Everything was great except the boarding experience. After the check in, they "packed us" in a small area, very hot there. It would be nice to be aware of this, I'd wait on the outside area

Everything was great except the boarding experience. After the check in, they "packed us" in a small area, very hot there. It would be nice to be aware of this, I'd wait on the outside area

Chaos at the gate while boarding - no clear signs or announcements

I liked everything: the service, the food, the cleanness. I flew last year with Qatar Airways, so I can compare. Emirates did much better! Especially their meals and service.

Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!

Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. The food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.

Flight was pathetic, felt like a old plane was modified and brought in service. Didnt like the aircraft at all. Crew and services were good.but aircraft totally dissappointment.

Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience

Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.

Emirates flights always nice. Service rendered by the staff is superb.I am always comfortable in Emirates flights.

Overall experience was bad , one does not expect after travelling for 14 hrs in Boing 777-300 ER to be pushed in to a craft with a extermly poor seating pitch, no room for hand baggage in the luggege bins and extermly poor service quality. This patch made my overall expereince mediocre and would definetly look for better choices when flying in or out of Delhi in future.

More entertainment channels and better food, whatever food requirement you select.

Pretty much what you'd expect for an economy flight. The crew were excellent as usual. The food was ok, but nothing special.

The Senior Flight attendant was just amazing on our Flight GF 284 on 30/11/25. She was so attentive, helpful and caring not just to us but to all in our cabin.

Loading was on time and quick Not very many people

They flight was without ait conetion weather was very hot

Food could have been better Entertainment was absent even in Business Class

It was a great experience, can’t wait to do it again soon!!

all good. crew wasnt attentive to the announcements they were making about the flight. made several mistakes at several tines while announcing destination, arrival time. first officer made this mistake too.

New aircraft, new and modern. Crew could be a little more smiling.

Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Kind regards, Mohammed Sent from my iPhone

Kuwait Airways is one of the airlines that has entered into competition with other carriers and has become distinguished in the quality of its services. However, it still requires further development, particularly in its digital services related to airport operations and in-flight entertainment. I believe that over the coming years, Kuwait Airways may reach a highly competitive level in terms of the services it provides.

Are you KIDDING RIGHT NOW?!? SENDING OUT SURVEYS FOR CANCELED FLIGHTS IN A CONFLICT ZONE?!? ARE YOU FEELING OK???

Food is terrible, service is not good. Staff were not personable and rushed food service.

The onboarding was extremely confusing. Had to climb the stairs to plan from tarmac with carryon bags in hand. No apologies for inconvenience. Overall not quite pleasant experience.

Boarding /lounge :Chaotic boarding , business /first class had a dedicated line but it was upto to the passenger to figure out and use those lines .Oasis lounge is clean but tiny so it felt over crowded . Neither the food nor amenities felt business/first class . Cabin and tech : 2-2-2 configuration needs to go . Leg space is cramped , headsets didn’t work . WIFI does exist or didn’t work on the entire 20 hour journey . Food and crew : Preordered “Hindu Non vegetarian” meal , crew was clueless , they didn’t even bother to ask if they weren’t sure what that meant . Served mediocre vegetarian food though menu had chicken /lamb options . In short , worst business class experience of all the airlines I flew to date . Not sure if there is one area they compete in let alone excel … avoid if you can .

Everything was good and no points to complain. Food is always a tricky concept. Sometimes you like it and sometimes you don’t. Food was redundant from Kuwait City to NY-JFK.

Next time im going to use Kuwait air lines, hopefully

It was very nice flight only suggestions to upload recent videos and English subtitles. Thanks

Wheelchair service is not available right away on Kuwait Airways

Food quality should be upgrade. Plastic spoons looks like not good as well as food quality not up to the mark.

Flight was short but turbulent giving uneasy feeling :( ; although views were mesmerising ;)

Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!

No food/drinks included for BOM to BKK I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return) flight.

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

Level of service is definitely going down, cannot expect the same service as earlier

Indigo attempts to make you pay for a seat during check in. I opted to not do this. The result - they allotted me and my minor son seats apart. In the interest of making maximum money, they seem to have lost common sense too. Similarly, even during the flight, the crew are busy trying to serve food to those who’ve already paid for it. By the time they’re done, it’s time to land and no one else is able to get anything. Sadly this seems to be what makes them profitable, customers just need to bear with it till a better airline comes along.

I did not like the communication gap existing amongst the staff and the customer. My flight to Nagpur was delayed by two and half hours but it was informed to me on email ( not by W.A. or SMS) when I have already left my home in Baner area. I was painfully detained at airport with luggage when the gate no. 10 was changed to 5. I'll never recommend your flight to anybody.

There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

The entire experience leave an impression that there are scopes for improvements in all spheres. Seems the airline has expanded beyond their capacity to manage.

V difficult to book ticket through on line.finally I was not able to book maa to Ahmedabad ticket on last Thursday.it is abig struggle.

I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however

tray table was inclined by 30 degress so could not use it

Flight was cancelled by air India. There was no explanation provided why the flight was cancelled. Found out that the flight was cancelled because the Iran air space was closed. Meanwhile, all other flights passing through that region were operating without issues. When asked to refund money for the tickets, being told that “ As checked, we wish to share that Flight AI 116 on 15 January 2026 from New York to Mumbai was cancelled due to Iran airspace closure, which were beyond the airline’s control. While such events can disrupt travel plans, we appreciate your understanding and patience. Our team remains committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers and takes all necessary measures to minimize any issues. However, we must inform you that compensation is not applicable under these extraordinary circumstances, in accordance with the relevant regulations.” Completed unacceptable and unprofessional behavior!

Needs lots of improvement starting from crew/staff attitude, cleanliness, better quality food & in flight amenities.

Flight was delayed in phases from 84ppm to 2am. And at 2am it was cancelled. Only refund option provided and no stay was provided. Poor communication throughout and shameless behaviour from the airline with no regard for seniors citizens and those travelling with children.

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.

Horrible flight. No entertainment or WiFi for a 14-hour flight. No explanations either. I’ll never fly Air India again.

Food, choice of menu and quantity were poor. Crew services were even poorer, not attending call bittons

I reached the check in counter 1 hour before take off and was denied boarding because the luggage could no longer be transferred to the flight. I was aback when throughout the world(including India) for a domestic flight, you need to report 1 hour before boarding. Then on top of that i was made to buy a brand new ticket. I had paid $350 for a business ticket between delhi and mumbai and then was made to buy another economy ticket for $100, No concessions/discounts were made for the airline's own inefficiency! The reservation counter was also extremely rude and unapologetic about making me pay a second time. For such a mediocre airline, there seems to be zero focus on providing good service to their customers and providing a pleasant experience.

only passenger seats are too much narrow. It’s not comfortable otherwise it’s good. Seats are very important because it’s main in Travel
