Cons: "Lots of screaming children. Not much to be done about that."
Cons: "The plain from LGA had to return to the gate for maintenance, it made to ROC almost on time."
Cons: "If they had noticed the first plane was extremely hot before boarding everyone and leaving the gate and if once they found a new plane they had bothered to put fuel in it during the hour we deplaned, walked to a different terminal, and reboarded. Also, if they had passed out drinks or snacks during the flight."
Pros: "It’s nice to be in a plane fitted with modern conveniences. Great entertainment options."
Cons: "I didn’t have a window at all. The staff didn’t offer any snacks to us. My bag was the only one that didn’t make it while I had a plenty long layover."
Pros: "Everything! Thank you"
Cons: "Nothing. Thanks"
Pros: "The crew was amazing! The seat was comfortable."
Cons: "Used the self check in kiosk to begin! That was awesome! But after that I still had to stand in line to check in my bags. That part of the process took a bit longer than expected."
Pros: "Flight attendants"
Cons: "Left approximately 40 minutes late. Leave on time"
Pros: "The crew was polite and attentive the entertainment was good. Every thing else was pretty disappointing. The bathrooms onboard were pretty Dirty. The flight was delayed and no overhead baggage space. For such a long and delayed flight they gave me one pack of cheez it. Terrible value for money :("
Cons: "More snacks considering the delay. Maybe even a some sort of credit for my time wasted."
Pros: "We eventually got to Atlanta."
Cons: "Delta is flying a lot of commuter planes, which are pretty cramped. We usually fly first class, and the seating is essentially the same as what coach used to be. There's nothing "first class" about it. And of course, the flight was hours late."
Cons: "No video screens and wi-fi was too slow to use"
Pros: "Quick flight"
Cons: "Not much space for Carry ons. Much smaller than most aircrafts"
Cons: "Rude to passengers and then went to the back and loudly complained about other passengers. Very unprofessional."

Cons: "Flight was delayed with no explanation, The crew sprayed me twice with the fizz from opening soda cans with no apology."
Cons: "The cramped airplane. The inept service crew… One of the worst I've had on board in a very long time"
Pros: "Despite the turbulence and delay, this was possibly the best flight I've ever been on. I have never been treated so well by a flight crew before. Also, the attendant at the gate managed to get my wife seated next to me when our seats ended up separated. Great experience!"
Cons: "Turbulence and delay was bad, but the flight crew made up for it."
Cons: "The monitors kept on freezing"
Pros: "love that each seat now has a USB connection to charge your phone"
Cons: "headphone jack to watch movies shorted in and out constantly"
Pros: "Great customer service"

Cons: "Everything was good."
Pros: "The boarding was easy, crew was super and the travel was awesome."
Pros: "Fabulous fight. Attentive staff and I love the free entertainment tv’s."
Pros: "I missed my flight and was not able to rebook any of it, losing 600 dollars..."
Pros: "adjustable head rest is great - being given a pillow is great - the plane was not too cold to sleep either (as they often are)"
Pros: "During my experience on 19 November I encountered only wonderful crew members, from the gate attendants to the on-flight crew. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind."
Cons: "Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."
Cons: "Delayed for 4 hours due to mechanical difficulties"
Pros: "The crew were professional and courteous"
Cons: "The fight was delayed multiple times, starting at a 5:44 takeoff and finally taking off around 9:15. It was delayed in 30 min increments, which made it hard to do anything else around the airport since I was constantly in a state of "about to board." A frustrating experience. No posts of extra snacks while waiting, or compensation or explanation of what caused the delay."
Pros: "Left on time. Arrived on time. Seat was ok. Meal was ok. Crew was professional."
Cons: "Long wait at immigration in Paris (not Delta's fault)"
Pros: "On time. Good customer service. Easy route, no hassles."
Cons: "Delay over one hour."
Cons: "No entertainment"
Pros: "Crew was excellent and the timing of the flight was very good."
Cons: "Nothing to do with personnel but my seat was changed from when I booked. I wound up in the last row at the very back versus what I had booked. I think they changed the type of plane."
Cons: "Never announced we were over 10Kfeet and could turn on electronic equipment, attendant seemed cross when her question "pretzels or coockie?" was answered "yes.""
Pros: "Everything, confort, pilot's comunication..taking different route to NY to avoid weather, and wind problem."
Pros: "Helpful attendants and speedy boarding."
Pros: "Boarding reasonably quickly; able to find overhead storage for my roll-on even in Zone 3; departed on time and arrived a little early."
Cons: "Very tightly packed; minimal comfort for the flight. MD-88 not as comfortable as the Airbus from Chi to Atl."
Pros: "I had paid for the Sky level as we were a party of long legged people. Out of the 4 flights we had taken, the best flight was the one from Hi to Atl. The seats, and leg space, was roomy. The food was good. The crew was just okay. They weren't particularly nice but rather abrupt. There were two mates that seems a bit confused. However, the plane was worth it."
Pros: "Length of flight was good, one of the flight attendants was very nice"
Cons: "Flight attendant arguing and having words with a passenger BEFORE the flight even took off was very alarming, the attendant had walked past the seat, we saw her face change, she halted and walked back to the passenger and a very heated and negative exchange ensued, then another flight attendant came out and threatened to evict the passenger from the flight, this was before the flight even took place .... all passengers were like just remove them already ... t his is a short flight and most of use were connecting from a long flight from overseas ...."
Cons: "The fact that we wait on the tarmac for an extended period of time before we were informed that we had too much fuel so we had to burn off fuel before we could take off."
Cons: "Delta Flight #1494 On my return flight, I had to pay for a 2nd ticket to fly out early since Delta was cancelling flights to the south and I didn’t want to get stuck in Philadelphia. When the plane arrived for a layover in Atlanta, there was a flight going on from the first 2 people waiting to deplane. In my distraction and fear, I left my water bottle next to my seat. When I realized that I had left it, I went back to the gate and told the gate attendant that my bottle was next to my seat. She would not call down to the plane, nor walk down, and told me I had to wait until the entire flight had boarded. I explained that my connecting flight was boarding across the airport. The bottle was expensive and had great sentimental value. A couple times, I tried to ask people boarding the flight if they would tell a flight attendant to retrieve my bottle. The gate attendant told the boarding passenger to ignore me. When the flight had completely boarded, the gate attendant went down to the plane only to return to me to tell me that the flight attendant(s) allowed the cleaning crew to take the bottle. The gate attendant called the cleaning service and then she told me that the bottle was waiting at the tower and that I could ask at my next gate to have the bottle delivered to that gate. Since my connecting flight had already started boarding I had to run/train it across the airport to arrive at the gate. When I told the 2nd gate attendant, the story and asked him to call the tower to get my bottle, he told me that “wasn’t a thing” and that the 1st gate attendant lied to me. I had to board since they were getting ready to close the plane. This incident was compounded to many unpleasant experiences I’ve had with Delta over the past few years (losing my luggage and lying about it, damaging my suitcase, etc., etc.). I don’t understand how you can continue to be successful as an airline when you run your operation the way Delta does."
