Cons: "Seats and aisles very tight."
Cons: "Take off was delayed for nearly an hour and the flight re-routed because of weather. We had scheduled plenty of time to make our connecting flight but we weren't updated on how much later we would be. This caused a lot of worry and stress not knowing when we would land or where our connecting gate would be. Fortunately the gates were next to one another and it all worked out. There were supposed to be usb charging connectors under the seat but I felt around for nearly 30 minutes and couldn't find them. Nobody could."
Cons: "You lost our bag and our original flight was shrunk. Our seats booted without warning. Late to our conference in Arizona."
Pros: "Staff did seem empathetic and offered substantial tips on how to find out about connecting flights. Also a promotional offer for the aa credit card had a sweetened points offer. I also liked the general structure of the plane made it easy to see if the lavatory was occupied or not."
Cons: "Plane pulled away from the gate knowing we were delayed (or so it seemed). Subsequent delays meant we were stuck on the plane and couldn't briefly disembark."
Cons: "No accommodation for delays and overnight stay in airport."
Pros: "Flew 1st class, everything excellent"

Pros: "The main crew person checking us in was very nice and attentive, tried to keep me posted on changes, and remained pleasant even though some were getting upset."
Cons: "flight was delayed, staff didn't update us so people were getting upset and irritable while waiting to hear. Then flight times changed without announcements, upsetting some."
Cons: "Mechanical difficulties in Dallas caused us to leaveat least 1.5 hours late. Got to Phoenix after my scheduled and all other flights to Spokane had departed. AA put me up in a hotel at the airport. Had to wait 35 minutes outside for a shuttle in 102 heat at 9:00 in the evening. Had to ask for a voucher for evening meal."
Pros: "The boarding process was good."
Cons: "Don't think the flight attendant should hang the trash bags in front of the passengers faces in the aisles to collect trash."
Pros: "Great flight, on time, seat upgrade"
Cons: "Na"
Pros: "Quick little trip from San Diego to Phoenix. Crew made the extra effort to keep the plane cool despite the 120 degree temps in Phoenix."
Pros: "Slept through the entire flight, ground crew got me from gate to seat ASAP."
Cons: "Everything was good, so no problems to report here!"
Cons: "Airline throughout mentioned connecting flight passengers are okay as the flight will land almost at the scheduled arrival time but once onboard bluntly announced that we don't have further information. This is cheating"
Pros: "Great crew on Sacto flight. More comfortable than Phoenix flight because not full."
Cons: "Had to wait for crew delayed by weather. No gate when we got to SMF. Luggage took way too long to come off. Lots of turbulence - not your fault - but I HATE it."

Cons: "Needed to return to gate to refuel after aborted takeoff attempt. Thi"
Cons: "Lack of communication from the crew on the delay."
Pros: "."
Cons: "."
Pros: "Safe flight"
Cons: "Flight delayed more than one hour. Poor communications by pilots. No recognition by any crew members that it was Father's Day!!!"
Cons: "Having a fat person take up half your seat shouldn't be allowed. They should buy 2 tickets if they take up 2 seats"
Pros: "Baggage drop agent in Oakland excellent Great A319 w power outlets Thanks"
Cons: "Provide food would be better"
Cons: "You make me deplane just to take my bags from me because they don't fit the plane when I just flew 4 hours across the country."
Pros: "Business seats comfortable."
Cons: "Crew was friendly. Not always professional."
Pros: "Ticket price was competitive."
Cons: "No individual entertainment systems on the seat backs--4.5 hours is a long time to be sitting on a plane with only an overhead screen showing whatever movie the airline chose. Also, charging $125 for a carry-on pet that has to stay under the seat AND having it count towards as one of my two "free" carry-ons is ridiculous. The flight was delayed because one of the crew was late."
Pros: "I like that on American you still get a complimentary cup of coffee, a bag of pretzels, and a normal sized seat. I'm OK paying for that after trying some of the budget airlines!"
Cons: "Wish they had a gluten free snack, still that's really not a big deal at all!"

Pros: "I likes that I was able to pick my seat for the same price."
Pros: "Quick boarding and taxi. On and off the flight seemlessly."
Cons: "Delayed flight due to crew."
Pros: "Smooth sailing. Staff pleasant and professional. Orderly flight"
Cons: "Nothing."
Pros: "quiet dark plane, gave blankets for overnight flight. Got placed in an exit seat free of charge."
Cons: "Crew member was 20 min late and they would not let us board until he got there. Ended up making the flight 30 minutes late and I almost missed my connection. They didn't update us saying he was on his way or anything, just that we were "still waiting." No entertainment was visible from my seat either."
Pros: "Nonstop flight"
Cons: "Nothing special about American. Boarding process doesn't make sense. People crowd the gate during boarding. Aircraft cabin is outdated. Would love to see, at minimum, power outlets for each seat. Cabin was frigid, does it need to be that cold?!"
Pros: "Updated interior. Comfortable chairs. Friendly staff. Pilot communicated well."
Cons: "No charging capabilities for devices. Limited food options."
Pros: "Friendliness of flight crew; entertainment choices."
Cons: "Food was poor for first class."
