The Vistara World entertainment system wasn’t working although they announced it is available on this flight. Rest everything was awesome

First time traveler on vistara - liked everything

Very nice experience with Vistara flight.

The security part at Madras airport was horrible. There was no separate queue for business class, and i almost missed my flight due to the delay in security clearance

Really great service - staff were very respectful and helpful!

UK 708 was an Airbus 320 Neo, one of the least comfortable planes. This was premium economy and the seats weren't really comfortable - but I always travel with a pillow to make up for that. The seat in Row 3 had plenty of leg space as it's behind business class. The food looked sad, and tasted as such too. I miss the old Jet Airways days. Four people at the Boarding were an overkill considering the fact that they didn't really follow sequential boarding. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes while taking off, but landed 5 minutes after original ETA.

It has been an excellent experience travelling with Vistara. Keep it up!!! You will have great times ahead.

Wait too long to check in bags

My connecting International was Qatar and allowing 15kg Carry, Vistara allowed 12.5kg only and made me throw 1 KG plus from my checkin too. Ordered Veg And Available option was Hyd Biryani and got some lemon rice with bad curry and dal.

On landing, we had to wait for the bus while most of the aerobridges were empty. Bad experience

Make seat comfortable in premium economy ,food better!

Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.

No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change

Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.

After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

The hotel was good but getting there with the big bags for just a few hours and then the flight was scheduled for night (12 hrs later than original schedule) They could have just held the checked in baggage with them, or arranged an alternate aircraft to arrive sooner."

Somehow they managed a vegetarian meal but didn't provide any cutlery to eat which is highly unacceptable. Apologies don't serve any purpose if the passenger remains hungry just because of ignorant staff. 2. About entertainment option, less new bollywood movie choices"

No one seemed to bother about the pandemic and moreover no one checked if the passengers are fully vaccinated or not. Not a single pandemic rule is being followed.

Clean, timely, professional.

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

Bag check is not as smooth as can be at CST Terminal 2. Passengers are advised to print out and attach boarding passes at home in a bid to avoid crowding at self-service kiosks given the Covid-19 public health crisis. However attendants then say tags need to be re-printed at the counter as the ones provided by the airline at the airport are more secure. While the check-in process is aided by the helpful staff, Indigo Airlines could do a better job of providing more self-service kiosks and clearer guidance during the online purchase process. Suggest calling ahead to confirm situation on the ground.

Of course this was impossible because you guys made it up for some unknown reason. If you ever want us to use your service in future you're going to have to stop doing this practice."

As I wasn't feeling well, I asked a flight attendant for an extra bread roll, and she grabbed one from a tray just collected from another passenger and tried to offer it to me!! Then she stopped short, seeing the packaging was open and went to get another. Needless to say, that was pretty appalling -- and also very surprising given this was a Brussels Airlines plane and staff. (3) Given above, I had a surprisingly poor experience on this flight. I have flown on Brussels Airlines before so was really surprised by the unexpectedly less-than-average quality of service and food."

I sat in the same seat going to Mumbai and returning. When the attendant is told that the entertainment system does not work they just shrug and say they are sorry."

There were older folks & little kids trying to stay warm - nothing was done about this inspite of communicating it to the staff . 2. Flight from Mumbai to Newark - one bathroom was out of order from the time the flight took off. Another bathroom was totally trashed with paper & paper balls and water on the floor - wanted to take a picture and send it to higher authorities. Entertainment - map application was not working. Streaming movies/shows was constantly interrupted."
Cons: "Old and poorly maintained plane with half of the touch screen entertainment systems not working on the flight between Mumbai to Newark. Call buttons for calling the cabin crew did not work. Remote controls did not work. The seats are all broken and cracked at different places. Poor attention by staff. There was also a delay in our flight of which even the pilot was not made aware of by the maintenance team until the last moment. Poor and failing company. Would never fly with them again."

The seats are broken, the seat cushion is worn and tattered with no cushioning left in the seat and the back rest. The neck holding flaps on the seat were broken and could not be used in either direction. The plane looked like it was a 2nd class compartment from a local railroad. Pathetic condition. The carpet on the floor was totally run down and soiled as well. Grow up Air India. It's about time."
Cons: "Air India requires you to physically check in at least an hour before your flight. If you aren't there by then, they will deny you boarding, and require you to pay for another full-price ticket to get on another flight. No leeway, and no sympathy."

This has happened many times in the past and I believe it definitely affects the image of Air India as a whole."
