Food was not eadable. Testless and not apealing. order for indian vegitarian, recived spice less. combination of main course and side iteams are far away from traditonal food, serve less iteams. , but eadoble. Thanks

There was a smell front the washroom on flight. There could have been efforts to ensure better sanitation/air circulation once used severally.

Premium economy on Emirate A380 is simply the best non-business class product. In fact its probably better than many business class if the seat isnt lying flat. The food and service is close to perfect!

Meals was mis-served inspite of selecting vegetarian food! I was served non- veg in both flights ie., IAD to Dubai and Dubai to Hyderabad. Staff was not that friendly

For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

The flight was delayed in Jhb and I could have had some help in Dubai trying to get to my connecting flight to London

The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

Was unable to check in via app or website with supplied booking code (something to do with flight being operated by a partner airline, although the code didn’t work on the partner’s website either) Specified a vegetarian meal during booking, but that somehow wasn’t captured in airline’s system By the time flight crew got to my row, now vegetarian food was available. Had nothing to eat on flight from Philadelphia to Doha! Flight attendant was completely unconcerned and actively apathetic to the situation

Transit , Too long for terminal change, for a moment I thought Qatar airlines going to Los Angeles by bus. Please make transit convenient and quick.

If you want to make money pls charge it in the ticket, Chennai check in crew simply forcing travelers make payment for unnecessary. Second, Chennai crew not even listening travelers request. Poor service and not sure you will improve with my feedback.

This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

Qatar is the worst airline experience I had in a long time traveling business class, I believe the hype is all paid for by bloggers.

Only chicken as a meat dish through out the flight

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.

They use a smaller international plane and quarters are tighter, space smaller, and the flight is still 12 hours, then fight attendants are ruff, food is bad, cherry juice spilled by flight attendant and she comes back to ask why have we not changed yet could it be we didn’t have any clothes to change into and seat is all wet and we had to sit there for 12 hours

Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.
