There was no food, so :( to that one. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. Not Delta's fault. Not the crew's fault. Considering how tired all us passengers were, everything went surprisingly well. The flight crew were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I always fly Delta.
Delta is a perfect partner, offering the gold standard across the board.
My seats are comfortable because I choose to fly in the exit rows and this time upgraded to first class with minimum sky miles. Otherwise, I would not be happy in regular seats or even middle comfort seats. Onboarding on the return flight from Nashville to Atlanta was hot and very uncomfortable for over 30 minutes due to extreme hot weather. However, Delta should provide some other air flow option as it was almost unbearable until 10 minutes after take-off. First class seats should be equipped with cup holders. Currently, the middle console is used and is flat and prone to spilling drinks.
wifi too slow or would not connect and entertainment kept on freezing
Cancelled my flight. Left me in airport for 12 hours. Rude gate attendants. Worst delta experience I’ve had. I hope they have a focus group and return to thinking about customer service.
Stewardess was not accommodating when I requested a second drink.
Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.
There is consistently no communication/updated time slots in the app on when a flight will board when its delayed, which is the most frustrating as a consumer trying to understand if they need to get food now, or if there is actually a chance for them to eat during their layover. This keeps being my experience with delta and a potential reason to change airlines.
The internet was spotty and I was unable to watch any movies on my iPad; the flight was fine otherwise
The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.
The series of delays were very unfortunately - first the captain timed out, then the new captain didn't show up when we were told he would, then the first officer timed out. Those delays were compounded by after boarding, weather came in - obviously that's out of JB's control but it was frustrating after all of the other delays that seemed avoidable.
3 hours late JetBlue flight made me miss my connecting flight to Nairobi Kenya, they did not even offer me hotel accommodation, I paid out of my pocket, they did not know where my luggage was, let say my experience with JetBlue was nightmare.
JFK is the worst airport and JetBlue is the worst airline
Crew at first tried to SELL snack boxes (for an hour-long flight?!?), and it was the only leg of four on which I was charged for a hard seltzer. 😕 Spent extra to select seats in Row 8 for quicker disembarking only to be seated in Row 25. Someone owes me $38 for that!
Flight left 2 hours late with no explanation as to the delay
The space between seat rows seemed to be larger than other airlines. I didn’t check their food or entertainment since I slept most of the way. They do seem to have a lot of options for purchase though.
Flight cancelled 2 hours prior to boarding. No explanation. No refunds.
Worst flight experience ever flights canceled. JetBlue told us just did not even bother standing in line to come back in one and a half hours then without any information we had to go pick up all of our luggage and spend over $2000 in accommodation just to get home. JetBlue said that the next flight available for us to get home would be three days later. Absolutely absurd hasn’t offered to give us any compensation do not fly JetBlue horrible company. They said it was based on the weather and the weather is great in all locations that we would’ve been flying to total hoax. I think it’s a conspiracy theory.
The flight was excellent. The crew was welcoming and attentive.
They pulled our pilots for "another" flight and delayed us without any compensation.
